Great position on the beach and restaurants and bars immediately out on the street, sharing the resort facilities which it had been incorporated into. Great bed. Lovely staff.

The room was a bit pokey, the bathroom twin doors always getting in the way, light switches and power key holder behind curtains. But the worst was the lack of lighting on the veranda outside rooms, and too little on the steep stairs - this is a serious liability issue. One night I tripped over my neighbours shoes which he had left outside his room. Any lighting can only be controlled from within the room when key card is inserted, but switched on from outside room. Annoying.

I was in this hotel for the second time and for me it was perfect again!!! Thank you very much

You can walk through their sister hotel which is right on the beach. You can get breakfast there but not worth the price. Several better places within a few minutes walk. But having direct access to the beach is a great advantage. Lots of restaurants nearby. A great location. They have refrigerator and kettle in the room which I didn't see on the description

Central position close to all the cafes, bars and clubs. The hotel shares the pool and restaurant facilities with another resort which is beautiful and sorrounded by nature. The room had everything we needed and a small nice patio to sit outside. We noticed that this category of rooms had the best position at the hotel as they are at the back of the resort so away from the music from the beach clubs and also away from street noise.

Airport is positioned very close behind the hotel and flights fly so low that it's scary. If you are sensitive to noise defintely something to consider.

Very clean and comfortable. The use of the hotel’s beautiful grounds and both pools was excellent. Clean beach towels every day. The staff were absolutely lovely with a great sense of humour. Eating on the beach was a real treat. Beach is beautiful and great swimming outside the hotel.

It is noisy from the front. We didn’t hear the Ark bar but the rock bands playing from numerous bars on the strip. But to be honest - with ear plugs we slept soundly! So do take some with you.

My Thai partner was concerned about numerous dogs roaming unrestrained on beach plus 2 buffalo swimming. Concerned about poo on beach and in water. ( I thought the beach appeared clean)!

Superb location, right in the middle of the action. It's in the centre of Chaweng near all the bars & restaurants. If you just want a very smart room in a great location at a great price, then this place is absolutely perfect. It's also not far from the beach. You can use the facilities at Chaweng Garden. Staff extremely friendly & helpful.

A few reviews talk about the noise, but I didn't notice too much. You hear the planes flying overhead, but all the hotels in that area have that issue. It's not silent, but I didn't find the noise too bad.

J4 was a great stay for us! They so kindly upgraded us to a family room free of charge for just the two of us. The room was stunning, so spacious with a balcony and a great view. It is a very short walk to the beach and to the pool which was amazing. It’s also right in the heart of Chaweng - next to lots of great restaurants and bars like Ark Bar. The room was cleaned daily and all facilities had no issues. Staff were so lovely and helpful, allowed us to leave our bags with them while we waited for check in time :)

It can be loud at night up to around 2am as it is next to Ark Bar and a busy street, was not really a problem for us though.

Great staff all so friendly. The pool and beach .breakfast was lovely at chaweng garden beach resort. Stayed in the comfort room with balcony. Was warned it was noisy at night but we never had a problem sleeping nrver heard anything as these rooms are set at the back . Comfy bed .

Not much storage space . We stayed 15 nights and struggled where to put our clothes as i dont like living out of a case .
