the hostel is a such a beautiful place and located right in the centre which is very good

it was a good stay but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant incident. the first thing the hostel overcharged me even though I booked it in Thai Baht and was supposed to be charged in Thai baht but they decided to charge me in US dollars which I don’t understand why is that. when I spoke to the hotel manager he kinda acted like it was nothing as it was only 55 Thai baht difference but still. and he said if the 55 baht matters I can give you a bottle of water which is extremely disrespectful and demeaning. it wasn’t about the value of money only but for me was the principle.

-very cheap for what you get. very modern. the place is stunning compared to other hotels in Thailand. Looks like a funky hotel in Ibiza -very fun social aesthetic pool -perfect location. right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars -private room is very clean. Bed is very comfy and big. Netflix on the tv. - reception has a bar, pool table, ping pong -toilet and shower are separate -elevator -free cold water from water dispenser

-hotel provides social events such as bar crawl, cocktail making classes, pool party etc but we didn’t find out about any of the social events till the last day and it was too late. Hotel could promote them more, maybe tell you at check in all the events for that week.

It’s a very nice clean hotel. I liked having secure storage at the bed in addition to the room locker. Their coffee is really good.

They have a social activity coordinator that I didn’t find out about until my last day. I wish they would advertise that persons WhatsAp or something when you check in. I didn’t like it that people seemed to be able to claim the pool side seating all day by just leaving all their crap on the seat. Since their brand is to stay there and sow wild oats, a condom vending machine in the bathroom would be nice.

I loved everything about my stay from the amazing facilities to the outstanding staff. The accommodation is so well thought out, with something always going on and plenty to do. I met so many incredible people and felt right at home. Truly an unforgettable experience!

- Very clean - Very comfortable bed - Everything in the room was top quality - Good shower (pressure and hot water) - Decent restaurant - Amazing pool including a pool bar and beach sand around it - Lots of very comfy places to hang out - Smart TV in room - Lots of activities and parties organized by the hostel

- The hostel is in the middle of the party area of Samui, so you will hear loud music until very very late at night. I slept with the TV on to try to drown out the noise. It was still very worth it, because the hostel is great, but you should be aware of that.

a little bit pricey but to be honest worth it

Beds are super comfy. Free hot\cold\sparkling water dispensers on each floor. Rooms cleaned daily. Lots going on site with a group chat. Free breakfast is choice of omelette\fried eggs\scramble on toast with a salad and a drink which is ideal for us.

Too many motorbikes blocking the entrance 😂 Pink sand everywhere. Before 8am no staff seem to be around to help.

Great location right in the thick of it,Hotel staff were very polite and helpful and the room was very modern,spacious and clean.Nothing was to much trouble for them to sort out for you I'd definitely stay here again.Great value for money 👍

The location is amazing and the price is really good for what you get. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are really comfortable. The view from the room wasn't a good one as it faces some kind of house with people and some trash, but we kept the curtains closed. I'd also suggest adding desks to the rooms as lots of people are digital nomads and we can't work downstairs where there's too much noise. The staff is really friendly and I loved the water dispenser - you can even get sparkling water!

The daily housekeeping didn't leave new towels for us (after a few days of use, of course), so they just collected them and we had to go downstairs to ask for new ones. They don't clean the floor either, which can be a hassle as most people go to the beach and bring sand. Maybe leaving a broom if they don't want to give this extra work to the housekeepers?
