I loved the large room, shower and particularly the large bed. The location is fantastic too right opposite Central, a big shopping mall.

Great location at Chaweng beach, the central plaza shopping centre directly across the road. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. the resort was not overcrowded and low key. Excellent food in their restaurant.

just a few minor things that would have great. No hand soap provided in the bathroom. No drinking glasses or wine glasses in the unit. A couple of extra pillows for the bed would have also been nice.

I’m traveling with a friend, and for us, the location was perfect! We went out clubbing almost every night, and it was only a 5-10 minute walk, so location is perfect for that! It’s not a very big hotel, which I prefer. It was very cosy and even though it was small (for me perfect) nothing was missing! Very close to the beach, a nice pool and a good restaurant, especially the pizzas are amazing!

The breakfast buffs isn’t anything special. It has some basic thing, fruit, eggs, different dishes, bread, yogurt etc. The room wasn’t ‘cleaned’. The made the bed, changed the towels and feel the room with two bottles of water everyday, which was very nice! But apart from that, it didn’t seem like the cleaned, but it wasn’t disgusting at all!

Cosy accomodation with wonderful tendered gardens…a chicken pen for food waste…really well priced food & beverages..pool is kept pristine..metres from your room to the beach …central chaweng..can’t get a better location… comfy bean bags and lounges on beach… I love the personal factor and that it’s not too big ! Lots of new ideas and improvements coming from new management..exciting! I had the most delicious Sunday roast! It was awesome… Staff are really kind , friendly & efficient from security, gardeners to all servers, reception, owners etc…. THANKYOU to the staff!

No decent wine..but I know that’s changing very soon! Breakfast could be improved …fresh juices coming though!

Location, staff, food is amazing

Didn't like the cruise ships using the hotel access to the beach. 100 tourist when trying to relax is too much.

Location was excellent - really quiet but just 5 mins walk up the beach (around 10 by road) to the busy Ark beach club for partying on the beach and elephant club for a chilled cocktail. Loads of restaurants within a few mins walk and right on the beach. Great sun beds outside on the beach and around the pool. At the beach at two for one pizzas from 3 to 7 are a must! Staff all lovely and we extended our stay from 2 to 4 nights.

Rooms were clean and good size. The bathroom had the best shower I’ve experienced, great water pressure feeling like you’re getting a free massage with every shower. Room service staff did a great job daily. Perfect location with the Central Samui at the front of the resort and from the back you step straight onto beautiful Chaweng beach.

Fabulous staff in a lovely location. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved it. We upgraded our room on arrival to a bigger, ‘lighter’ one and it was well worth the price. The bed was very comfortable.

The bar and restaurant weren’t that great but the location in Chaweng means that doesn’t matter.

Super location right next to the shopping center on three main street. Room is something between old and new… old bathroom, bad should be changed, staff was super kind, breakfast is poor-egg station, basic yogurt+seeds, every day the same 2 fruits. Room service was super.

The hotel had Great staff and a very good ambiance . Great Pool and huge rooms, the location was very close to everyrhing you need, but nestled on a beautiful beach away from too much chaos

The hotel is a little tired and the bathrooms need an uplift. The beds are extremely hard, however the staff were very quick to bring us extra blankets to put underneath :)
