This is my second time at this hotel. I was here for the first time during the start of Covid when it was called "Outrigger". I could say that the overall quality of the staff has increased greatly. Our pool villa was very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating with all issues that arised and provided transportation and souvenirs during the Thai new year. I would like to say that the employee named "Boss" in particular was very accommodating and help me with clarifications regarding food orders to my room The AC quality has increased dramatically, room is very cool. I liked how they introduced a new app that provides quick and easy communication between front desk staff and dining staff. While also sending notifications/updates of new and upcoming events occurring during your stay. Located very close to airport with average of 8 min travel time from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.

One negative is a decline in the quality of food during breakfast. One of the big things that brought me back was the French toast they would serve and the bacon. Those two items quality has drastically declined since the last time I have been to this hotel. I also noticed a pretty drastic increase in the price of food but that might just rise with regular inflation over the years. Hotel is not located to many other resteraunts, so unless you are going to go deeper into the main parts of town you are most likely going to be eating hotel food. The "Grab" delivery service takes roughly 40 mins to deliver food from any resteraunts.

Small hotel, villa style. Very quiet beach, none of these big hotels around. At the beach you will meet just 2-3 other people. Staff was very kind, helpful, outstanding. We had two Deluxe Pool Villas side by side, which i would recommend for a family with bigger kids like ours. They are not connected indoor, but at the pool terrace by a sliding door. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Its not a location where you may get out of the hotel in the evening and be surrounded by noise bars and nightlife, but within 5-10 min walking distance, there are some quite nice local restaurants as well. If you like swimming: in the largest pool the diagonal is about 20m. no lanes, but enough if you swim alone in the morning

Absolutely loved this hotel, really nice quiet location and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were amazing - very attentive and friendly, couldn’t have been nicer. The food was exquisite as were the drinks. The villa was beautiful and the facilities were great - highly recommend for those looking to relax and unwind.

Not a negative but be aware the hotel is a little out of the way from the “party” areas - this suited us perfectly and they were reachable by 20 min or so Grab ride. Also be aware the beach at the hotel is pretty rocky (but lovely!)

SAii Samui Villas was the perfect place to end our 10 week holiday. The location is great - on its own beach yet still in beautiful lush surroundings and also close to the airport. We had a deluxe pool villa with a 8m x 5m swimming pool all within our private garden. The villa was large and extremely comfortable with everything we needed. I can also highly recommend the day spa for facials - was it expensive- yes, but it was worth every baht!! The Staff are amazing - from reception, to restaurant, to housekeeping, to day spa and all the other extremely friendly, helpful, smiling faces. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, etc within easy walking distance. All in all a fabulous place to wind down and thoroughly enjoy!

Only nit picking but the restaurant chairs are heavy and uncomfortable!

Room was lovely and spacious with good amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful with organising transport and checking in and out. Communication via the SAii app was very efficient and had a great directory. It is in a beautiful location to view the sunrise as it backs onto an east facing beach.

The beds were quite firm and our king bed was in fact two smaller beds pushed together. The TV wasn't a smart one - it had some conventional local channels mostly in Thai. The buffet was also somewhat lacking in variety while the restaurant was expensive. The main pool was closed at the time we visited, however the hotel did ensure we could use the pool of a neighbouring resort. Due to the surrounding vegetation, the pool at our villa would fill very quickly with leaves etc. necessitating constant cleaning.

The villa was pristine and well looked after our entire stay, the gym was small but had what I needed. The spa and restaurant are more expensive than the surrounding area but offer a quality service. The beach front is just immaculate especially at night. We used the kayak too and had good fun. By far and away the best part of the resort is the staff, they are always so friendly, kind and welcoming. 10/10!

Very little complaints but if I had to think of something it would be that happy hour 2 for 1 had to be the same cocktail, the pool wasn’t cleaned as often as I’d have liked (although I never asked them to) and the breakfast bakery food wasn’t great (the Thai food and eggs were amazing though!)

Everything was just perfect! The location, the villa and especially the staff! They were just amazing!! Always helpful and super nice. We stayed in a villa with a small pool. The villa was big with all amenities. The pool is really small so you can’t swim but since it was really hot, we enjoyed going there to refresh after dinner.

we liked the most the privacy you get there… because villas are placed with a good distance from each other, not like in other places we were… villas inside are really nice too… 🤩 loved the plants and garden, nice pool with a sea view and little private beach. everything what you need for a relax… the staff communication in English was brilliant and very welcoming friendly all of them. Staff really does everything to make your holiday fantastic! I would come back here for sure!!!

nothing really do dislike, apart the weather wasn’t great (we were not lucky) 😂 location is a little far from everything but if you want privacy and not crowded place it’s normal. you can rent a motorbike there or its short 10-15min drive with taxi to the Chaweng beach. drinks at the bar could be cheaper, as it was most expensive bar we ever seen in whole month visiting Thailand.
