Nice clean rooms, with daily room service (if desired) and care package, staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi is reliable, pool is small but clean and surrounded by nice plants and shade. 7-Eleven store is approx. 100m away. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the main road (look for the shortcut) for lots of restaurants, shops, bars and beach.

It would be great if they provided proper computer/desk chair to allow comfortable remote working. Aircraft are very loud flying overhead every 30 mins (not at night), didn't bother me but good to know. You can hear the distant nightclub music at night, also didn't bother me at all, but good to know.

I had a great stay at this hotel! We received two bottles of water daily, fresh towels every day, and the room was always clean. It’s excellent value for money, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location is central, making it easy to get around. The room itself has a microwave, kettle, a fairly large fridge, utensils, plates, bowls, and even dish soap for washing up. They also provided complimentary instant coffee in the room, which was a nice. Shampoo and body-soap also. The space was comfortable, and the room service did an excellent job throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

We used this as an overnight stay since our flight arrived so late and transferred to a resort the next day. Pros- Super close to airport, they arranged transfers, clean room with fridge.

Ironically cons include noise from being so close to airport and music/noise from nearby bars. Also the stairs are killer when you are carrying a lot of luggage.

Clean property. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Located well!

The WiFi wasn’t the best - sometimes I had to use my mobile data.

Close the bars , clubs , beaches and Mall - but in a quiet area

Amazing. Staff are friendly. Location was perfect, just a walk away from Chaweng. Offer many services like scooter rent and transfers. Room was amazing, kitchenette and spacious living room! Such good value for money! Rooms were also cleaned daily. Pool was clean and good size. To add, when we left the property we realised we had left our go pro in the bedroom. Staff were so good and honest and were happy to send this to us!! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Samui.

Superb location. Only a few mins walk to shops bars restaurants and beach but far enough away so still quiet at night We had a pool access room which was superb, nice size with good kitchen facilities and separate bedroom. Lovely pool, nice and quiet Staff really friendly and always happy to help

Mattress was really firm, could do with softer ones

Everything from the moment we arrived was great, you can not find a better place for the price. The maids did an amazing job on cleaning the rooms when needed. The pool area was lovely, the Motorbike hire was easy, cheap and a great little bike. All the staff where really friendly and helpful. And lots of small details you dont usually find in places this price, bedside chargers, great TV easy to use (bed and living room), water each day.

We only stayed one night. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The location was good, close to the airport and far enough away from the nightlife for the noise not to be an issue but also close enough to walk there. The pool looked clear and clean, although we didn't use it.

The 7am wake-up call from the aircraft directly overhead. I will take this into consideration when I book a room close to the airport in the future.
