The staff were very welcoming and friendly and polite. The accommodation was excellent with air-conditioning and hot shower and the bed was really comfortable. We got water every day and free coffee and tea. Close to restaurants and cafes and bars and shops. The swimming pool was excellent

Not the resorts fault as the maintenance had to be done to keep up the upcare of the propertys, but lots of maintenance around us. Luckily, they didn't start to about 9 a.m and finished They did offer to move us to another room. The result was closed due to maintenance and end of season

The staff and the quiet atmosphere are the best thing about this hotel. No noise. Peace and quiet. I love it and recommend it to everyone. Will come back here again and again. Gorgeous sea view. Cozy rooms and cleanliness

Of course it needs some repairs. There are traces of paint on the walls and the rooms could be made more attractive. In the morning, dirty tables and sun loungers by the swiming pool. Cleaning could be better. You can get to the town either on your motorbike or call a taxi. The hotel is located a few hundred meters from the main road and taxi drivers charge an extra 50 baht to get to the hotel. Better use this surcharge, because there are dogs on this section of the road. They can bite you.

This place is amazing, so friendly, nice bungalows, great pool, and treated like family. Also showed me an app that has an amazing exchange rate and no banking fees. Talking around 25% more money using his way, would never stay anywhere else in Ko chang, you couldn't find an all round hotel and owners. Nearly forgot he also has every sorting event, TV from 30 countries and all pov events. Best place on the island. Your mad if you don't stay here

The entire resort is right by the sea in the middle of a beautifully maintained garden. The pool is exactly as in the photos, with an amazing view of the sea and especially the sunset. The individual cabins are spacious enough, the air conditioning works great and the bathroom is very large with little things like shampoo, soaps. The terrace with seating is a bonus

nice place. cozy and quiet. some vacation here with children. The room is comfortable, everything works. The hotel is in good condition. The pool is cleaned every day. Cleaning room is daily or upon request. There are bike rentals right there. I liked everything!

The staff were very laid back , check in at 1 pm , got there at 1 , told to come back in an hour , towel for the pool , sorry there all at the laundry , left my sunglasses in the room , they were never found by the staff , I think some hotel management training is in order !

There was really bad smell from shower pipes. Staff were trying to fix so at least thank you for eforts.

Very friendly staff. Rented motorbike without a problem, exchanged money also with very good rate. Clean environment. But we were super happy that a guy at the reception was speaking good english so helped a lot.

very nice Seaview from the swimming pool, the restaurant is near the swimming pool and has the Seaview too. we enjoyed a lot along at the chair near the sea. we stayed here for two nights and rent the motorbike here. the motorbike is very useful, we rode it along the island everyday and went to the beautiful beach too.

we booked a room with seaview, but we we checked in, there was some mistake, Seaview room was not available. but promised to change the room for us, then next day, we change to the Seaview side

Staff were very helpful and friendly. View from main area is lovely. Room was a nice size and clean, bed very comfortable. Coffee was good.

A kettle in the room would be nice, and the chance to loan a hairdryer. Restaurant and bar close at 8pm, so we tended to go out somewhere else.
