The entire resort is amazing! Location, staff, restaurants, privacy, … etc.

One thing only! Pick up your guests in big buggies because one row buggies are not comfortable as you are looking backwards!

Exceptional property. Fantastic service. Every employee goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. A lot of resorts give very good service , but it is the small touches that make Conrad Koh Samui stand out..house keeping staff saw our sun glasses while cleaning the villa. They kept microfiber clothes for cleaning each one of them. The driver who dropped us to the airport put Hindi movie songs in the car (though we are south Indians, we loved the gesture). Fresh coconut water during breakfast was divine.. very sweet. The pillow menu is a nice offering

Breakfast options were a little limited. The same things were repeated. It was particularly difficult for me as a vegetarian to find anything to eat. Conrad Dubai where we stayed recently had a lot more options, but I guess it also depends on the demographic that come to the resort.

The staff here are excellent they truly go beyond the norm to make you feel relaxed and to have a great time. We were welcomed by New who took good care of my wife and I throughout our trip. This is my second time being in this resort. Coming back to it after 8 years, I was surprised that the condition of the hotel is excellent and they upgraded the facilities at the hotel such as adding a coffee shop, more restaurants and also opening their own farm to have fresh food which was perfect and a job well done. The view is exceptional and the pool and level of privacy is great. The food was tasty and at the buffet they mark dishes with the Halal sign which is excellent. The staff were very attentive to details that even after check out and for our trip to the airport they provided us with a bag of snacks and water which is such a beautiful gesture.

Some minor details might help such as adding photos to the menus of the restaurants.

We just spent two incredible nights at Conrad Koh Samui for a honeymoon birthday, and everything was perfect! We were welcomed by the warmest, friendliest staff who made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived. The villa was stunning, offering breathtaking ocean views and absolute privacy—pure luxury. Moving between the room and the lobby with the electric buggy was a fun experience on its own; the little winding road felt like a mini roller coaster ride! Dining at Jahn was an unforgettable highlight — a world-class restaurant with extraordinary flavors and an intimate atmosphere. And the breakfast? The best we’ve ever seen is a fantastic variety of top-quality selections catering to every taste. We are so grateful for this memorable stay and look forward to returning. There is nothing to add. 100% perfect is 100% perfect!

Our stay at the Conrad Koh Samui was incredible. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who informed us of all hotel amenities and gave us a tour of our villa. Villa was very spacious and clean. Infinity pool was quite large. Housekeeping cleaned the room 2 times daily, replacing the used towels with clean ones and providing extra water bottles. Transportation from one place to another inside the resort required a buggy, which was a phone call away every time we needed it, arriving in less than 5 minutes. All hotel staff were extremely friendly and cheerful, always smiling. The front desk staff were always very helpful and accommodative. We had the best steak at their steakhouse "Jahn". The ribeye was very tender and juicy، cooked to perfection. The sides were incredible, especially the truffle mac & cheese.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning. We loved the private pool and the huge bathroom. Felt completely secluded, making it a truly relaxing stay. Comfy bed. Brilliant room. The staff brought us a Conrad bear with our child's name stitched in it's little dressing gown on the first night. A lovely touch and a great surprise for her.

The hotel is situated on a steep hill making it hard to walk anywhere - this meant we didn't explore the hotel as much as we'd usually like to. Not a major problem as our room was so beautiful we didn't want/need to leave it. The room service food was VERY expensive. With quite small portions.

The property was stunning, the rooms, the views, the facilities were set up beautifully. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful and happy to go above and beyond for us! I don’t think I saw any of them without a smile on their face. We drank at the bar most nights and Yod Mai was very welcoming, very engaging, made wonderful drink suggestions and chatted to us happily whilst keeping on top of all guests there. We got engaged here and the staff were so helpful setting up rose petals, candles, fairy lights and a beautiful bouquet of flowers for the special moment. If I could I would always stay here. Thank you for making a very special moment 100x better than I could have hoped!

The hotel is quiet in an evening- in the bars and restaurants. Understandably people want to enjoy their beautiful rooms but we would have liked to have seen more people out and about. There was lots of people at breakfast which had a great atmosphere. This is not the hotels fault at all, the restaurants are brilliant and the bar serves great drinks, just something to bear in mind when booking.

Amazing location. Wonderful people. Special thanks to Miss Nan, she was beyond wonderful and helpful. I truly hope she gets promoted very fast for her exceptional communication skills, professionalism, kindness, thoughtfulness, problem solving skills and client relations. Thank you Conrad and Miss Nan for making my bday super special!

Amazing views, beautiful private villa and pool, peace and quiet, fairly priced food. Best part of the island for exploring by scooter.

For the money I expected better. Villas were outdated and crumbling, some of the furniture was old and not comfortable. Tiles missing on floor, ancient coffee machines etc. Service from staff was OK but not exceptional - for the money you would expect it to be. Quality of breakfast was good but again not exceptional - for over £500 a night it should be better. No good fresh bread for example. Beach not really suitable for swimming - you can take a dip but it’s pretty shallow and rocky.

Everything was just outstanding. The villa, the view, and the atmosphere are substantial and amazing. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The privacy you can get is top notch.

The food is ok but can get better. Would be more enjoyable if there is a fan at the pool area/ tanning chairs or electricity sockets. TV needs to have streaming apps. I would recommend getting other means to stream.
