Cosi has one of the best locations on Samui main area Chaweng Beach if you want something close by everything, it is located in the mall and close to the lake which has a night market every other night. Room is modern and super clean but needs some maintenance (paint, toilet derange) but nothing major to be mentioned. Overall it is a great option for solo travelers where you can meet like minded travelers.

I did not like the fact that the pricing has gone up dramatically which was very unpleasant since I stayed here before for less than half the price. overall price was extremely high for a boutique hotel and the price was similar to a 5 stars hotel in other areas in Samui or other islands. Unfortunately no one could offer a better pricing than what was offered which is the case almost every time I stay at Cosi.

It’s in a perfect location and has lots of amenities near by. The laundry facilities were great and we used them twice whilst staying here with no issues. It’s close to everything you need and only a 10 minute walk from the beach. If anything is further away you can get a grab or bike.

There was a festival at the back of the hotel so the noise was unbearable at night. I feel this was bad timing on our part though so wasn’t all the time only a few days we were there.

Love the strong water pressure in the shower, the location is very suitable for shopping, staff were very helpful. It's quite hard to find a spot for parking during the day unless you're using the parking of the shopping mall. Wish it would be more light in the room, especially at the full-length mirror. The hotel is located as a part of the shopping mall and is next to a parking lot and driveway. So you can't get enough natural daylight without opening the blinder, which is not so convenient in terms of privacy.

Location is excellent it is literally right beside the main shopping centre in Koh samui but tucked away so that it is quiet at night in room. Shower had the best pressure I experienced from all my stays in Koh samui. The rooms are clean and modern and very good for the price you pay and also bed is super comfy me and my girlfriend both said bed was the comfiest we had in Koh samui

Only thing I had an issue with was the mapping of the floors and rooms and what level to go to in elevator to be on correct floor. First time can be confusing. Kind of hard to explain but if you go there you will know what I mean

I know this hotel chain; two years ago, I stayed at the Cosi Hotel in Ao Nang. We thought the hotel in Chaweng Beach was great; the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were shops right on site in the center, and a night market right next to the center. The beach wasn't far either; you could easily walk there. If I vacation in Chaweng Beach again, I would book the hotel again.

The rooms are very nice. Safe in every room to store your valuables. Also, the AC works great, wifi is more than great, the beds are comfortable. Super great that they have their own laundry rooms. You can do everything there and on your own. And it’s cheap as well. You can also buy the detergent there for 10 baht.

There are only two main things - the hotel layout is a bit confusing but you should get around in a day or two. The pool … I haven’t tried it but I wanted to. Still, the water color kind of disturbed me and I have decided not to go in it.

Ok so, some downsides - the walls are not the thickest, so if you are a light sleeper you might get worken up by the people coming back from the pub at 5am I was there during Songkran Festival and it does get loud outside at the festival park for 10days... The pool area are extremely hot during the day and afternoon when the sun hits from 11am.

Sunset at the pool was beautiful and something we weren’t expecting, loved the room, nice croissants in lobby, very much got an international traveller vibe but isn’t particularly social as everyone seems to keep to themselves from our experience. Staff soooo friendly, we booked last minute and it was just the right place.

Key cards are required for the lift and when other people scanned theirs after and clicked a number the lift seemed to get confused and overridden by the second person - so we ended up going up and down a bit but this was no real bother

great location right next to the night market, super clean rooms, and super friendly staff! the daily food credit was so useful as we did not have to go running around looking for breakfast everyday. absolutely no complaints!

unfortunately the pool was undergoing maintenance while we were staying there but that was fine as the property is 2 mins away from the beach
