This has been, by far, the best resort I have stayed in over the course of two weeks. The resort is about 20 mins from the port and 45 from the airport (we arrived here from Koh Phangan). We arranged for airport pickup and were met upon arrival at the port. As we arrived around 9:00am and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in giving us the full day to enjoy the beach and pool and bar. This 5 Star resort offered everything we needed to enjoy our last two days in Koh Samui. From the exceptional and luxurious bedroom to the delicious food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The biggest issue experience was only upon check-out which is further elaborated below.

Upon check-out I was surprised to learn that the backet of goodies received upon arrival were an addition to the minibar. Upon check-in we were only informed of the minibar and the associated additional costs. We were disappointed to receive all this items added to our bill upon check-out. Collectively in two days we had spent well over EUR 1000 and this left a bad taste at the end of a lovely experience. I invite all travelers to keep this in mind. I made a point to speak to the manager about this disappointing experience and the need for clear communication with clients in the future. For this reason I have it 8/10 rather than a 10/10

The monsoons came late this year and our short stay took place during impressive storms. We had to cut our stay short because the hotel is not yet fully accessible (although additional work is planned for next year) and the rain and many steps were challenging for me and my broken foot. Management was very helpful and understanding, the situation was sorted out quickly and fairly thanks to Pepper and Pekkie’s mediation.

Me and my husband spent our honeymoon here! We stayed 11 days and we loved it! The stuff were really friendly and polite! Vivian made our stay warmer and was such a great person! We wish to come back if the breakfast is more diverse! It’s very tasty but very limited! for a few days it’s ok but to eat every day the same things for 11 days it’s too much!!

The meniu is very limited for couples that are staying longer than 7 days!

As a vegetarian, there was not much choice.

I expressly asked for two beds/ twin room and was told it depended on availability. However, upon arrival it was one double bed and was then told that even if I upgraded it was still a double bed. So, after paying for a (luxury villa) I ended up sleeping on the sofa....

As a frequent high demanding traveller. I must say that this place is really clean and proper. Also the reason why we prolonged our stay. Nothing bad to say about this accomodation. The staf is friendly and helpfull. I suggest to rent a scooter for 350 bath a day (24hours) and explore the illand. It is a bit far so you have to drive 25 minutes to 50 minutes to get somewhere. You can rent a bike and a Kayak for free . Also there is an adult pool what i like that there is a difference. The room is spacious and come with a flashlight, ironmachine, ear sticks, comb, toothpaste, toothbrush and so on..

The food is good and there is an happy hour between 4 and 6. But nevertheless the prices of the restaurant are a bit high.

Rooms and surroundings are all great, we used bicycles provided by hotel to ride around and this was my mom’s favorite part of the stay, she still talks about it days after.

The beach!!! There was no beach so I think the photos here are deceiving. As hotel manager said we came the wrong month, however, considering boats all dock at this beach, I think the water is not clean to swim during other months anyway. When we came the beach was completely gone. However, hotel has a complimentary snorkeling trip so we still had a chance to enjoy swimming.

The staff were so friendly and so helpful. Vivien ,Waho ( ? Spelling ) and all the staff in the restaurant were so kind friendly efficient and really helpful.

The beach had a lot of boats moored close to the waters edge that made it difficult to get in the sea but it certainly did not spoil the charm of the hotel.

Everything was out of this world, such a beautiful place for a getaway. Breakfast spread was good and plentiful choices of eggs. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is so cosy, and the beds are comfy. The villa pool was a highlight with warm heated water and jacuzzi outlets. Gives you serenity, calmness, and privacy.

lovely hotel, this was one of my favourite rooms throughout every hotel I stayed in whilst in Koh Samui, the layout was so spacious I was only here for 2 nights but enjoyed unpacking and making use of the space! everything was very clean and the amenities were all good quality. I never make use of the mini bar but as it was stocked well it actually came in very handy. breakfast was great and a range of items to order fresh including a great buffet, the location was perfect for me as I purposely came here for two nights to enjoy some tranquility away from the main areas. the hotel also offered a complimentary long tail boat/ snorkelling trip (you only pay 150 to cover insurance) our boat driver was excellent even though he was unable to speak English he took excellent care of us, we stopped at pig island for an hour which was stunning the ocean here is picturesque and we then stopped at another small island to snorkel, we were given clean equipment and I have to say the fish here were so close to me, it was by far my best snorkel experience on the island.

I had to be mindful of prices, most items don’t include tax and services so you always end up paying more for items which are already priced highly, for example I had a small treatment in the spa and it was one of the most expensive treatments I had in koh samui and sadly wasn’t anywhere near the standard of massage I had received for a quarter of this price elsewhere. There is a free shuttle to lamai and their other hotel in chaweng but in general the prices to get around are fairly high (in comparison to the east) so it would be best if you are able to rent a bike / car or stay closer to the main areas.

Very well maintained hotel, excellent pools, gym and bars there is a free daily shuttle to lamai or chaweng, however it returns only at 4pm so we had to take a taxi to return earlier.

A bit isolated so getting food from outside has limited option. Beach is not very suited from swimming with the low tide and many boats
