Breakfast needed to be updated more through the time of availability- often cold or empty. Staff were wonderful and ensured to assist. Location is perfect, pool was spot on though ladder needs repairing. Location to Main Street was perfect - really enjoyed our stay

Air conditioner that made a little less noise and a shower that had enough pressure to work.

It’s nice and quiet, you can easily walk down to the beach and there is a large beach area to relax in. There are some shops and restaurants nearby and it’s not too far from the busy nightlife area but this area is quiet.

Shower area could use some refurbishment but it’s alright.

It's an absolute gem of a place. It is located in the heart of Chaweng but just on the edge of the really busy and noisy part, so it was perfect for us . Accommodation was lovely but basic. Very close to the beach. The massage on site by the sun loungers was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The area around the sun loungers on the beach needs a proper clean. Lots of small pieces of rubbish and cigarette butts are scattered about.

Amazing location. Just on the beach on one side and other side is Central Samui and other market. Staff is amazing. Pool was great and drinks were very affordable at pool side. Loved the beach view from pool. Wifi is amazing - 300 Mbps speed. Place is clean. Highly recommened if you are coming for 2-3 days. Indian Restaurant just outside the resort.

Lights during the night. the lock is very basic and anyone can easily break it. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The best location on the nicest part of the beach, across the road from Central Samui Mall and far enough from the Ark bar to be a peaceful oasis. Lovely spacious grounds that are not too manicured, giving it a real island feel. Apparently the resort has only been reopened for a year following Covid shutdown so there is still a bit of work going on, but it didn't impact our stay at all. The staff are delightful. The young girl in reception from Myanmar, with very good English. The always smiling boys at breakfast. Everyone greeted us cheerfully. The pool is large and overlooking the sea. Many bungalows have private plung pools. There were always plenty of loungers available during our stay, some under large shady trees. The breakfast restaurant overlooked the sea. Breakfast included an item from a set menu and also anything from the buffet. So heaps of choice. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a large covered porch and plenty of seating. Wifi worked perfectly. Plenty of easily accessible parking for cars.

We liked everything. We stayed in some wonderful places during our Thailand trip but this was our favourite.

Great location, loved how independent we could be coming and going. Friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily when you required which was perfect. Pool was amazing, and it’s right on the beach. Close to everything without being in the centre of it all, meant a quiet nights sleep. Room was large, huge bed and having our own pool was special. We hired scooters which we could easily park at the front. They had just installed an outdoor timber gym which was amazing including an ice bath.

It’s a little run down , needs some love and general maintenance both in the rooms (shower dripped and some loose floorboards on verandah) and the grounds but it appears they are on to this. Staff were very friendly, cheerful and happy to help with anything but I feel there needs to be a little more communication about the facilities and what’s around. If you didn’t ask you wouldn’t know.

AMAZING LOCATION AND NICE ROOMS! We booked to stay her for 5 nights at the start of our Thailand trip. A 10/15 minute drive from the airport, I emailed them to ask for one of the newly refurbished rooms, they responded very quickly saying yes and also asked if we would like transport arranged to pick us up from the airport which cost 500TBH about £10. Pre-booking this just made our journey easier after a long travel day. Friendly staff when we arrived, bags taken and shown to our room straight away. We booked the Deluxe Pool Villa. Very clean, such a comfortable bed, beach towels and robes provided, as well as shampoo and conditioner and bottles of water. Rooms were cleaned everyday and water replenished. It was my birthday during our stay, my partner had asked the staff if they could do something as a surprise for me. When we came back to our room at the end of the day they had arrange flower petals on the bed saying ‘happy birthday’ which was a really nice touch. We loved the little outside porch area and the short 1 minute stroll from the room directly to the pool and beach. The private pool was lovely to have, the water was cold but was needed after a day in the heat. The lights and jets are a good feature. The ONLY negative I picked up on is the outside area of the private pool. It looks quite run down, especially the paint on the walls. We had a couple days of very heavy torrential rain where we couldn’t leave the hotel properly, luckily we had brought a fire stick which the TV was compatible with so that was helpful. During the heavy rain the electricity cut out a couple times but it didn’t really bother us too much as it was only for a short period of time. But other than that EVERYTHING was perfect and we had the best time. The location is absolutely amazing, your in the midst of everything you need but without all the outside noise.
