The family villa was huge and so comfortable and clean. We were lucky enough to have the villa directly opposite the pool and the views were stunning. We stayed with 2 teenagers and our son took the sofa bed in the lounge. This room wasn't air conditioned but it had a fan and he didn't mind this, especially once he discovered there was YouTube on the tv! The property was very quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves, which we loved but if you want a lively hotel then this isn't for you! We stayed for Christmas and New year and the staff looked after us all very well. The restaurant was great, amazing fresh curries cooked to order and wonderful fresh juices, lassis and shakes too. The staff were all wonderful, helpful and so so friendly. A special mention to wonderful Bao who was so kind and accommodating, even when we locked ourselves out of the villa at 11pm and he came from his home to help us. A great location too, a short walk from the beach and a number of lovely restaurant restaurants that and bars- the Why Not bar and SameSame but Different bar were great beach bars and the Drunken sailor was a great restaurant on the Main Street too. A wonderfully special place that we didn't want to leave. Highly recommended.

Nothing! It was perfect for all our needs!

The property is beautiful and exceptionally clean and well cared for. The pool and surrounding areas are cleaned daily by staff that really care. The on-site restaurant is reasonably priced and delicious.

The only negative I found was the staff did not advertise themselves enough. They have a travel service that I was unaware of when I first checked in. I booked something with another Travel service that was a little sketchy. Puteri received no financial gain from helping me clear this up. They actually went to the other service and got me a refund. Puteri provides kind and exceptional customer service.

Good location a short walk to beach, bars & restaurants. Wonderful views and sounds of the rainforest around you. Lovely pool, with sunbeds and lots of shade. Gorgeous tree house to hang out in. Good sized, wonderfully clean property with nice but slightly dated facilities, reception staff so friendly and helpful. Very good with organising transfers & Tuktuk's for us, helpful WhatsApp service too so you could avoid the hill!

Breakfast waiting staff could be more welcoming and in general the standard of breakfast could be greatly improved. Felt a touch on the expensive side for the quality/finish of the property but would we stay again.... yes!

The view from our sea villa was outstanding ! One of our favourite in koh kanta ! The room had everything we needed . Clean and comfortable . Sofa bed for child fine . Lovely balconies to enjoy the view . We loved the tree house !! So cool to sit in and relax on the bean bags with the stunning view . The staff were friendly and attentive to make our stay perfect . The breakfast was nice ( with a coupon system to select your breakfast for the day that they prepare and bring to the table ) a nice treat , instead of a help yourself buffet like other hotels . We enjoyed this relaxed approach as a change . Pool was stunning !

This place is amazing. Pool was great , staff was great, food was great. The rooms were so cool and different. All wooden finishings and great beds. We had a 2 bedroom with common area. It was much more than we expected.

The only complaint, if you could even call it that is that the restaurant is only open till 5pm. So if you’re looking for dinner it’s down the hill into town. Which is totally fine because there are multiple food options within a 15 min walk. The hill is no joke on the way back up tho, you will sweat. But if you’re looking to get some steps in. This place is perfect.

The location was good for southern Koh Lanta, the place felt like it was family run, the individual swimming pools were brilliant to just step into whenever you needed to. Food was reasonable. Views were brilliant. Near to a 7- 11 store and ATM's. The fact the reception sorted trips and taxis out for is. Very near to "Following Giants" ethical Elephant Sanctuary which was a superb half day trip. Also easy to get to and near the National Park which had a fantastic beach and Jungle walk where we saw Cute Monkeys as per the picture.

It was all uphill to our lodge but we wouldn't have got the great views otherwise. The lodges are a little dark and starting to look a little bit dated and there are openings to the outside in the roof space to the bathroom part of our lodge. This could allow mosquitoes if the lights are on at night but it didn't for us but it did make us shut the bedroom doors to help the air conditioning which was good.

Very good value 2 bedroom pool villa for 4 adults + 1 child. Roomy rooms and bigger than expected private pool. The family owned resort had wonderfully friendly staff (from cleaners to front of house to drivers). Restaurant had decent fairly priced food (for an island), mostly the Thai style dishes were better, but some dishes too sweet. Overall felt like home.

Only issue is villas are not well insulated so heat in the middle of the day in the living room (fan, no A/C) is quite bad.

Lovely resort, in a fab location just up a hill with great views. Rooms are big, with comfy beds, bathrobes and slippers. The small pool was popular with the children, and the restaurant did decent food for a good price. The juices and shakes were particularly good. All staff were friendly and helpful. Short walk to the local village with loads of choice for food and drinks. Same distance to the beach, which was beautiful, with bars and places to eat, plus a great massage.

Our villa was absolutely perfect for two people - spacious and very clean. We loved the pool (and the view from the pool). The staff is really nice and always very helpful. The food in the restaurant is also good! The walk to beach and 7/11 only takes 5 minutes so it is a perfect location for those wanting to spend some time at the seaside.

Everything was great. The two bed villa was perfect for us a family of two adults and three children (12/8/6). Staff were so friendly and couldn’t of helped more. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Pool and restaurant area were really nice. Quieter location towards bottom of island which we chose as we liked the beaches down this end more but so easy to get about with local tuk tuks to other areas.
