Great location, very friendly staff and nice big clean room with a very comfy bed. Although there is no pool or bar you can use any of the complexes on the beach which are 2mins walk away. I used the elephant, all you had to spend was 400 baht per day to use a Sunbed and their pool and the food and drink was top class. Will definitely be staying again in future.

Maybe a little loud at night for some people as its close to the busy nightlife but for me it didn't matter. If it did bother you you could close the window (the air con is good) and not hear it too much but I like to have the window open so just used ear plugs.

The music from the outside is very loud, literally shaking the bed on certain nights and it goes on until 4am at the earliest. If figured putting some relaxing music in the room helps

Property was in a brilliant location right beside everything however it is a little loud at night if you are looking a peaceful sleep it probably isn’t for you. It was super clean and we were thankfully able to check in early. Everything we needed!

Just that it did not have a pool available However this wasn’t a problem and we knew that before we booked. There are plenty of beach clubs within a few minutes walk and the beach!

Good value place. Very good location next to the beach and best bars. Spacious room, fine bed, fast wifi, big safebox. Guys at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

There's some noise from the party till 2-3am but not as bad as I read in the reviews, at least on my 3rd floor room. Only big annoyance were the frequent power cuts. It was in most of the area not just the hotel but still they need to work on their weak power grid (took several hours to charge my phone)

Everything needed was there for a quick stay. Compact and comfortable. the staff was always caring and helpful.

The electricity seems to be on a timer. You put in a key card, all goes on but after a time, all goes off, including charging your phone. I had to leave early in the morning , it was dark, and every 1-2 minutes the electricity would stop and all lights turn off. Earlier in the evening before the entire block blew a fuse so not sure if all that was related?

Location. Wifi speed. The safety box is large enough for a laptop Lots of electrical outlets.. Elevator.

Noise from neighbouring rooms. No proper TV channel to watch. No toilet amenities. No water from the rain shower. No phone in the room. The bed has some bugs.

Gr8 location...staff are realy n8ce and helpful..especially Sam who speaks perfect English and hes very helpful

Music from bars ..but tha6s not the hotels fault...🙂👍
