Most amazing breakfast! Pancakes, peanut butter, eggs, coffee, fruit, yoghurt, oatmeal, etc etc. All the staff was very nice and helpful with everything. They quickly helped with motorbike rental and snorkeling tour, so I did not have to lose any more time searching. The pool area is beautiful, as is the breakfast terrace. As there was a problem with the AC in my room and we did not sleep that well for two nights, the owner Nicola offered a one night discount and changed our room on the third night. It is on the main road and well located.

Nicola (owner) recently bought Keereeta and is still renovating the facilities, because some things in the rooms are old. Once fully renovated, it will all be very nice. This was the only downside.

It is a beautiful and comfortable place. from our room there is a beautiful view of the pool and a little bit of the mountains. interesting interior design, especially in the bathroom. the staff is very friendly. I recommend this place. it will not leave anyone indifferent. There were several red ants in the room, but this disorder is easily eliminated with a special spray. This is a common occurrence in Thailand. Perhaps it is important for someone. We were not upset by this

I was a little upset by the condition of the bed linen set . yellowed and with protruding threads. after all, it 's easy to fix ..

We enjoyed our stay at Keereeta. The property is called resort and spa but unfortunately the spa was not opened and we were a little disappointed by that. However, I want to highlight how amazing May was to deal with. May was extremely helpful, really went above and beyond with our stay and made us feel so welcome. May organised taxis, gave restaurant recommendations, organised a scooter for us and also recommended a day trip which we enjoyed a lot!! May really was truely fantastic and was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you May!!!

The property didn’t have a spa even though it’s advertised as a resort and spa. Also was a little far away from the main restaurants and bars. The best way to get around is scooter/taxi.

Not given 10 as there is always room for improvement. It is a very well run hotel with excellent staff, especially No and Mae in the reception. Quieter area on the island close to 2 supermarkets and restaurants, with a proper Thai restaurant just up the hill that has very good food. Views of the mountains and trees. Moped hire at a good price. Rooms cleaned daily and some drinking water is provided which was very handy. Fridge and a kettle on request. Hot shower. I would highly recommend this hotel after spending some days in the more touristic, noisey areas. It's better to visit the busy areas on the island rather than stay in them in my opinion.

As soon as you step in you can appreciate there has been a new management takeover. The resort is fully refurbished (bedrooms and breakfast restuarant). Perfect place to relax in a quite area, nice swimmingpool and big spacious room (specially for Thai standards) with all the amenities we needed. We were on the first floor with sea/mountain view, you could even hear the waves in the distance. Perfect location, close to 2 supermarkets for anything we needed and easy to discover the island as it's close to the most stunning beaches in Koh Chang (and probably Thailand). We were amazed as well with the breakfast, a bit of American, English, Thai and Chinese food, made by the owner himself, Nicola, who prepared us authentic italian coffee! (espresso, cappuccino, macchiato... you name it). Really, it was great to have Mr Nicola as our host, you can really feel how much he truly cares about his guest's time and made sure we had everything we needed, from directions, to local tips and stay comfort (felt like owner/housekeeper/concierge all-in-one). Grazie mille Nicola! Speriamo di revederci!

Very nice, cozy hotel with lovely people and everything we need it. Comfy and clean rooms. Nice pool. Great breakfast with italian coffee. Motorbikes for rent on spot, to explore the island and few min drive you get to white sand beach. The best part is Nicola the owner, very kind and nice person.

Location, atmosphere

Something very small could be improved for example bathroom curtains to separate wet zone and dry zone. Also a little counter in the bathroom would make such a difference. I don’t mind a hundred years old TV. but things in bathroom could improve.

Quiet location, opposite Big C supermarket, on Pearl Beach and being short 5min walk to eateries, so no drink driving. Friendly helpful staff. Value for money compared to other expensive resorts. Good sized terrace room overlooking clean pool. Short drive from the ferry.

Staff and owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was delicious… we enjoyed our stay. :)

Nicola, Mei and the entire team are great and they make you feel as family. Nicola's americano and cappuccino coffees something we will be missing. Overall great experience in a clean an quiet resort close to everything. The team.is working hard to make you feel home. Highly recommended.
