Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great. Lipa Noi is a little bit quieter than other parts of the island which we really liked. The resort also had scooters and bicycles available to rent. There was also a really lovely pool. The gardens and walkways were beautiful with lots of exotic looking plants. We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay.

The bed in our room was a little bit hard but we did get used to it. The breakfast selection was a bit limited although whatever we selected was tasty.

The resort is on the beach and it has a small pool with a restaurant/bar nearby, peaceful area. The rooms were really clean, breakfast was good enough with more choices so you can vary it for a longer stay.

The air conditioning is right above the bed and you cannot find a way to keep it on without blowing directly on the bed. The restaurant is a little bit pricy for what it offers.

Beach/ Bali style with natural plantings. Peaceful and quiet. Aa perfect placer to relax. The value is excellent.

My booked King room with vaulted ceiling was perfect,initially. At. 10:30pm on first night there was an electrical fault so total loss of power. I asked for transferring to another room . So after packing up I was transferred to a twin room with two single beds. While this room had been refurbished it lacked the vaulted ceiling / charm of my booked ‘King’ room. The small single bed was uncomfortably hard. They woman. In thẻ neighbouring room noted the same isssue! Hmmm, disappointing but I still like this place. The staff never followed up the next day to see if I was satisfied.

It’s such a nice place, near to the beach. There are few restaurants near by. In the very crowded Koh samui is very nice place to relax

The internet connection was terrible. I couldn’t make any calls. There should be kettle in all rooms

Small resort , bungalows were a nice size but very close together and were overlooked . It's not a balcony you could sit out on . Infinity pool was lovely, and the resort was very quiet , no problems getting a lounger when required.

Staff at breakfast/ bar area not very welcoming . Area around resort very quiet ,not alot of shops to get supplies . We went to restaurant next door for dinner one night as own restaurant is not welcoming...that was a shock to the system....very expensive....meal cost as much as my 3 nights in Bangkok Hotel plus spending money ! While beach in general lovely ....just outside resort very narrow and on a walkway to beach so not very private.

Pool, location, value for money, nice staff

Shower really needs renovation. Bed was hard. Pillows need replacing. Bedside lamp didn't work. Breakfast was extremely basic. All fruit juice is from the bottle instead of fresh.

- This bungalow resort is so beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice! - gorgeous garden with little ponds inbetween the bungalows, makes you feel like being in paradise - large bathroom with tub and shower + outdoor shower

- there are watersport rentals right next door with parked jetskis (luckily they are insanely expensive so not a lot of noise) - there is not a classic beach you would imagine, you only see the sand during low tide

So is the Very quiet small complex, bungalows a bit aged but ok.very large bathroom. Overall away from the hustle and bustle, not ideal without your own vehicle (motorbike). Small supermarket within walking distance, as well as some cheap, very good, simple restaurants. The pool is small but ok, the beach very nice with few people. If you are looking for the hustle and bustle of Chaweng Beach, this is not the place for you. You should not be disturbed by croaking frogs.

The breakfast served hot and facing the pool and the sea The location is great, you have a little shop to buy drinks or food by walking distance, you can also rent a scooter and have a massage. The room was also great and has everything you need The view of the sunset from the pool is amazing

Overall a good stay. The staff were lovely, and the hotel is right on a very clean and clear beach which was great to walk in the mornings. Cabin room was really cute and the bathroom was huge, but it didn't feel very clean because bugs can get in between wooden planks in cabin walls. There was also an outdoor shower which would be such a luxury if it wasn't full of leaves and dirt so we didn't use it.
