Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a good spread of Asian and European cuisine, not a massive spread but a very decent one. The highlight was the beach and the Coco cafe and bar. The beach was very clean, lots of beach chairs laid out for the guests every morning, the water was very calm so perfect for swimming for kids and amateur sea swimmers. We had brought our own snorkeling gears so saw lots of fishes very close to the shore too. We didn't want to explore the island because we were so happy at the hotel beach. Also great Thai restaurants, massage, 7/11 within walking distance.

It was very peaceful place, close to some shops by the main road, close to the beach. They provided chairs to chill out at the beach. The room was quiet. Room cleaning service was excellent everyday. Bed was comfy, bathroom wasn't something I'm used to but served it's purpose well (probably very Thai style). The staff at the reception desk would always help us out and provide information. Restaurant by the beach was very good if you ordered a'la carte.

Breakfast they served was very poor quality. The choices of food for breakfast were limited and basically everyday the same so we couldn't really choose anything to eat. Coffee at breakfast was terrible.

Rooms very clean and even if you didn’t want your room cleaned they left water , coffee etc outside the room

Breakfasts a bit monotonous

- The resort is first line to the beach with a big swimming pool next to it - There’s a restaurant on the beach with a decent breakfast. - There’s a 7/11 at the entrance to the hotel.

- The shower head isn’t adjustable and made it very uncomfortable to use in the bathroom space. - The room itself and the design was a bit old and dark, and there was a strong scent of mold. - The resort location is actually facing south and the sunset isn’t visible, something to take under consideration

The resort was just what wanted for our 7 night stay. It was quiet and had several restaurants and shops close by. The staff at the resort were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and all the laundry changed every day. Our room was one very close to the beach and surprisingly and pleasantly large. Thank you for a lovely 7 nights stay.

The shower was over the bath, which was fine, but it could have been made to be able to stand up.

I loved everything! The location and staff were amazing. Swimming on that beach with the mountain views was stunning. It could not have been more beautiful. It is really quiet but when you walk past reception to the main road everything you need is there. Mexican, Italian and Thai restaurants, a mini night market on weekends, fantastic kebabs and rotisserie available every night, 7/11, Lotus, ATMs. There is even a glasses shop right near reception so I was able to get new glasses. The nightly fire show was great the resort is very clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good and so was the wifi which was important for me as I work online. I stayed 13 nights and can’t wait to go back.

Location to the beach was excellent. Hotel is literally on the beach. And all staff were very helpful and so friendly especially the reception and maid services

The room is dated and requires a makeover. Old wood panelling and shower room definitely need bring into the 22st century. The water in the shower smells really bad. And my room backed into the hotel laundry room and you could hear the staff talking from 6am and noises from service vehicles ( trucks) coming into the hotel.

Location, staff and cleanliness was all great. Price also was very good for the standards.

Some guests (can guess nationality) were very loud and not respecting 1cm of personal space on the beach, also hiding alcohol under their seats with their children around in the morning. Forcing me to move to other areas all the time to avoid any fighting. I know this is hard to tackle, but I think the staff could say a word to these guests when exaggerating.

This hotel has many different categories of rooms, we took advantage of a cheap rate but ended up with a room with a view on the street, so that was not so pleasant as expected. Otherwise big, clean room with comfortable king beds. The breakfast buffet was really good. The beach is nice. The pools a bit small. We could stay only one night, unfortunately, because the hotel was fully booked.

I do not recommend the rooms with street view because the road is busy until late.

I loved the resort, it's location and the beautiful beach. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful. Stores and restaurants were very close, pharmacy and 7-11..

This is not the resorts fault but some of the guests lacked any manners or personal space. Some noise from the pool easily filtered into the room. Although I was not bothered by it.
