This was our second stay in this resort. What I liked about this resort? Pretty much everything. We booked 3 beach front villas and although fully booked they managed to give us all three villas next to each other. Villas are new, modern, spacious, I have never seen a bed that large its like two king beds together. Each villa has its own wifi router which is great. There is a shower and a bath tub in each villa and that is also great. The views are just amazing, breakfast is top, so many choices. We have stayed there 9 nights last year and 7 nights this year and had no problems getting different food every day. Staff is friendly and helpful. They remodeled the pool since last year, its twice the size it was with a very nice surrounding and a beach bar. Klong Prao beach is just beautiful, no rocks, just sand. Many restaurants, shops etc. withing walking distance. But its best to rent a scooter and than you can go anywhere. You can park you scooter comfortably next to your villa or in one of many parking places throughout the resort. There was considerably less russians this year than there was last year which was definitely a plus. There is also a shop directly in the resort which has prices similar to 7-11 and sells beer all day long (unlike 7-11).

Be careful not to lose anything. There is room keys, slippers, beach bag and bath robes in the room. If you lose any of those things it will cost you dearly .

it was our 3rd stay at this place. location was good for us, area of the hotel is beautiful, own pond with fishes. good breakfast(Thai and european style)

some visitors left a plastic bag with garbage near sun bed on the beach, this bag was laying there for 2 days the staff didn’t pay any attention to it(no nice words to the visitors who let the plastic back, but the staff should monitor the beach time to time)

This resort ticks all the right boxes in such a smart way that its shortcomings don't affect the whole experience. It is located on a paradise tropical beach and offers lots of sunbeds to enjoy your time there. The whole property is very green and beautiful. Value for money is exceptional. The rooms are basic but comfortable enough. The on-site restaurant was excellent - good choice, great taste and reasonable prices. Once outside your room you feel like in a high class resort. Of course it is not a 5 star property and one shouldn't expect it. The biggest disappointment for me was the breakfast buffet. Food options are very limited, western food even more so. All drinks are if the lowest posible quality. However, at the end of the day it didn't really matter as we didn't go on vacation for the breakfast, right?! So all in all I can easily recommend the place. It delivers great value for its price, you can't beat the location and I will return gladly.

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. It is on a beautiful beach which was kept spotlessly clean by staff. There were plenty of sunbeds on the beach and lovely shade from the many trees. The staff were helpful and polite, staff in the breakfast room made sure food was restocked and tables cleared quickly. My room was very comfortable and I was lucky to have a view of the sea.

There are lots of mosquitos around on Koh Chang (not the fault of the hotel) but on arrival I bought a Baygon spray from the supermarket nearby and sprayed my room every morning and evening. This solved any mozzie problem.

The location, beach and pool area are idyllic, the staff are 1st class and always willing to help if required. The rooms are a little dated but always clean and comfortable. There is a resort next door that plays exceptionally loud Asia/ rave music, with lots of "whoop whooping until 11.30 pm at weekends, unfortunately our superior room was the closest to the P A system if 150 decibels plus is your thing then fill your boots.

Great location , rooms kept exceptionally clean , right on a fantastic beach , breakfast as good as can be expected ,swimming pool area absolutely fantastic , good restaurants close by .. will booking for next year when back home

Could benefit from a bit more storage and more than 4 hangers..Problems with toilet occasionally overflowing and not clearing all the time although staff did wash the manhole every couple of days,, sunbed lice who hog beds at sunrise and don't show all day ,,,

We stayed over New Years and attended the New Year Gala. Everything was really thought through, and we had such a great time! Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Lovely pool just by the beach. Pool bar, great restaurant, mini market.

The fireworks at midnight were sooo amazing, right until something happened and one rocket didn't make it off the ground. One guest was hurt very badly, and many people were frightened. I sincerely hope you find a better, more secure way to launch your fireworks next New year.

We stayed over New Year and the party held by the Hotel included in our stay was excellent and a surprise as we weren't expecting it. Our party stayed in the villas and these are very well located near the bar and the beach. The pool is lovely and great for kids and swimming.

The bathrooms could do with updating a bit and one of the villas had ants in the bathroom, which we got rid of but not very pleasant (apologies to the hotel as we forgot to let them know as I am sure they would have dealt with).

Excellent location with direct access to the beach. Your room is merely 100 meters away from the waterline, - it's simply amazing. Nice pool with two jacuzzi sections. Friendly and helpful hotel staff, very clean and comfortable room. I rented a scooter and had a glimpse of other beach areas on the island. Must say - Klong Prao is still my favourite.

To fight off mosquito I would suggest electrical plugin devices to be added to the room amenities

This resort was just great. Staff was very friendly and spoke english enough to help with anything we needed. Pool with a smim up bar was very nice. Breakfast was very good with a huge selection of anything except there was no yogurt. We had two of the beach villas and they were the best A4 and A5 with just the most beautiful view on the sea which was like 20 meters away. The villas are very comfy, equiped with everything you might need. WIFI was the best we experienced in Thailand. In most hotels it works like 50% and its not very dependable. Here it always worked. Villas were cleaned daily and also all towels including pool towels were changed every day, which was very nice. Our stay here was exactly what we expected and it was awesome. Thank you!

There was a lot of ants in the villas. We talked to the front office and they sanitized the villas about three times duruing our 9 day stay. It always helped but not for too long. It made our stay a little comfortable but it was not really the hotels fault and they did everything they could to prevent this. The worst about this resort was that about 50% may be more of the hotel guest were Russians. They are like a plague and you can see them anywhere you go in the resort or anywhere on the island. Again not the hotels fault but it was just disgusting to see these people enjoy a vacation on this beautiful island when their nation wages war on a peacefull independent country.
