Disappointed we were not informed of the pool closure before arriving. I would have booked elsewhere

We came back to our hotel in the evenings and wanted to sit down and watch the fire show but we were made leave as we didn’t want a drink (staff told us we needed time buy a drink to watch the fire show) I think this is very unfair if we have paid 4 nights accommodation in your hotel and you won’t let us sit down for 20 minutes to relax by the beach and watch the fire show.

Great location! Loved the room, really comfy bed, great aircon, modern and clean throughout and liked the fact Netflix was available. We had breakfast lunch and dinner here and all the food was great. Cocktails were nice too.

Pool area felt like it was prioritised for external customers with a lot of reserved signs out first thing. Later found out that they aren’t necessarily pre reserved but available for walk in people to purchase. A lot of people staying at the hotel were unable to get sunbeds which is really bad.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the pool area was good with lots of seating.

The restaurant and bar drinks are great with a lot on the menu, however it would be good if the hotel did a discount for hotel guests

I absolutely loved staying in this place. Its a brand new hotel and they appear to be trying to make a name for themselves. Everything is new and clean. There are a mix of regular DJs playing poolside with good vibes volume. Nothing loud of out of control here. The couple opposite me were staying there for their honey moon. It was just the perfect blend of everything. I want to thank the staff and owners for your great hospitality. You have won a customer for life. I'll be back next year.

There were three Israeli families staying. For some reason, they slept during the day and were loud and running a muck after 3am - with kids shouting and being totally inconsiderate of anyone else's stay. After I made a compliant, the hotel sorted it.

Staff of the pool bar are all very kind, pool with sea view, food and drinks were great, location is perfect, very clean, fire shows at night were great, great atmosphere

The hotel is very clean and everything looks new. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us. The rooms are comfortable and the toilet was great. We also upgraded from the standard to the deluxe room after a few nights and it was nicer with a bit more space and a more classic decoration (the standard room has a more "pop" decoration style with orange and red colors). The location is just perfect, in front of the beach and in the middle of the walking street of Chaweng full of restaurants and bars, but we did not get to hear any noises from the street. The restaurant is slightly more expensive than the options nearby but they make great pizza! A few suggestions would be to add more plants in the common areas to balance with all the concrete and also the music on the swimming pool could be more relaxing, especially during the day. We personally did not enjoy the electronic music playing all the time. Make sure to request a room away from the pool if you have issues to sleep with music playing. Our room was closer to the reception and from there it was very quiet (except airplanes, but they just go until 10 pm). overall a great stay.

It's a pretty new hotel right in the middle of all the action and Ark bar next door. It's close to the airport and it didn't cost much in a taxi to get there The pool area and the food are excellent. The staff are so friendly and the manager of the place came and sat with me for a chat. I was there over New years Eve, it was very busy and vibrant! The room has a large double bed with a patio. The rooms are equipped with a nice TV with netflix & YouTube , fridge and a safe. The room was fine for me as a solo traveller and I'm sure they have larger rooms for families. Met some great people also staying at the hotel around the pool area and at the evenings there is a fire display on the beach I really enjoyed my stay there. If you want to be In the middle of all the night life, shops and restaurants, this is the place to be.

My only issue which is not the hotels fault was there were young teens in the opposite rooms who were screaming, singing and shouting until 4am. A few of the other residents complained and the final couple of nights they toned it down. Just a word of warning, it's not a queit hotel and you will hear music until 3am coming from the pool DJ. If your room is on the main walk through, you will hear everyone walking through. I didn't mind but if you are going for peace and quiet, ask for a room away from the main walk through.

Beautiful room - we stayed at the ViP1 suite which had a double balcony overlooking the pool. It was noisy until around 1am every morning which we were warned about but I wore earplugs and sleep well. Pillows were a bit on the large side but bead was firm and comfortable. The atmosphere was good and music retro which we liked. The beach directly outside the hotel wasn’t really for swimming but only a minute walk away is the main beach which is stunning. For the price it’s a bargain. The street on the other side of the hotel is the main heart of Samui with loads of bars, restaurants and massage shops. Lots of fake designer shops too. In the evenings there were fire shows on the beach and there’s a pool table we played with our teenage daughters.

You get a sense of luxury at a fair price. The pool just by the beach is very nice indeed - but I sure wouldn’t stay in the rooms adjacent to it - the music would drive me crazy. I stayed in the main complex closer to the reception and even there you get your share of the beats. Thankfully it subsides at night. You also look straight into the rooms across the narrow alley, so the curtains see a lot of use. Very clean and modern room, but the light switches were very illogically split between the left and right side of the bed. Parking lot for your motorbike, but always close to full. I had no issues, though. The hotel is smack in the middle of downtown Chaweng, and everything is within walking distance. Would definite come back.
