The room was nice, with plenty of room, clothes hanger on the patio area, garden was nice. Free tea and toast for breakfast was nice, bed was decent. The location is good if you have a moped to get around, not much within a half mile or so but with a moped it's perfect to get away from the noise.

We stayed at this place with a group of friends, we booked 3 bungalows close to each other at a very good price. The furnishing of the room is simple, but it has everything you need, a comfortable, large bed, a large refrigerator, a wardrobe and a table in front of the TV, which is useful for everyday items. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling and there is nothing they cannot do. We mostly asked for their help in cleaning clothes. They serve a simple breakfast, tea and coffee are available, as well as toast, butter and jam, as well as small sweet cakes. You can ask the lady owner for extra breakfast, they looked very tasty, but unfortunately we didn't try them. There are a few restaurants and a small market near the hotel, but 7eleven and cozy cafes are also within walking distance. You can easily get to the beach on foot, from where we came across a night market with cheap, delicious food on the way home. We recommend the hotel to all those who want to stay at a reasonable price and in a quiet area.

The sheets and towels were often stained, which does not mean that they are not clean, they simply could not remove the stains properly. But this often happens in our household as well.

The room and bathroom were very big. Good location, close to the main beach and nice restaurants and bars. I had a room not a bungalow. Breakfast was toast and jam with coffee in a cute garden area

The hotel is a very cute and cozy place to stay. The owners and the staff are warm and friendly, always smiling - there even is a cat and dogs living in the relaxing area - they are so cute and made our stay even better. Great service, staff offered help with laundry, tours and anything else really - we had a wonderful stay and were even a bit sad to leave! The location is also really nice - close to the town, restaurants, shops.

The bathrooms need an upgrade - the taps and showers were rusty. In general - if you get a room with windows facing the street, it will be loud and might not be good for light sleepers because of the street trafic sounds. If you don't enjoy walking - the nearest access to the beach is around 15 mins by walking, however, for us it was okay!

The staff were very friendly and kind, which seems rare these days in overcrowded Koh Chang. We got the deluxe room which is in the back building facing the forest. We had 2 balconies. It was so quiet and we could only hear wind and trees. I think if we got the standard rooms facing the street the experience would have been not so great. It's close enough to the busy area to walk, but far enough so there was some privacy.

The shower kept flooding and it was clear that the shower floor was not washed our entire visit. The shower flooded to the point it almost went into the room. I probably wouldn't stay here again due to the area, not the hotels fault. The beach is beautiful in the morning, but is filled with sex tourists as the day progresses, lots of bad types of tourists. Very crowded. Also near the hotel is a Marijuana shop and a sex tourist club zone. Adults are free to make their own decisions, but this beach area felt like western older men taking advantage of the economic situation of certain young thai women who they treat like toys to play with and then throw away later.

The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful from the start. They were all ways polite and smiling with a friendly greeting. The room was great, spotlessly clean and very modern looking. The bed was very comfortable and clean, both very important to me. I had great nights sleep while I was there. Everything looked very new, the air con tv etc. We had clean towels and bottled water deliverd every day and leaving a notice on the door enabled your room to be cleaned. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a good controllable shower. It was a large bathroom with toilet and hand basin and included free soap and shampoo. My room was overlooking the road and the double glazed windows cut out all the noise. The hotel is within easy walking distance of everything in white sands Beach. I thought the staff and the hotel were amazing. In my opinion If you are heading to white sands Beach and want a great hotel to stay at then this one won't dissapoint you.

I couldnt find anything that I wasn't happy with. I will be returning to that area shortly and that will be the hotel I stay at.

Great staff, very helpful. Location is very nice. Rather quiet area. Opposite the road you can find little Thai restaurant with the best prices in the area. Highly recommend it! Hotel provides free simple breakfast for everyone. I didn't know that when I was booking. Also you can use kitchen all day in case you want some dishes, microwave, etc.

Poor parrots in the yard. One of them has no couple and looks quite sad. I hope he will find good owner soon :) It is not disadvantage, but just note from my side.

"RAY" (Cowbytours) booked Sea-Sun Bungalow & Resort for our group of 5. We each had our own rooms which included 4 bungalows and one room in the main building at the front. I can't say how the main building was, as i stayed in one of the great little bungalows. They are the exact type of accommodation i love when visiting Thailand :) Mine and all others had a little balcony/porch outside the front of it to have a beer and a snack and to just take in the fact you are on a beautiful island. The bungalow had all i needed- a main room consisting of a bed with tv, air con, desk etc and then a rather unique colourful cave-like toilet and shower room (you walk through the door and you walk round a bend and everything is there). I loved that touch. Upon arrival, every person who worked there and helped us get settled in were so friendly- it felt like home immediately. The whole place is lovely, relaxed and full of plantation and it's perfectly located, with the main road down to the bars/restaurants and beach just outside the front of the main building- you don't get any noise at all at night. Bedding and towels were replaced every day and it was a pleasure staying here. :)

I kept forgetting which bungalow was mine!

The room was a good size and the bathroom was great. Small problems (ants) were solved in minutes. Staff were kind and friendly. On the days I didn't ask for room make up there were fresh towels and water left for me. On the one day I did my room was immaculate and well presented. The rooms are old but everything worked. It's a short walk from the main beach but I enjoyed the exercise. The hotel helped me confirm onward travel and pick up and rang on the morning to check as the pick up was late. Free coffee from 7-10 and toast.

There was nothing bad.
