- Excellent location, on a great spot on the Chaweng beach. Great for swimming, the beach was clean and water crystal blue and warm. - The hotel is right in the middle of the town centre, but there is no noise from the street. Lots of shops cafes restaurants massages in the area. There is even a big shopping mall nearby with amazing priced food options in a Asian food court. Also it is very close to a street market, the lake and the walking street. - The staff was very friendly and all smiles. Very welcoming. - The Thai options for breakfast varied every day and I loved all of the dishes. Also regular continental style breakfast was available, though every day the same. I enjoyed the Thai noodles best ;)

-unfortunately reconstruction of 2 bungalows right at my doorstep, so quite noisy during the day, I tried to stay out of the room, so didnt really rnjoy the terrace. - no mosquito nets available. It would prevent many sleepless nights. I think it is a must in this region due to bugs and crawlers - otherwise really good, simple but clean and homey, I felt really welcomed. I would come back:)

Everything! What a perfect and wonderful hotel! We were shocked to discover how beautiful the entrance/walk to the beach side was from our hotel. They have their own restaurant and bar set up there so it is absolutely perfect for breakfast, coffee, drinks, or dining. The beach is right there at your view and is is truly a stunning crystal clear beautiful water beach. The hotel itself is lovely with perfect rooms, unusually large, and very comfortable. Loved everything about our place. Clean, organized, and with amazing shower. If I ever return to this island I'll make sure to book this hotel. It was a perfect experience so much that we wanted to book it again and cancel our other hotels around here, but they were fully booked. The breakfast buffet is very good, coffees are excellent, and what really makes this a gem is the way it is located in front of the beach for such an affordable price. Excellent value. Another thing, perfect amazing location to the heart and center of all the fun shopping, street markets, malls, etc. You can;t go wrong with this hotel! PS: Be kind and sweet to the staff please, even when they don't fully speak English taking your orders they try their best to please and help. I was so hungry I was annoyed when I had to repeat my order twice and then to another waiter after I thought it was already on the making, and I showed that... I quickly apologized for this as I had to take a step back and realize how hard they work and that they are doing their best with a second language, just as I had to do when I first moved to another country. They are so kind and professional and sweet and what is beautiful about it is that it is very genuine. It is in their culture, Thai culture, to be like this. It was not just because of their job, that is their nature with anyone. I loved them and truly recommend you visit. It is just amazing. To all the restaurant staff: THANK YOU! You are all the best.

Ignorant guest who would put towels or books on chairs early in the morning and not use them for several hours. Outside guests using deck chairs. Not been able to get clean pool towels at beach or pool area.

Very green hotel, lots of beautiful plants. Perfect location, close to the main street with shops and restaurants. But at the same time it is very calm, except for the sounds of airplanes taking off. Nice and clean beach with white sand, it is not so deep or shallow, it is nice to swim, at windy time you can enjoy the waves. We could always find free sunbeds. Amazing entertainments at the seaside, you just need to go about 100 m to the Ark bar.

Breakfast was not very plentiful, but ok, fruits like dragon fruit, watermelon, melon, papaya, pineapple, bananas were served.

The staff we very attentive and accommodating, the location was in the centre of the main strip with direct access to Chaweng beach, lovely pool and beautiful jungle like greenery leading to the beach. Our room was big with a comfy bed, nice balcony, free breakfast with our booking and beach towels also provided.

You are on the main flight path here so the planes coming in are loud and low, thankfully its a domestic airport so you only hear it between 8am- 8pm, nothing during sleeping. The air-conditioning could use an upgrade, it broke twice on us, the second time leaked so badly as we were leaving for a tour, luckily this got fixed by the time we returned. We were next to a family room, ourbmeighbours could be quite loud sometimes.

It was located in the perfect part of town and had a lovely beach as well. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and accomodating. We had service to airport and also rented a motor bike off them. There was no hassles at all checking in and out. Breakfast was included and was very good. We enjoyed staying in the beach surrounded by the lovely gardens.

I think the air conditioning was a bit off or maybe it was just a too hot and humid time when i was there and maybe it was acting up because of that. I wanted a room closer to the beach but was put in a room up on the 3rd floor. If you can it’s worth purchasing the bungalows closer to the beach as it is lovely down there and gets too hot in the higher floors in the main building.

Close to beach and night life, not to big a resort nice and cosy. Nice big rooms and balcony. Clean , staff were great , washing service great, nice pool . Good onward travel booking at reception.

Location is ideal - you don’t really need to go anywhere else. Staffs are lovely and very helpful for all your needs. We had breakfast included but got pretty repetitive in the end. You can hire a bike from the hotel which I highly recommend as you’ll find it more reliable and won’t be scammed. Happy hour only lasts about 7 hours for a beachside drink and even a massage. You can also book all your activities from the lobby! The room was alright - was decent in size and it was fairly quiet at night.

The room is quite outdated and AC was fairly weak. They were pretty strict with the towels count which was fair enough probably avoids losing a ton from all the guests. But not much I didn’t really like about our stay.

I had such a great stay at Evergreen Resort in Koh Samui. As soon as I arrived, the staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was clean, comfy, and just a few steps from the beach, perfect for quiet mornings and beautiful sunsets. The location was spot-on: close to everything I needed but still peaceful and laid-back. I left feeling totally refreshed. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind on the island.

After one of the monsoonish rainfalls, water had leaked into my room via the closet, soaking everything in the room safe. Luckily, I had my passport and other important documents sealed in a ziplock baggie.

Location was amazing. This is a quite a long resort stretching from the main street down to the beach. We had a room closest to the beach, so was fantastic for taking a morning dip in the ocean and sunset drinks with the restaurant and bar right there. The resort pool is a little unassuming to look at but ended up being my favourite pool of the many places we have stayed so far on this trip. The depth was perfect at 1.5m the water crystal clear and the temperature was a bit lower which made it so much more refreshing than the usual hot tubs masquerading as pools. The room was large with a decent shower. Digital TV that worked really well, great Aircon and the fridge goes super cold. Small negative is that the Doona was not the correct size for the bed, but there is a spare in the cupboard and no towel hooks, so hanging your towels after a shower was a little frustrating. Good balcony rails for all the swimwear and beach towels though. From reception you are only about 30 metres from the main road with all of the shops and night life you could want, but still lovely and quiet within the resort.
