The pool was clean and well maintained. The balconies had a nice view. The kitchen was nice and compact. it's rare that the TVs are all smart TVs. The staff were also pleasant. We had a nice welcome by Q, who was the son of Mr. Dave.

The beach was not very good as it had a lot of cobbles, and the access was also not very welcoming. That's that I can think of.

Host (Dave) is terrific! He answers any question and helps when you need him. He welcomes you in his villa and gives tips on where to go on the island. We wanted to rent scooters and he arranged everything!

Nothing. If I would be nitpicky, the shower in the room with the smaller balcony didn't have hot water. That's it.

The villa is wonderful! If compared with the average houses at Ko-Chang it looks very modern and well-done. The only things I miss are the clothes washing machine and the dishwasher. The rooms are very comfy and spacious, every room has its own AC and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The beds also are very comfy, that's quite unusual in such villas. The dining room is also good. I was wondered by the presence of modern big good TV with smart features like youtube because usually pretty much every hotel/villa has very ancient TVs which are almost unusable in the modern world. The kitchen is quite good, it has all the utensils for a small company of people, but if you want to cook for a big party the pans and pots wouldn't be enough size, but it's not very expensive to buy the ones with the necessary size in Big C supermarket located within 200m. There's a water cooler with drinking water so you don't need to buy bottled water. The garden has a couple of tables and sofas enough to place a quite big company of people if you want to invite some guests. The pool is very clear and looks amazing with underwater lighting. Dave could also provide a grill for you on demand. The cleaning service comes every 2-3 days and does its job very well. I want to say thanks a lot to Dave and his son Kew for their hospitality and for helping me with different things while I was living in the villa!

I had a couple of minor issues like leaking AC, but he's fixed it in less than a day, so I wouldn't say that it was a problem.

The property is really spacious and comfortable, everything looks good and in order

The reception is not near the room (about 150 meter from the rooms) which is a bit inconvenient (although they are very responsive in emails). It would be very helpful if the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and not once in three days

The villa was very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay very much. Big pluses were private pool, twi bedrooms with it's own balconies and big shower with hot water.

You can hear other guest through the fence if they are loud but it seems this is accommodation mostly for families not party groups :)

8 of us were on a bachelors trip to Thailand and stayed here. Great stay. Great Host. Convenient Location. Easy Check in. Good English speakers. A couple of extra people from my end showed up since they made last minute plans but the hosts were very accommodating. They also helped us out with a private speed boat to Koh Mak and nearby islands (incl. pick up and drop). The rooms and the pool and the vibe is as good as it can get for the price we paid. Would definitely recommend staying here. Great place!

Great space clean and convenient nice pool, outdoor cover space was amazing. Good kitchen and all what you needed if you wish to cook. Beds are comfortable.

Would provide a few more towels as we only had one each and the use of the pool meant the towels are used two frequently

Was exactly as displayed in photos, very clean and the office at top of road couldn’t do enough to help you

Definitely need bike/car or you will need to get cabs everywhere but that is no different to anywhere on the island

Everything is amazing from the bed to the swimmingpool I can’t complain about anything. I was together with a friend so perfect to share the price and villa. The staff is amazing don’t be affraid to ask for any help.
