Our room was lovely. Spacious and clean with air con. Bathroom a good size old fashioned Thai bathroom, clean and functional. Breakfast excellent and served all day which is wonderful. Food very good. Loved the bar literally on the beach under shade of gorgeous big tree. Staff very friendly. Owner Nando so very hospitable and nothing too much for his guests. Will definitely be back and stay longer!

The beach location was so gorgeous. A paradise to spend lazy days. With easy access to lots of restaurants and shops/local stalls The bar was great serving lots of fruit smoothies as well as alcohol. And what a place to sit and watch the amazing sunsets The staff were ALL, without exception, brilliant - polite, funny, friendly but always professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were simple but practical and had everything you needed. Beds very comfortable. And the 'veranda' was lovely to sit in the evening. The grounds were very well maintained and beautiful with a fabulous little swimming pool

The location is fantastic. Close to so many restaurants, massage places and bars. We loved the food and drinks at the hotel and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The honeymoon suite was so lovely and right on the beach. We work up every morning and looked out onto the beach.

The Mushroom Bar does stay up late and is rather loud. This is so unfortunate. We were able to sleep from the day in the sun and water but does ruin the ambience at night. Our first room before we moved into the honeymoon suite had the shower in the middle of the bathroom, so the bathroom was always pretty damp. That room was a little sterile feeling with the fluorescent feeling lights and white tile.

We had a great stay at Lanta Beach Resort. The location was perfect—right on the beachfront and centrally located along the beach, making it very convenient to explore nearby beach bars and other spots. It was easy to move around, which added to the overall relaxed vibe of our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome. We were traveling with two kids, and the connecting room bungalow was a fantastic setup for our family. It provided both comfort and convenience, which we really appreciated.

The only downside was the kitchen, which we found to be quite average. Because of this, we preferred dining at the neighbouring resort, where the food options suited us better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a great location with friendly staff—ideal for families looking for a beachfront getaway.

We had a fantastic time at Lanta Beachfront - firstly the staff are very welcoming and couldn’t have helped us more during our stay. The location is fabulous being right on the beach with loads of restaurant and bar options nearby, and is 15-20 minute taxi from the port to Phuket. The beach bar is so lovely, there is a cocktail menu but they can make anything you like. Small food menu but it was delicious and wish we’d eaten there more! Plus, you can get a massage at the hotel right on the beach! We had a 2 bedroom bungalow for 4 of us, which were separated by an adjoining door that could be locked and perfect for us staying with parents. Lovely terrace in front of it. And the pool is great for relaxing around. Finally, Koh Lanta sunsets are fab!

Really struggled to find fault with anything, apart from the shower makes the bathroom into a wet room which you have to walk through to use the toilet.

Nice resort 15 min from the north access pier. Direct access to the beach. Friendly staff. Was very easy to book moped rental and taxi's through the resort.

Unfortunately there is this trashy "Mushroom Party Bar" next to the resort which sometimes plays extremely loud music until 4-5 in the morning. On Christmas night evening we had trouble sleeping because of this. Just look up the reviews on Google to see what I'm talking about. It says enough. I truly wonder why such a bar can even have a license. It should be revoked immediately. Hopefully it will eventually happen as it does not fit the Koh Lanta vibes at all. It's not fair towards the Lanta Beach Resort to have such a place next to it.

Much better than similar places we stayed in in a similar price range

Wonderful 4 nights here. Nando the owner made us feel so welcome, introduced himself when we arrived to check everything was ok and greeted us every morning at breakfast! Grace was also wonderful and very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. We were also given an upgrade as we were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday! Quieter part of Koh Lanta but easy to get a tuk tuk to walking street area. Lovely beach, nice local restaurants!

It was a great resort, in a fab location right by the beach. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable and great value for money.

There’s a couple of bars near so it can be a little bit noisy at night. The shower situation wasn’t ideal as we had to hold it whilst we shower because it didn’t stand up on its own.
