It was beautiful, stunning setting, clean, friendly staff almost perfect!

Not enough chairs round the pool or on beach, if you couldn’t get a chair it was a very uncomfortable day for you, it states the policy is if you don’t use a chair for 20 mins your stuff will be removed but this wasn’t enforced which is a shame - it wasn’t a case of getting up early to put a towel out because if you did this and went for breakfast that’s when your towel would be removed so the trick was to go for breakfast in shifts. I would rather more beds and umbrellas on the beach where there was ample space and have to pay for them than not enough free ones

Staff were really friendly and accommodating, nothing was a problem. The location was excellent with full beach access and the main shops/restaurants a short walk.

Room size too small and cramped. Can faintly hear the music bass at night untill 2am probably as our room faced towards town to be fair. The gym was so small that only a few people at a time could workout and the equipment was aged and barely in working order. I wouldn't usually complain but $435 N. Z per night i expect a little more

this is our 3rd stay at this hotel, it has a nice and clean swimming pool that we spend the whole day and the beach were just awesome. It has the beach chair for relax and the water there is crystal clear and we can walk a few metres into the sea at knee level!

Breakfast can do better and everyday same menu during my 4 days there, disappointed that breakfast quality has deteriorated compare to my last stay there..

It was really nice coming from Chiang Mai to have such a relaxed week. It has a great vibe and the staff seemed young and friendly. The location to the street was great and I think our pool/beach front was the best compared to all our neighbours! The breakfast was really good, very yum and great variety.

We noticed that on the 4th day the coffee cups inside the room (which we were using daily) didn’t seem to be getting cleaned properly but just put back and tidied as though they had been cleaned. I could clearly see the tea ring around the sides and the teaspoon didn’t look washed. People securing sun beds and then not using them for hours creating a shortage for those wanting to use them pool!

Great location on a nice, clean beach. Very big swimming pool, rooms small but nice and well organized, good breakfast. Staff in the restaurant and around the pool were very nice; the lady at the tour desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel is managed in a very bureaucratic way, with staff quoting unreasonable "policies". Room keys were deactivated 30 minutes before checkout time and the cleaning lady wouldn't allow us to get in to collect our luggage.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is perfect—close to all the attractions while offering stunning ocean views. I loved that the hotel provided beach and pool towels, which made my days out in the sun even more relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from every morning. The comfortable bed ensured I had great nights’ sleep, and the shower was refreshing after a day spent exploring. Plus, the fast-speed internet made it easy to stay connected. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return!

While my stay at the hotel was largely enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks that impacted my experience. The noise level outside my room was quite bothersome—thin walls meant I could easily hear conversations in the hallway and the sound of doors slamming. Additionally, I was disturbed by the number of mosquitoes in my room, which made for an uncomfortable stay at times. To add to my discomfort, I also spotted a cockroach in the hall, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. These issues certainly put a damper on what could have been a perfect getaway.

I had a fantastic stay at OZO Hotel Koh Samui! The location is perfect – right on Chaweng Beach, which I loved, and just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Getting there from the airport was super quick too. The staff really made the difference. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from check-in to just chilling by the pool. I appreciated how easy it was to get tour information. The staff were great at providing options and even booked things for us, which saved a lot of hassle. And of course, the beach access was incredible. Being able to step right from the hotel onto Chaweng Beach, which was pristine and like a mill pond most days, no waves.

Overall, I enjoyed my time, but there were a few areas where improvements could enhance the experience. Room Comfort The air conditioning in the room was consistently too cold, and I experienced frequent fluctuations in temperature, making it difficult to find a comfortable setting, leading to some discomfort during my stay. Breakfast Experience While the breakfast selection was good, the music played during breakfast was quite repetitive. A more varied playlist would significantly improve the ambiance Pool Access Hours I was a bit disappointed that pool access concluded at 7 PM. Extending these hours, perhaps until 9 PM , would allow guests without young children more flexibility to enjoy the facilities, especially after a day of exploring.

The hotel is absolutely phenomenal. The facility itself has an wonderful layout and is finished to a really high standard. The pool is amazing and perfect for families, and it's literally a stones-throw from the sea. The food is out of this world and was so good in fact we struggled to justify going out on some evening and instead just ordered from the restaurant. The breakfast layout is incredible, never eaten such a wide variety of great food for breakfast in my life. However, the thing that really set Ozo out from the rest are the staff, such warm and welcoming people, always keen to chat and help in any way they can. At one point, my partner even asked about a particular confectionary she used to love when growing up in Malaysia, then the next day a group of the staff went out and bought some for her! Big shout out to Koy, Nick, Nueng and Ya, much love to you guys for making our stay so special. DEAR MANAGEMENT - THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE AN ASSET TO YOUR HOTEL AND DESERVE PAY RAISES IMMEDIATELY!

Other guests being rude to the amazing staff. I can only imagine these individuals have such unfulfilling lives back home that they need to act like idiots and pretend they have power over others. They truly are scum and I apologise to the lovely staff on their behalf x
