We stayed in the suite with pool view The room was large and comfortable, with the desk and couch a good distance away from the bed. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Room was cleaned every second day. Pool was nice and always cleaned Important to note that it's a 15 minute walk from Old Lanta and 7-11. That said, they have a shuttle to breakfast at Hidden Hut and they'll also order delivery from there, so it reduces the times to walk. You can also rent scooters if that's your thing. No complaints. Old Lanta is nice to check out and the hotel was great.

Great pool, very well presented room. All the equipment you might need (fridge, kettle, tv, hairdryer, pool towels). There's someone on reception from 8 to 8, but otherwise, you are left to relax in private. You can rent a motorbike on site and food can be delivered. We recommend the little roadside food stalls on the way to old town for some inexpensive but very authentic Thai food. They sold some drinks (including beer) and snacks onsite. There was a walkable shop (turn left out of the hotel) and restaurant opposite, but otherwise you would need transport.

The place is so much better than the fotos! We were so surprised for what we got considering the price. The staff is so friendly and we loved the light that the room had. The pool area was so beautiful we decided to stay some days instead going to the beach. The place is a bit far from everything so you would definitely need a motorbike (taxis are expensive in comparison to the rest of Thailand: approx 500 TBH-11 Euros to the closest beach). With a motorbike you are in the town in 2 minutes. The town is lovely too :)

- The best way to explore anywhere in Thailand is by motorbike, so the fact this hotel is a little out the way was no problem for us. You can rent bikes from the hotel at 250 baht per day and it is a 20 minute walk into the old town which has a 7/11, many shops and restaurants - Clean pool with a nice overhead seating area - Bottles of water were given every day and laundry done at 50 baht/kg - Room was large with working WiFi, AC, and hot water. Bed was comfy, too. You have a fridge & kettle with coffee. - Nice balcony area included with seats, sun hit the balcony too - Another added touch is the use of many books that are available for you to read, in the room, and by the pool area. - We left on Christmas Eve, and the lovely hosts gifted us some Christmas accessories to wear, which was a lovely touch I mean, for the bargain price you are paying, you get excellent facilities and service. We loved staying here!

Baan Chainarong in Koh Lanta is a great find. The people running the place are super friendly, making you feel at home despite a few language hiccups. Sorting that out is easy, though. The rooms are modern, well-kept, and just the right size. Beds are big and comfy, and there's a handy fridge. The air conditioning keeps things cool. The best part is the chill pool area with sunbeds – a perfect spot to relax. They do laundry for a decent 50 baht per kilo and rent out scooters for 250 baht daily. Situated by the main road, it's peaceful with light traffic and the hum of insects. A quick two-minute scooter ride takes you to Old Town Lanta, a cute area with shops and restaurants, giving off a laid-back vibe. For more action, a 15-minute scooter ride gets you to the lively west coast with bars, restaurants, beaches, and diving schools. Baan Chainarong is one of our top spots for a relaxed island getaway – totally recommended.

Beautiful and clean facility. Low price. Very friendly and helpful staff. A quiet place surrounded by nature. As for the location, renting a motorbike is a must, but renting a car or motorbike is common sense on Koh Lanta in the first place. I think is the best hotel in Thailand in the same price range. (I have more than 100 stays in hotels under 1000THB per night.)

Amazing stay, with a very relaxing setting, a pool and surrounded by green. The rooms are comfortable, with working AC and very clean. You also have your little nice porch ! Also a nice touch: they have a small fitness room with one working static bike (I can't speak for the treadmill, which I didn't use)

The wifi was not very fast but I had 5g coverage, so it ended up not being a problem. It's a bit far from the beach, you do need a scooter

Very nice stay in a quiet place in Koh Lanta. Little bit further from the beached but that means a very quiet place to relax. You can also rent a scooter on the property, which makes it easy to move around the island. Close by Lanta Old Town and easy accessible. Also has a taxi service, to bring and pick you up from the pier. Nice staff, clean place and big rooms. Very nice price for the things you get! Loved it here.

It is very quiet at the end of the village. There is no food available, but you can drive to some spots nearby.

Staff can barely speak English and it is hard to communicate with them. During our stay they made us change the rooms twice, and instead of 2 single beds that we booked, we did have to sleep in one bed, not being a couple, so it is a nice place but quite hectic management of the reservations.

Incredible pool, absolutely loved it. Strong air con and nice modern room. It is only 15mins walk to 7-11 and Lanta Old Town. There is a little shop at reception that sells drinks, snacks and cup noodles. The roadside restaurant right opposite the entrance to the hotel makes amazing and cheap local food.

The bed is comfy but I found the pillows to be very big and firm which made it difficult for me to sleep. Despite this I would still come back to this hotel, we really enjoyed our 4 nights of relaxing here.
