Great hotel for young party folks.

Music was great but there was no way to escape it. If only it had been 1 or 2 dB lower the rooms would be mostly quiet. Aircon was great but "dry mode" wasn't working and at times the humidity condensed on the sheets and walls - expected - but maybe it can be solved?

everything is great, the breakfasts are amazing, the staff is helpful, there is no sunbed on the beach!!!

the sunbeds on the beach do not belong to the hotel, there is an additional fee of 3000-15000 THB for them, the client rests at another hotel !!! Big problem...

all the pools. they are fabulous. swim up bar, quieter pools. lounges looking out to the sea. the food was great. the music was an attraction for me. I loved the djs and seeing ppl have fun. I really enjoyed it. it was very clean and well maintained.

There wasn’t much to not like. The rooms were well sealed if you wanted to sleep before the music stopped.

Really nice hotel, staff are incredible couldn't do enough for you. Seen beach club is next door, you can use the pool & sit in the lounge area however you can't sit on the beds as these are min spend of 5,000 thb

Great location right on the beach, amazing facilities - 2 pools, gym, pool bar, restaurant, beach lounges. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the bed really comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

New hotel, perfect location, good breakfast, spacious room and gym area, perfect bed and balcony

Toilet and shower area are not so private, loud music from a beach club all day long, also you have to pay for the sunbeds (the amout of 3000-5000 baht to spend in the bar ar way too much), no discounts in the bar for hotel guests and 1000baht per day of deposit which you have to wait to get back (still waiting)

The staff, location, and fun, new facilities. The designer really had a ball with this hotel; reminiscent of art deco Miami Beach. The pool areas were fantastic from morning to night, for lounging and enjoying. Young, cool crowds abound¡ Staff went out of their way, especially in the restaurant (shout out to Momo!), And front desk (hi Dadah!, Hello Eik). Had a great time thanks to their attention to making our stay memorable. Thank you!

The hotel is completely open air, except the rooms. This means, between the heat and fruit flies in the breakfast area, it may be worth considering enclosing a part of the property in glass and adding air conditioning there to reduce those annoyances.

Avani chaweng is located in a great location, a minute or less from the main road of Chaweng, on the beach with seen beach club on its side. Room is big and very comfortable, bed is huge! It is a nice midrange hotel to be in.

The hotel is adults only but, there are a lot of young people that come to be in this hotel and they make a lot of noise until late hours of the night, it is something that the hotel needs to address. Also, I think that the food is a bit poor in the morning. I think they should offer a better coffee in the morning… I didn’t like that even though Seen beach club is a part of the hotel, as a hotel guest you need to pay 5000-10000 bath for a bed next to the pool that is on the beach , At least the hotel should give some credit or nice discount if not free beds to his hotel guests on these beds. At least put some free smaller beds for hotel guests on the pool side.

It was such a nice area pool part was unreal staff so so kind

The bedsheets were damp and the room smelt really bad

Everything was exceptional !! The only thing we would change would be we wished the mini fridge was colder.
