Breakfast needed to be updated more through the time of availability- often cold or empty. Staff were wonderful and ensured to assist. Location is perfect, pool was spot on though ladder needs repairing. Location to Main Street was perfect - really enjoyed our stay

Air conditioner that made a little less noise and a shower that had enough pressure to work.

It’s nice and quiet, you can easily walk down to the beach and there is a large beach area to relax in. There are some shops and restaurants nearby and it’s not too far from the busy nightlife area but this area is quiet.

Shower area could use some refurbishment but it’s alright.

It's an absolute gem of a place. It is located in the heart of Chaweng but just on the edge of the really busy and noisy part, so it was perfect for us . Accommodation was lovely but basic. Very close to the beach. The massage on site by the sun loungers was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The area around the sun loungers on the beach needs a proper clean. Lots of small pieces of rubbish and cigarette butts are scattered about.

Amazing location. Just on the beach on one side and other side is Central Samui and other market. Staff is amazing. Pool was great and drinks were very affordable at pool side. Loved the beach view from pool. Wifi is amazing - 300 Mbps speed. Place is clean. Highly recommened if you are coming for 2-3 days. Indian Restaurant just outside the resort.

Lights during the night. the lock is very basic and anyone can easily break it. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great location, loved how independent we could be coming and going. Friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily when you required which was perfect. Pool was amazing, and it’s right on the beach. Close to everything without being in the centre of it all, meant a quiet nights sleep. Room was large, huge bed and having our own pool was special. We hired scooters which we could easily park at the front. They had just installed an outdoor timber gym which was amazing including an ice bath.

It’s a little run down , needs some love and general maintenance both in the rooms (shower dripped and some loose floorboards on verandah) and the grounds but it appears they are on to this. Staff were very friendly, cheerful and happy to help with anything but I feel there needs to be a little more communication about the facilities and what’s around. If you didn’t ask you wouldn’t know.

AMAZING LOCATION AND NICE ROOMS! We booked to stay her for 5 nights at the start of our Thailand trip. A 10/15 minute drive from the airport, I emailed them to ask for one of the newly refurbished rooms, they responded very quickly saying yes and also asked if we would like transport arranged to pick us up from the airport which cost 500TBH about £10. Pre-booking this just made our journey easier after a long travel day. Friendly staff when we arrived, bags taken and shown to our room straight away. We booked the Deluxe Pool Villa. Very clean, such a comfortable bed, beach towels and robes provided, as well as shampoo and conditioner and bottles of water. Rooms were cleaned everyday and water replenished. It was my birthday during our stay, my partner had asked the staff if they could do something as a surprise for me. When we came back to our room at the end of the day they had arrange flower petals on the bed saying ‘happy birthday’ which was a really nice touch. We loved the little outside porch area and the short 1 minute stroll from the room directly to the pool and beach. The private pool was lovely to have, the water was cold but was needed after a day in the heat. The lights and jets are a good feature. The ONLY negative I picked up on is the outside area of the private pool. It looks quite run down, especially the paint on the walls. We had a couple days of very heavy torrential rain where we couldn’t leave the hotel properly, luckily we had brought a fire stick which the TV was compatible with so that was helpful. During the heavy rain the electricity cut out a couple times but it didn’t really bother us too much as it was only for a short period of time. But other than that EVERYTHING was perfect and we had the best time. The location is absolutely amazing, your in the midst of everything you need but without all the outside noise.

This is a low-key resort on a great section of the beach across the road from Central for shopping and restaurants. A taxi booked at the airport desk was 400 baht for 2 adults, a bit of a wait but worked well. The resort has many rooms with some near the beach, two with a direct view. All of the staff we dealt with were fantastic, whether at the front desk, beach, bar and rooms. We had a sea view room, 804, which was a partial view of the sea at best, 803 and 802 are closer and have better views. There were many beach loungers for guests and some for rent. There is natural shade and umbrellas available. Nice big beach towels are provided in the room. Great staff ready to help with chairs or umbrellas. Three beach shower spots. Two massage spots on the beach. New beach fitness place-Wild Wood Beach Fitness just opened when we were there and popular right away. The weights are made of rosewood, cool. We did not have the breakfast buffet instead picked up items at Tops or from a nice lady on the road near Tops. Great pool, saw staff cleaning every day. Nice beach bar, great staff. There are other resorts nearby and this resort is just far enough to escape the loud music from ARK Bar. Overall, the rooms were quiet and we could hear the ocean and frogs/crickets at times. The beach cleanliness varied depending on the weather. After a storm, there was a lot of debris washed up and a challenge to beach staff cleaning up. Some rough weather hit again and seemed to take the debris away. There were the usual plastic bottles, caps, fishing items, rope and more washed up on shore. The worlds garbage is everywhere. This resort only re-opened a year ago after a 4-year closure. They are still making updates and improvements. Overall, great low-key resort on the beach with great staff, our type of place. We stayed 12 days and when we’re back in Samui, we’ll stay again.

Wifi was poor for the first few days, then got better. Maybe a recent storm caused issue. Wifi probably could be improved.

-AirCon broken or Battery of the RC empty, cannot change it because Screw in it --> annoying -private pool is really cold, no option to heat it up -some switches in the room seem to have no function at all (maybe put some label on them?) -only small spoons in the coffee utensils, a knife and a fork would have come in Handy -no own laundry services
