This place is wonderful, a very posh hotel and pictures are accurate. We stayed in a villa which was fabulous. The pool was nice size, the bed size was suprisingly nice, breakfast was wonderful, beach is excellent. The blood-pools were fantastic (go, you will understand what I am talking about).

It is not the hotel, it is the guests. Some of them were annoyed that kids are swimming in the pool and splashing around since it interfered with their Insta stories (I guess in the pool water went on the phone that the lady was bringin in the pool, since kids were playing around her while making pictures for 20 minutes). No biggie, I told her, phones are not made for the pool. She did not understand and got upset. Anyhow... some of the guests were not big fan of kids. Guess they are not Insta compatible.

This hotel is really nice, but the issue is that the photos were taken 10 years ago, so some things don't look the way they used to. Some solutions are outdated. Anyway, the stay was very pleasant, but considering the price, it doesn't deserve a 10. Worth mentioning is that the food is really good, the staff is very nice, the rooms are clean, and the pools are attractive. Just some renovations, and it will be really good.

Very nice and very large rooms, Enormous big bed (2 king size large), large private pool, very quiet, and extremely private. Once you stay there you understand why they call it "Secret" pool villas. Very nice concept.

Only one remark. But for me important. When you check in, the first thing they say is "welcome", and the second is can you sign here the paper that you need to pay 3500 bath (100 euro) penalty if you lose your key. This gave me a very weerd, rather bad first impression. I would suggest to the hotel, that they show first the room, and ask to sign the paper when they hand over the keys. By that time, the guest have an understanding of the situation

Amazing rooms, I don’t think the photos give it justice to be honest. Very spacious and well organized. The private pool is amazing and the public pool is great too. Everything was close by.

We had a baby and a stroller with us, just wished for an easy and accessible way to the room for the stroller, we had to carry it over the stairs every time we left our rooms and back.

prepare your camera for check in as you will be walked into a maze through a black door that is used one. Best time for check in is during sunset. I am not going to ruin it. I am sure you will enjoy it. the design of the villa the size of the bed . the hotel was a different experience. it is just amazing for a relaxing break. breakfast is very good and the staff are super friendly. the Central mall (which is an outdoor one ) is a 5 mins walking. ooh another thing which we appreciate is observing the flights while approaching the airport which was interesting as well.

mosquitos but this can be solved with the anti spray that is provided by the hotel, the swimming pool in the villa was a little bet dirty because of birds stool but this was resolved by hanging a rubber toy snake on the tree :) it has been done by the house keeping. good job!

Stuff was 100% supportive in everything. Location the best - a great beach. Everything is close and convenient. Very enjoyable architecture. A lot of privacy. Nice music from the morning. Very good massage facilities. Big fridge is practical. Gym is nice.

Pillows needs to be better quality, and the bed in the platform is dangerous in the night time. Should be better facilities in the kitchen.

Room was fantastic with the biggest bed ever. Two king beds put together. Both my wife and I could starfish on the bed and not kick each other :). The private pool and jacuzzi were also great. Location was also great. walking distance to everything you would need.

Outstanding facilities and service, with excellent architectural design; the pictures hardly do it justice. By far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere, with a totally unique vibe and presentation. It’s not cheap to be sure, but given the quality, amenities, and level of service, it’s hard to argue we didn’t get our money’s worth.

Everything. Stayed at the secret villa (Chapter 10). Everything about this hotel was impeccable. Food, pool, library, service … all phenomenal
