It is a lovely hotel. The staff, facilities and food are all fabulous. I used the gym and also had a fantastic facial in the spa. The suites and villas are beautifully appointed and spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in all our Asian travels

We chose this hotel as we were looking for somewhere a bit out of the busy areas like Chaweng and Fisherman's Village , somewhere to relax and enjoy a lovely hotel. Unfortunately we felt unable to enjoy the main pool areas due to the DJ and loud music every afternoon. Maybe we should have done more research but we felt the hotel was aiming to attract the younger generations who like to party. The music bass reverberated all through the complex....one afternoon we ordered room service lunch to our room and watched a movie as we couldn't enjoy being outside.

More chilled location which we wanted. Breakfast buffet was excellent for my 14month old through to the rest of the family. Staff are SO friendly and very accommodating. Loved the two pools. The big one near the pool side rooms was perfect for relaxing and had a shallow section for my little one away from the beach club noise. Room was spacious and the room we had had a full enclosed balcony which was perfect and very safe for crawling/walking babies.

Restaurants were overpriced and the food, although sounded great on the menu, was really bland. The restaurant straight across the road from resort, ‘Mom’s’ was excellent though and nice and cheap. We ate there every day.

Basically everything, amazing breakfast (really, one of the best we have ever experienced), friendly and hard working staff, large rooms with plenty of space. Everything was so good from check in to check out, the manager was very nice with us and we can definitely say that the overall experience is high level and we couldn’t be happier to have spent our time there!

Nothing. The only small thing to be aware of is that there’s a minimum spend starting from 70€ to get the sun beds by the pool at the Beach Club, you can spend this amount at the restaurant and bar (there is another huge pool completely accessible). It didn’t bother us much because we spent the whole time on the free sun beds on the small beach next to it (which is much nicer in our opinion)

Lovely pampering hotel with very high standard huge equiped room and a big balcony overlooking a long pool. Located Right on the beach, delicious fresh breakfast with a big variety to select from. They had Such a friendly staff catering to all of your needs. also an amazing spa with the best treatments! Make sure to select a good season to come to enjoy the whole range of what the hotel has to offer. I arrived in November and it rained practically the whole time, But I still enjoyed it very much.

The location is a bit secluded of a 30 min. Drive from the center of tne island with Not alot to do outside the hotel itself, but if you're looking to relax and have some quiet time It is perfect.

Amazing place! The Garden Villa is nothing less than a true, beautiful piece of tropical paradise and it was a pleasure for the body and the soul to be there. It is spacious, comfortable and stylish and the outdoor sofa and lounge chair on the patio immersed in the astonishing garden add a wonderful touch. The staff was nothing less than AMAZING and they all made our stay relaxing and comfortable. The beach club is of course WOW (come on, it's Nikki Beach!) and everything is curated to the smallest detail. Food and beverages are excellent and contribute in making your stay exceptional.

The hotel is located in Lipa Noi, which is a very quiet area and a bit far from the main town. Keep this in mind if you plan to go out and enjoy the nightlife every night.

We stayed at Nikki Beach Hotel for eight days as a family with three children, and had a truly perfect experience. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, the music was great, the food was delicious, the location was amazing, and everything was spotlessly clean. Everything was simply perfect – we couldn't have asked for more. A special thanks to Rein, the fitness instructor, who gave us a wonderful and energizing experience. Thank you so much – we will definitely be back!

The only downside was that the hotel is a bit far from Chaweng, which made it slightly less convenient for going out in the evenings. However, the location is very close to many of the island’s top attractions, which definitely made up for it.

*i loved the beach club pool, with a dj and nice bar service. the big thing is that it's not for free even for the guests. *the reception staff/concierge was great attending my requests 24h/7. *loved the spa staff as well. *great menu and fast room service.

that i had to pay for the sun bed in the main pool (beach club pool) 1 thousand bats , and had to consume a minimum of 3 thousand bats from the pool menu. it means, 4 thousand bats each day if i wanted to enjoy the main pool. the other pool, that was said to be free for guests, is between the 2 lines of apartments of the guests, with only 2 sun beds available, no chairs and no bar service.

-We stayed in the garden villa with a sea view and it was perfect. The room was large and airy, with a gorgeous view of the sea. -Staff were very attentive and helpful. On arrival we wanted to book a pool bed overlooking the sea for the following day and we got one arranged with no minimum spend. The staff were quick to bring drinks and food over. Reception staff were helpful in booking trips, arranging our boat to the next island and arranging the free shuttle bus the hotel provides to chaweng or fisherman’s village. -The room was cleaned/tidied every day, water and a rice snack left. -Breakfast was 10/10. There was a menu to order from as well as a buffet with everything you could think of. - Fireshow is on 2 nights per week at the Escape restaurant and it was fun to watch during dinner.

We knew we were staying in a quiet area- but that’s what makes it more serene and special.

Music too loud all afternoon. I didn’t realise it was going to be so loud and also so samey. I like house music but there was no let up in the beat, no variation. I mean if we’ve been in a nightclub it would’ve been great but when you’re laying around on the sunbeds after a couple of hours it drive you crackers!! Other than that it was absolutely fabulous 🤩

2 bedrooms pool access suite was beautiful The beach bar was a very cool vibe with DJ most daytimes The breakfast buffet was superb and the Sunday brunch amazing g though very pricey

There isn’t much to do at the location… not near any shops or local restaurants so needed to use expensive taxis or hotel taxi a lot to get around , the beach itself not the nicest we experienced on koh samui The breakfast they packed for us on leaving was very disappointing … stale pastries and nothing like what we had experienced at the resort The beach cafe open in the evenings didn’t have available many of the things we wanted to order from the menu especially for the kids
