the location was perfect not too near the noisy bars. very close to the beach and near to the main street with bars restaurants and shops. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman on reception but he was so helpful and a great asset to the hotel. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will return at a later date..very clean.

the Internet wasn't working well as I kept losing connection. I was on the 2nd floor (no elevator) which as a senior was a bit of a drawback but not the hotels fault. next time I would ask for a ground floor room. the shower in my room needed updating but it did work.

Comfy bed, room and bathroom clean! Towels provided which was nice! Staff were pretty friendly. Air con was good. Shower was nice. Balcony was a nice touch. Location brilliant, right next to beach and on the strip but not noisy at all once in room! Bit more expensive than some other places we’ve stayed but location was worth it. Staff helped us look for somewhere to book a pig island tour too and were helpful!

We were not bothered as didn’t plan to use it but pool was very small, completely shaded and adjacent to the street so felt very overlooked by diners and passers-by. If wanting a usable pool, wouldn’t recommend this property - however no other problems and would recommend if not bothered about using pool!

It is in a great location if you want to to be in the thick of the action . It is also very convenient to the beach. I felt that it was good value fir money . Aud, at reception was very helpful as we're all the staff . I had my laundry done across the lane way. I rented a bike from a very honest and reliable company next door .

The room was very small and poorly furnished . I would have liked a kettle . It is very noisy and would not suit people who are bothered by music from nearby bars . There is no lift . If these issues don't bother you, it's a great place to stay at these prices . I would recommend it especially to young people on a budget

The location was brilliant, right by the beach and the main tourist stretch, the bed was sooooo comfortable, the room was clean and the guy at reception was helpful and friendly

There was a bit of a smell when you first turn on the shower but not a major deal, maybe the drains need to be checked The beach access is through a building site so we would go through another resort just up a bit to get there On our last night there were some young backpackers that were talking, screaming and slamming doors till 1am

Yes it’s a great location but for those nights you’re not wanting a late one this may not be the place as you hear the music till the early hours of the morning. There was only fault in the room which was the shower head was broken but wasn’t a major issue for either of us!

Room was modern, beds are very comfortable, good sized room also! The bathroom had what you needed, the shower head had built up with limescale and could’ve used a change but bathroom did it’s job.

Location is good if your wanting to stay near the strip but can be loud at night so either bring ear plugs or if your looking for quite at night, stay slightly further out.

Excellent location, just off the strip with easy access to pubs and the beach. Check inn was very easy and the property allowed us to store bags until check in was open

The strip can be very loud at night so restricted sleep when we needed to be up early. The pillows were also not very comfortable

i asked the guy at the reception to get me a taxi to go to ferry to go Koh Phangan, he didn’t know when the ferry will leave but told me i had to be there 1h earlier which resulted in me waiting 2 hours. it’s also my fault cause i knew it better i read it in internet but i thought i trust the reception as he’s a local, today i know that better

It was walking distance to the main street, main bars and one night at the well known hostels cost the same for our 4 nights in a private room with a king bed. The staff were amazing, the bed was extremely comfortable compared to the rock solid beds we had in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. We had a mini-fridge in the room which was one of the highlights! Would stay again!

As backpackers, we usually meet a lot of people in Hostels. The hotel didn’t have a night life per say; however, being extremely close to everything else, we met a ton of people.
