- Beds were very comfortable - Large room with good space to keep clothes - Balcony with two chairs which was great - Air con and fridge were very good -Large bathroom with good shower -Not far from anything you would need -Pool was really clean and nice -Lovely staff - water provided everyday and toilet roll left outside room if you don’t request cleaning. - Overall we really enjoyed our stay - were there for 5 nights and would’ve happily stayed longer, the location is perfect, walking distance to so many restaurants and bars, also a mall with a small night market and large supermarket, the beds were by far the most comfortable we had slept on in a while.

- We were expecting the music noise as we had seen the reviews before but I did partially assume people were being a little over dramatic about the noise, but they are not, from 8pm-5am the music is extremely loud, however we had earplugs so slept completely fine as it blocked the music out and you could only feel the bass a tiny bit but it’s important to note for people who wouldn’t want this as without earplugs it is a bit like being in a club.

Lek Lek Samui is a very new and minimalistic hotel. It is very clean and the staff values the guests. The pool are is simple but bery enjoyable!

The Hotel is located directly at Chaweng Rd., thus it can be noisey until 1-2 am.

I agree 100% with all the positive reviews. The room was super clean, functional, and comfortable, and the staff super friendly and helpful. Lek Lek is in an ideal location with many restaurants and bars of all types within an easy walk, and beach access via the ARK beach club right across the street.

As others have mentioned, the Paris Follies Cabaret is right across the alley and there's no escaping the loud music, with the same sequence every night. But I liked the music so it didn't bother me, many of those songs still pop into my head at random times. The only other minor annoyance is that the alley floods during heavy rains, so there's no way to keep your feet dry if you go out shortly after a rain.

Wish there was an elevator although it’s only two stories. Very noisy because of the airport nearby and the clubs, take that into consideration

When I was looking for a place to stay in Chaweng I already knew I do have some friends on the island who I have met during the last couple of years. All I needed was a nice room just in the middle of everything. That's exactly what I have got. The hotel is right opposite the entrance of Ark bar. The stuff is always friendly. If you just put a sign up "do not disturb" you always get some water and toilet paper in front of your door. The room is pretty spacious for Chaweng. Coming back since almost 20 years and have stayed in many places around Chaweng. A big plus is the lovely café next to the lobby. Sadly it was closed the last days of my stay.

When I arrived I had many black flies in my room. Probably because of some water lack from the butt shower. But I got myself some Off! Spray at 7/11 and they were gone in 1 day.

We stayed at this hotel for over two weeks and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of Koh Samui, close to everything you could possibly need: restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the beach. The hotel itself is new, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything feels fresh, clean, and very well maintained. Housekeeping is excellent our room was cleaned daily and always kept spotless. Room service was quick, professional, and great. What really made our stay special was the staff. The front desk team were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located place to stay in Koh Samui this is the one. Highly recommended!

Pool, location, service

you should know before you book, that a lot of clubs and bars are around. So when you have a bad sleep, then don't book here

The room was really new, well taken care of, the bed was still brand new you could fell it and the comfort was 10/10. The pool on top is amazing and quiet, the design of the pool area was amazing. the staff was very nice. Literally in Chaweng beach so its amazing!

I did not liked that even though the wc was new the cleaning was not the best. You are literally on the main road of Chaweng beach which means a lot of bar noise, if you are tired like I was the comfort surpasses the noise. but if you have light sleep it can disturb you. The show next door ends early so around 23:00 you will be able to sleep nicely.

A gem in the centre of Chaweng Beach. A very clean and comfortable hotel offering real value and excellent access to the many restaurants and Bars in Chaweng Beach. Having stayed at a few of the budget hotels/apartments in Chaweng Beach, this was by far the best located, bet value and altogether the best experience I've had, can not recommend more highly.

Not an issue for me, but some of the rooms to the front of the hotel may experience noise from the Chaweng beach road, but in any rooms set back a bit from the main street is very quiet. No breakfast available and the coffee shop has limited opening hours.
