Loved our rustic cabin with water view and nearby bar/restaurant with good food. Prem was great cook. Facilities were good....small fridge, kettle, hot water and when we asked for extra table for the verandah it was no problem. Whole place is in a beautiful setting with small cabins in beautiful gardens. Not a high class resort but perfect for us.

Couldn't swim in sea as it was a a rocky beach. There were a few leaks on verandah when it rained and in bathroom. It's all a bit run down but we loved the rustic charm. Needs new mosquito net and some floor boards repaired. But we didn't complain because it didn't really matter.

Great place, we spent a whole month here. Big thanks to the whole staff, they are really friendly and helpful. There's a well-equipped kitchen, a nice bar, and restaurant in front of the ocean, the cabins are nice too, we especially liked the fact that our window went straight out into the garden when we opened it felt like being in the jungle and we managed to spot a big Asian water monitor a few times. The rooms are basic but nice, they have ventilators, some terrace space, lots of light, and comfortable beds and they are clean. The only problem is ants, but what can you do, ants get everywhere. There is also a nice little massage deck in front of the ocean when I was doing my yoga and exercises. Oh, and the music they play at the bar is really good. :) The location is good, it's peaceful and quiet but if you want to find a party White Sands Beach is just a few minute's ride away and if you go in the other direction you have Kai Bae and Klong Prao Beach, both nice.

I guess we didn't take a good proper look at the photos, cause we were absolutely sure that this property is on a sandy beach, unfortunately it's not sandy, but rocky, which is still nice, but not so inviting when you wanna do yoga, go jogging etc. Anyway, it's not a problem, you can rent a moto and there are plenty of sandy beaches in the neighborhood too. :)

Amazing! If you are a budget traveler or backpacker looking for some cheap accommodation. This is the best place! (Not for fancy people). I usually stay in hostel but it was worth it to be a bit more and have my own bungalow for few days. The bungalows are not modern or renewed but I like the way it is. ITS A VIBE! Nice chill area close to the beach (it’s a rocky beach). Sunset there is amazing! Best place for morning yoga!

If you like simple, quiet. Close to beach, Rustic type Bungalow with Fan. No A/C, noTV, Erawan the (Owner) She will cook for you. Nothing Flash ok . Mosquito net over bed. As I said , very down to earth. Good food places next door especially at Shane's ( Sunset Bay)cooks both Thai & Indian

Friendly helpful staff, good location, good value, quiet. The whole place had a good feeling to it, nice mix of nature and accommodation. It was nice enough that we were happy to stay here for 6 days.

Hot water heater in the shower only had two settings, on,or off. On was too hot, off too cold, but it was easy to switch on and off so you got a good enough mix. Bathroom needs an upgrade, not dirty,just old and unattractive.

It was super relaxed, and the beach bar was amazing. It was such a nice place to be with kids

The beach was with stones and you could easyly get some scratsrs if you don't use bathing shoes

Everything was excellent in this place, people in reception was very kind and helpful and bar in beach was amazing, you can get super good food from there(real isan dishes). You don't regret to come to this place.

Stayed here for over 10 days I’m a few different rooms . All very good for the price , nice location on the beach , close to two supermarket and local restaurants. I’m a good location on the island but you will need to rent transport or use the public taxis to get to most beaches and locations.

I loved the nice, private beach with several hammocks and lounge chairs. I liked our quiet little bungalow. It was great that they also had scooters for rent. They had the sweetest little kitty there that I totally fell in love with.

The bungalow was a little rustic, but not too bad.

The bathroom is the basic minimum (just concrete floor). It wasn't a problem for us but it can be for some people.
