Just spent a week in this wonderful hotel! We had a pool room and I really couldn’t recommend it enough! We are a couple in our late 20s and this hotel was perfect for us! This hotel is located in central Chaweng The location is perfect you walk out of the hotel and you are on the main strip there are loads of restaurants, shops and a 7/11 within a one minute walk, 5 minutes from the beach

The only downside to our stay was how loud it was this isn’t the hotels fault as they are located on the strip but there was one night in particular where I did not sleep as there was heavy bass music from a nearby club vibrating the room! Again nothing the hotel can do I would be reluctant to stay here as an older couple or as a young family

Regarding the hotel, I loved it all. The staff very courteous and helpful. The location great. The direct access to the pool was bliss.

Unfortunately I did not sleep well of a night time due to the loud music coming from a bar close by that seems to operate 24/7. The music was so loud, doof doof doof all night until 5am. Being so close to this particular bar, and although I thoroughly enjoyed your hotel, I would not return to it because of the loud music. This is not ideal for couple with young children. The other business operator should be more respectful to their surrounding neighbours.

Great stay in the heart of Chaweng – perfect for families! We stayed at Chaweng Villawee Hotel and really enjoyed it! The location is amazing right near all the action with bars, restaurants, shops, 7-Eleven, and Chaweng Beach just a few minutes' walk away. Super convenient but still peaceful at night. The staff were lovely, so friendly, helpful, and professional. They let us leave our luggage at the front desk when we arrived early and again after checkout since our flight was later in the evening. That made a big difference! The pool is awesome—our little one had a blast, and it's great for families traveling with kids. The whole place had a relaxed, welcoming vibe.

The only downside was a power and water outage that lasted around 3 to 4 hours, so no air con or running water for a bit, which was uncomfortable. Hopefully that was just a one-off. Other than that, we’d definitely stay here again. It’s a great spot if you want to be close to everything but still have a comfortable and family-friendly base.

The location to the main road was brilliant- from our room you couldn't hear any noise from the lively bars on the main road which was only a couple of minutes walk from us. You could access the beach directly opposite by walking through any of the beach bars without any issues (best to go through Combo which is directly opposite the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating and were very quick to organise more water, new towels etc (this included all staff - receptionists, cleaners, breakfast staff). The pool was lovely and very clean. The breakfast was nicely laid out, the area was clean and the fresh omelettes on request was delicious - plenty of options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would recommend the hotel and location.

The pool area needed more deck chairs/seating as at high season, it would have been a struggle to sit anywhere. We booked a superior room and expected the quality to be better as we had a water damaged door and paintwork chipped off in the room. They also needed an adjustable shower head which caused the water damage as it sprayed out of the shower towards the door. The hotel was on the plane flight path - this didn't bother us but it could for others. A bit of cheese for the omelettes would be great.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. I chose a room with access to the pool. It was very enjoyable. The staff is so nice and friendly. They always have a smile on their face. The location is as well really good as you are in the near of the street and all bars and restaurants but you don't hear all the noise. The food was as well really tasty, as on some rainy days I don't wanna go out. Would recommend this hotel for everybody who wants to enjoy his stay at chaweng and want to relax a little bit.

The staff was very attentive and always friendly. The hotel was located in an area with many restaurants and convenient stores, which made it easy to find places to eat. There are also coin laundries nearby for those who might want to use those. The breakfast was good and had a few changes every day in the range of foods at the buffet.

If you are easily affected by noise, this hotel might not be the best choice for you. Since it's quite close to the airport, you'll here planes taking off all throughout the day. On top of that, the hotel is near many bars and clubs. Therfore you'll hear music at night as well.

The bedroom was spotlessly clean but dated. The hotel is in a good location, only a short walk to the beach and shops/bars. Good wifi and aircon. The pool area is great and well maintained. Good breakfast options. The staff were amazing, super helpful, friendly with great English. We really enjoyed our stay here and extended for two extra nights!

There were trails of ants in the bathroom but we managed to block the holes. The pool is lovely and clean but we think the hotel use too much chlorine as our swimwear got chlorine stained and discoloured. We would have liked all of the breakfast options to have covers on as the open food was often cold and had flies on. Due to the location you will hear loud noise from airplanes and from bars until 3/4 in the morning but we knew this when booking and had ear plugs so still managed to sleep okay.

Lovely hotel set back from the main strip in chaweng.room was very clean .staff were nice food in the hotel is lovely as are the cocktails.

My bed was unfortunately not very comfortable although my friends was so think I was just unlucky.i would come again but next time would pay a little more to have a balcony

I liked everything. One of the best hotel I stayed in in SE Asia! The rooms are big and clean, the bed is comfortable. Pool is big and well maintained The staff is helpful and polite I’m lactose intolerant and the had soy milk for me! Amazing The position is central, we barely used the scooter in the evenings, you could easily walk everywhere in Chaweng in 20min 100% recommended
