Nicely located close to night market, bars & shopping but just far enough away from noise & chaos. Hotel & rooms were well maintained & clean. Pool wasn’t heated but looked inviting for an afternoon dip. Included Thai breakfast was great, had western options too. Would stay again if I wanted to be located close to the hustle & bustle of Pai.

Would stay again, so minor things really The beds were ok, typical comfort for beds we slept in while riding the Mae Hong Son loop. For the price I had expected a bit nicer bed. No elevator to access rooms, stairs only option. Staff offered to take luggage to our room which would be helpful for families & older guests unable to carry everything upstairs.

The property is located centrally in Pai walking street. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The place is great because it’s neat but not noisy to these shops. I also find that the room is quite clean and comfortable.

The price is ok and there are many other competitive accommodations nearby. I can’t say if they are better but definitely cheaper. Maybe the quality is not as good but I can’t tell as I’ve only stayed here. The breakfast was also so so only. I think the quality and spread of food could be improved.

The location is awesome, on a parallel street to the walking street, so close to everything, but no noise Breakfast is excellent.

The staff is difficult to communicate with. It is rated as a 3 star hotel, but doesn't meet the standard. The faucet in the room was loose. The pressure in the shower was lousy... couldn't seem to get the staff to understand that. The air conditioning was leaking

The hotel is very conveniently located just off the Pai walking street. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The customer service was above and beyond, we accidentally left a bluetooth speaker in the room and not only did they help send it back to us, it turned out they also covered the cost of sending it when I asked about the payment method. Would certainly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Pai.

If you're a light sleeper you may want to take earplugs along. If you're staying close to the center there are often ads/announcements played over speakers in the morning. It's not a drawback of this place in particular, just unavoidable unless you stay more on the outskirts.

Great location, clean and a very well kept place. A perfect place for staying in Pai. Spacious room and bathroom with good amenities. Quiet but so close to everything that is happening in and around Pai. I went to the gym and the staff kindly cooked my breakfast later than 10am to accommodate me. Breakfast was divine and good options to choose from. Would definitely stay there again.

The water wasn't warm enough to shower, I also felt cold at night and the hotel wanted to charge me more for a blanket when I'd been staying there for 4 nights.

The comfiest bed in Thailand. Seriously, we've been in Thailand for nearly 3 months and this bed was like heaven. I will be thinking about this bed for a long time.. The location is perfect. There is a little lane next to it that doesn't appear on Google Maps that gets you to Walking Street in less than a minute.

There is music playing nearby until 12, but with the excellent location this is a given. With earplugs you can't hear anything.

Rooms were a good size and nicely appointed. We had a nice view to mountains from our room. Staff were helpful. Limited breakfast options however, I would 100% recommend trying thd noodle soup. We didn't use the pool. Excellent location less than 100m from the walking street. Considering this location, it was still very quiet. Streets are very narrow but, with care and patience, we got our hire car in and out to explore Pai each day.

Great location in the heart of the town, but not too noisy. Nice spacious room with plenty of room for our belongings. Lovely view from room (mountain view room). Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy, shower was just about warm enough.

There was someone with a loud motorbike started early every morning, otherwise it was a quiet place. Breakfast was nice but limited options. Shower didn’t drain well.

My partner and I adore this place. Particularly the room at the top with the big balcony, it is a beautiful experience. The staff are amazing, best part is the location, a 30 second walk and you are in the middle of walking street! Considering how central it is, it’s a pretty quiet, you do hear the morning announcements around 8am. Otherwise highly recommend, this is our second visit, cannot wait for the next!

Very friendly staff, very helpful in finding your way around Pai. Location was super, close to the main walking street, just far enough to not be suffering from noise, close enough to walk to there.

Pool was a little small, good enough for a refresher, but not suitable for long term leisure (better to go to the large public swimming pool)
