It has a nice remote location, perfect for those who like peace. Very nice staff and located close to the beach ( if you are not afraid of going over a narrow "bridge" otherwise it takes more time to get to the seaside)

It has nothing to do with the property but info for those who want to go to the beach. It's better to go when the tide is high but the water still quite shallow and I don't think anyone cleans the beach. It was also a lot of trash in the river. But many beaches on koh samui have shallow waters, so best to take a taxi to Coral cove beach

Tropical Heavens Garden was tranquil, beautiful with wonderful hosts, who accommodated our every need. Our stay was like a home from home. Everything you could possibly need from excursions to laundry was available. We really appreciated the knowledge of our hosts who helped with organising a trip to pig island. We also found that being able to rent bikes directly from the hotel was a bonus. Our stay was the perfect way to get into island life. A big thank you to both our hosts and the staff for making our time so wonderful. We would 100% recommend 👌

We felt so lucky to have found this hotel. A beautifully kept property and the friendliest of staff who made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, they helped us with transport, restaurant and tour recommendations and even a birthday cake. We were there for Christmas, new year and my son’s birthday and it was so special and we were made to feel very much at home. We would highly recommend.

Nothing really but if I had to find something, I found the beds quite hard.

1. The owner Pierre and Leïla were very welcoming, always looking for ways to improve your stay. For those wanting to enjoy what Koh Samui has to offer without emptying their wallets, Pierre can recommend some interesting activities, both in english or french so don't hesitate to ask as many questions as you can. Laundry, scooter renting, massage services etc are at your disposition for a reasonable cost. 2. The facilities were very clean and organized. The rooms were cleaned everyday, normally in the morning when the guests are having their breakfast but they can still be cleaned in the afternoon if requested. 3. The hotel was remote so no disturbance at night, only the calming sounds of nature. It is also accessible with very good restaurants in the surroundings where you can reach the beach (it will look like a private beach since there are so few people there compared to other beaches). 4. Breakfast or lunch/dinner can be served if the request is made to Leïla in advance. For those not familiar with the island, Pierre can arrange for a taxi to take you to/from the airport. 5. The staff are always smiling and can speak some english. I even had one of the ladies teach me how to ride the scooter twice. Personally, I found my stay perfect. Would definitely recommend for couples, friends, families and lone travellers like me 😉

Not reak bad points, just annoyed I couldn't stay longer since the rooms are booked very quickly.

Very particular place in the middle of nature, small boutique hotel where you are treated as a family member. Owners Pierre and Leila run this place with personal touch, advise for attractions, attention to each guest. The houses are arranged in such a place where you hear maybe 15 different sounds all birds, animals early morning and are surrounded by beautiful nature. We fell in love with the palm forest that surrounds the hotel. What is also very special about this place is that nearby you can watch one of the most beautiful sunsets i ever watched. There is a small restaurant at the beach at the walking distance from Tropical gardens where the food is great and you can watch sunsets in a wild beach. No crowds, shallow calm waters and white sand. Breakfasts served in the hotel are super healthy, fresh and with a wide variety of fruits that Leila is changing depending on what is available in the markets. This is clearly a very particular place where you would like to return.

What a charming, peaceful oasis to relax away from the hustle and bustle. This spot is on the quiet side of the island and is tucked away from the main roads but close to a quiet sandy beach, shops and restaurants. Grounds are immaculate and lush with gardens throughout. Breakfast is wonderful with a fantastic array of fruit, juice, coffee, eggs, bacon and toast. Kept us satiated til late afternoon! Bungalows (only 7) are well appointed and spacious. Pierre and Leila are warm and go above and beyond with suggestions on things that appeal to your type of travel. Staff are wonderful. Scooters are available for rent on site. We wish we could have stayed longer and we hope to return!

The hotel is wonderful! It is in no way 3 stars, but much more! The room has everything you need and more (several towels, tea, coffee, bar, water, hairdryer, safe, TV). On site you can rent a bike, order breakfast. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom is perfectly done, the area is well maintained and clean. The hotel is in a quiet place where you can relax from the hustle and bustle. Special thanks to Pierre and Leila (hosts and keepers of the great mood in the hotel) thank you for your responsiveness and help in all matters, for a smile and willingness to help.

Everything was great!

I highly recommend this accommodation. No matter what you need, the owner and his staff are extremely helpful and ready to assist you with anything. They can even take you to the airport or the pier for a lower price than Bolt or Grab. Listen to the valuable advice from the owner, who enjoys chatting – it will save you time, stress, and money. We definitely want to come back here someday. The location is great, the garden is beautiful, and the accommodation is situated in a quieter part of Koh Samui, which is a big advantage. The owner is very kind and helpful. We rented a scooter for 300 baht, and it worked well. Since we rented it in the afternoon, we even got a discount. The breakfast is definitely worth it. For 220 baht, you get a plate of fresh fruit, two eggs prepared to your liking with bacon, yogurt, toast, jam, margarine, tea, and coffee. The bungalow had everything we needed. They even provide an electric mosquito killer. Housekeeping is done daily, and they replenish free bottled water, toilet paper, and other essentials.

Locking the bungalow was a bit difficult for me

Arriving into a secluded piece of heaven does the name of the resort justice. Nestled among palm trees and sounds of nature, this place along with the welcoming owners and the kindest staff deserves more than the 10 points I can give it here. The quiet beach is a short walk away along locals’ homes and a stunning temple. Needless to say, the bungalow itself has all the amenities one could need, the breakfast was just perfect and Pierre was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the best things to do on the island. I simply cannot wait to come back!

We had a 2 night stay here at the end of our travels, and Pierre & Leila were just the most friendliest of hosts. It’s very tucked away and remote and the only sounds you’ll hear is that of nature. You would need transport for certain. There’s a 7-11 you can walk to in around 20 minutes. The gardens and grounds are lush and tropical. Lovely pool with little covered cabanas to get away from the sun. The staff employed are marvellous. Unfortunately I was unwell on the day of arrival (nothing to do with staying here) and they went out of their way to ensure I was ok and kept hydrated. My husband had breakfast on both days and he said it was plentiful and a nice choice.

If I had to be picky then it was that the bed was far too hard and uncomfortable for us (that’s our opinion and for some it won’t be an issue)
