After staying on the strip at White Sands for one week, I was grateful for this quiet and tranquil property for another week. I stayed in a bungalow and the way the bungalow was situated in proximity to the others, made for privacy when sitting on the balcony. Bright, spacious room, clean, good variety of lighting options, and one whole wall was sliding glass doors from floor to ceiling. Change of bedding mid week. comfortable bed and pillows. Powerful and quiet AC. The pool was beautiful and clean and there was either nobody there or maybe just one or two other people. Beautifully kept grounds with a lot of trees, plants and a view of the mountains. Very nice coffee and breakfast every morning and on-site restaurant with good food. The staff were very kind and professional and helped me several times with onward travel arrangements. I used the bicycles to ride to the main strip for 7-Eleven and restaurants and their shuttle service to go to the White Sands Beach and strip.

One day, I had a mini infestation of ants, but I stomped them all. Other than that there were a few ants here and there.

Staff are very welcoming. Beautifully maintained garden. Our room with balcony had a view over the mountains and the pool. It was very clean, modern and spacious. Very nice bathroom with lots of space to put toiletries around the sink. Very quiet too. Good breakfast. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the menu is varied with a choice of Thai and western food. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced. The free bikes available from the hotel are usable for short distances and the scooter we hired from the resort was in very good condition.

On the first night we realised the mattress was very uncomfortable- we could feel some of the springs sticking out. We mentioned it to the receptionist who speaks good English and they supplied us with a mattress topper. We managed to sleep well afterwards.

It is a hidden gem on Koh Chang. It has a lot of benefits such as free transfers to the White Sand beach, bicycles for free, motorbikes for rent, laundry service, barbecue, superb breakfasts, delicious food at the restaurant and most important amazing staff that makes you feel very welcoming by doing their best to fulfil your needs. In our case they provided some extra things that we needed for remote work. So we stayed for 5 weeks and really enjoed our time here. This place is really well designed, with a beautiful garden, clean pool, cozy warm lightnng and mountain views. It's a great value for money and it feels like home.

Having to leave :( I can only wish a few things like having a fruit corner(shop) and a bigger variety of international dishes!

Great calm location with lots of greenery. Not many people. Professional staff and all needed services (incl scooter rental). Great restaraunt menu for breakfast and dinner. Clean and okay size house. Very clean pool.

- Organic/moist smell in room, most likely from uncleaned A/C. - Wish for a bit better shower. Adjustable mount height and wider head. - Birds screaming very loudly through roof ventilation holes in the morning. Adds to the wild exprience, but unpleasent.

This little resort is a true gem. It is like a little green peaceful oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. The resort and the rooms are well maintained and clean. The bungalows are nice and comfy and the restaurant has a variety of food options and probably the cheapest Chang beer on the whole island. I liked the little breakfast buffet very much. You have some Thai options some western options and fresh fruit. There is a free shuttle to White Sand beach and back a couple times a day. You can also rent scooters in a very good condition at the reception. The family who runs the resort is lovely, very helpful and friendly.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The houses are new and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was happy to know that they have transfer to the White sand beach, cause I couldn't drive a bike. The hotel offers a great variety of breakfasts. Also the restaurant has a good menu. I'd like to thank all the staff for making my stay awesome. Guys, you are great! I wish you all the best! I strongly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are little independent houses. All are clean, and everything works. Quiet. There were *no* loud noises from cars or motorcycles, really a serene environment. Hostess was friendly. Cleaning lady charming and professional. Cook made delicious food.

Misunderstanding from reviews: Breakfast was not a buffet, as i thought from reading other comments, but 1 dish you select (for free) I was hungry so I ordered more dishes. Stay with no hesitation Misunderstanding from reviews: Reviews here mentioned free trips to the beach. They are at set times. Many bicycles need care. My friend managed to find a bike she took for a ride. It really is an amazing hotel and I would stay again.

Very tranquil location. Good facilities and food. Nice staff, you can rent motorbike, they have shuttle to the beach and ferry which is very convenient. Resort is near small village within walkable distance, so you can feel the slow ‘village life’.

They have free bike that you can use, however they are all in bad condition: rusty and gears not working. Also beds are kind of hard. That one is really big minus.

We loved our stay at Evergreen. We had one of the detached chalets which was ideal for the two of us. The surrounding garden was beautiful with lots of wildlife. It was very quiet and relaxing. The on site restaurant was really good serving food all day and the food was delicious. Free tea, coffee and water. We would recommend staying here. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and greening of the environment. The kitchen provides very good Thai cuisine with good price, I tried different foods there and really enjoy them.

The location, still it’s good for the persons like a natural, quiet place. The resort provides 4 time free pick-up to and fro White sand beach (15 minutes drive) a day and motocycle rent (250 THB a day), free bike .
