Everything... honestly if you are looking through the reviews wondering if this is the right place for you... BOOK IT!!!!! It will be everything you could dream of and more. Can't wait to visit Bryan and his wonderful team again. I found myself at The Beach Samui, and most definitely will be returning again. Simply amazing, from the room to THAT VIEW, the wonderful staff, and all the Herbalist has to offer, lovely food from Chef Nui, amazing tours and excursions with door to door service in both style and comfort. I could go on so long you could assume this is a paid advertisement, it's not just the review of a daily smoker who found absolute bliss at The Beach Samui

The only thing not to like is leaving after your stay. Lol

We took the Suite Executive with the bathtub on the balcony and an incredible view of the sea. We had among the best cannabis breakfast of our life. Everything in the room have been excellent, clean and confortable. The staff was impeccable even when communication not was going for the best, always really kind and professional. We had the pleasure to enjoy some massage service they had at disposal of customers and we loved and repeated :) (the one with warm infused herbs tampons have been super) The swimming pool and the beach are well connected through the hall and the breakfast/dinner area and we enjoy really a lot the view from there. Well job Guys, keep it so cool👏

Maybe the communication with someone of the staff haven’t been so easy , but in generally they always managed somehow to understand what we was looking/asking for.

The villa was great - loved having our own little home far. The morning breakfast was included with the price and that was a daily treat for us. The AC was strong, internet was great, and the staff was happy and friendly. Daily cleaning was great. The owner was also very friendly.

Nothing really. It was nice, quiet, the staff was great. The coffee wasn't the best but it's about on par for Thailand. At some point it would be nice to have EV charging spots by the villas as Thailand transitions to EVs... but overall I have no complaints about my stay at the Beach Samui.

We were looking for peace and that’s what we got. Yes, there’s not MUCH to do but there are enough places to eat, a 7/11 nearby, a laundry service 10 metres away and even a massage parlor, so. The room (excecutive smth) was amazing, all white and squeaky clean with a huge soft bed and plenty of amenities. The windows to the sea are soundproof so the harbour with boats did not bother us at all.

Cannot think of anything really. Oh maybe the villas that they rent - if you happen to rent one, it is not the same location and a completely different vibe. That’s why some people leave comments the place is ‘shabby and needs renovation’. It’s a different place. We had an idea to rent one room and one villa so thank goodness we did not do that in the end as we would have lived in completely different locations, not even walkable to one another :D

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff in a pleasant fishing village away from the hustle and bustle of the large towns. Rooms were outstanding, probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Balcony with bath tub a nice touch and exceptional food. We spent 2 weeks here over the Christmas period and nothing was too much trouble. The beach and beds were clean and comfortable, the sea has a small swimming area and the hotel provide sea shoes to protect against the rocks and coral. There is a 7/11 shop across the road, a french bakery and some small places to eat local and Italian food. Lamai is around 30 mins drive for the night life and bigger restaurants. We hired a car to explore and I would strongly recommend this, around £150 for 10 days

As mentioned by others, the hotel is set in a harbour, the beaches either side of the hotel are not to the same standard of cleanliness, rubbish collected off our beach was then burnt nearby including a tyre and then brushed back into the sand.

We had that dream of a hotel on a remote beach with a first line of the sea balcony and we found it here. From the minute we walked into our room and looked out over the sea and on to a jungle covered island we knew we'd found it. Our room was spacious with a coved and curtained bed. It had a kitchenette with refrigerator, cook top, toaster and electric kettle. The room was bright with white walls, seafoam colored ceiling and glass across the seaview front. The balcony had chairs and even a bathtub...that allowed you to test your modesty levels with fortunately large fluffy towels. The food at the restaurant was very good with both Thai and Western offerings at decent prices. We signed up for the optional breakfast package . The hotel offered tour services. The bathroom had two sinks as well as two separate shower heads in one shower stall for your enjoyment. We highly recommend this romantic getaway.

The lighting in the bathroom is limited and casts shadows. Anyone who wishes to primp for their romantic evening will find it a bit difficult. We also found understanding our breakfast options a bit confusing. Maybe a sheet with the breakfast package offerings separate from the menu would make it less so?

We booked this hotel as a place to relax after traveling  through Thailand for some time. And we can wholeheartedly say, that The Beach Samui was perfect for this purpose. Everything felt really luxurious. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and have an amazing view on the nearby sea. You can see and hear the waves from your bedroom, or enjoy them from your own terace. The beach looks stunning. It might not be perfect for swimming, due to motorboat-traffic, but you have the free option to do Kajak instead.  What we liked most, was the holistic approach of the hotelowner. This place offers an amazing combination of healthy organic food, beautiful nature, calm relaxing vibes and alternative medicines and other spiritual practices (especially if you like smoking the green stuff from time to time).  We can recommend this place for everyone who wants to relax and fill up his batteries. Might not be perfect for small kids, but everyone else will love this place.

This hotel was incredible, a perfect quiet location 10 minutes from Lamai, right across from a 7/11 and down the road from two amazing restaurants. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was amazing - a clean, bright and airy suite with an amazing pool and views of the beach. The bathroom comes with two double headed showers with beautiful shower gels, shampoo and lotion and a double sink. The breakfasts were really tasty and the optional extras were healthy and delicious too. This was probably the best hotel we have stayed at in Thailand and would love to stay again.

I would have preferred to have a quicker check-in, the amount of things that the staff inform you felt like an induction.

Beautiful hotel on the water in a quaint village, with very friendly staff. I asked for a transfer from the pier and was greeted with a sign and cool water after the long journey. The pool was literally a step away from my balcony, which was great. The room was huge and really well presented. Bed was really comfy!

The listing suggests they provide yoga, which I was looking forward to. The staff seemed very confused when I asked, but they did provide me with a yoga mat for my own practice. TV didn't work. Make sure you bring cash with you for when you go out for dinner and activities as there's only one ATM in town and it was always out of money.

The staff were so friendly - always willing to help for any requests and the little man outside who stops traffic to let you cross the road was such a highlight! There was also a cute little dog on the beach so when I went for a walk he would follow along for cuddles! I loved that breakfast could be delivered to your room at your own specified time so you could enjoy a wonderful breakfast in bed every single day looking out at the beach!

Only thing being transfers from the airport to the hotel was a little pricey (1,000 baht) but again, its not really a complaint as they were super lovely
