I found it to be quite satisfactory. While the decor and furnishings were a bit dated, they were still in very good condition. The highlight for me was the spacious bathroom, which was well-equipped and provided a comfortable experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, with picturesque surroundings adding to the overall ambiance. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout. One of the standout features was the excellent breakfast provided, which offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The fact that restaurants and massages inside the hotel-territory were a nice touch, although I did find them to be significantly more expensive compared to similar services offered nearby. The hotel also boasted a fantastic beach area with ample sun loungers, providing guests with a relaxing spot to soak up the sun. Furthermore, there were two restaurants nearby, offering convenient dining options. The possibility to rent motorcycles for exploring the area added an extra layer of convenience to my stay.

The hotel appears to be a 3/4-star establishment. The restaurants are expensive and there are limited sports and any activities available. There is also insufficient staff who speaks English well. Sometimes, there are strange incidents at the reception where the staff seem to understand English but suddenly pretend not to when asked for something specific. This behavior is both frustrating and perplexing.

Felt just like in the jungle, amazing pool and architecture, could really relax well. Not too many guests but that gave us a nice private feeling. Comfy beds, nice staff, they gave advice what to visit nearby because the natural park I wanted to visit was closed (Similan Island).

Even though there are not much guests, but I could see a lot of personal. If I were the manager, I would tell them to clean up the beach from the lot of plastic garbage the high tide brings to the beach sand every night. Even if just only one guest uses the beach, due to strong wind and huge waves, to keep a clean area would be a must for a 5 star resort.

The location and property layout were great. The beach was gorgeous. There were kayaks, waverunner boards, and some beach toys/games to sign up to use for free. Having a villa with adjoining rooms for a family of 4 was perfect. The massage huts to the right of the hotel property on the beach were nice. Our family enjoyed the beanbag beach chairs and being at a hotel with a beach area that wasn’t very crowded. This beach area felt more secluded for the hotel guests, which was nice.

This was the hardest hotel bed we’ve ever slept on and we’ve slept in hotels all over the world, including other places in Thailand. There was one topper on the bed already. We requested another and staff accommodated, which helped. One of the days of our stay, we had to wait several hours for pool/beach towels to become available. The pictures of the hotel on booking showed chairs on the villa rooftop areas. There were not any chairs on the villa rooftop balconies and some of the rooftop balconies, including ours, needed repair for safety.

I was very happy with my stay at Natai Beach Resort. The hotel is amazing, very big, with beautiful beach and nice restaurants. The staff are so nice! Everyone made my stay so special. Special thank you to Jenny from reception! My room was big and clean, with amazing view to the pool area. Bathroom was clean with a bathtub, water pressure very strong. Restaurants are so nice with yammy food, they have theme dinings: I visited Italian dinner and Thai dinner, amazing. On the beach there is option to take a kayak for a ride free of charge. I’m so so happy with my stay at Natai, definitely recommend the hotel!

Everything was amazing!

The whole resort is build in the style of Thai architecture. It has a beautiful garden around a gigantic pool and is located directly at the beach. The food in the only restaurant there and the breakfast were good. The staff is friendly, attentive and the service in the whole resort is good.

The rooms have everything you need and are clean. However, they are old and a bit run-down. The balconies and the exterior of the buildings are unfortunately falling apart. However, there is a lot of construction going on at the moment. I hope they will modernize the interior of the rooms too.

The Staff are amazing. The room was excellent and the Pool was large and refreshing. Good shaded areas around the pool. The swim-up bar was great. The Trainees Isha from Tibet and Devi from Bali were great, both in the Restaurant and when they were at the Pool Bar. Beachside restaurant was excellent and the food was very good, and reasonably priced.

The aircon in the room was a bit loud, even at the lowest fan setting. The bed doona maybe a bit heavy for this climate. The laundry charges were expensive and the wine was very expensive. Cheapest bottle of wine $65 AUD or 1600 Baht. 18 Channels on TV but no Youtube available. Mostly news channels. No English movie channels. Many Australian and NZ tourists stay in this resort, but not catered for with TV options. No currency exchange at reception. I think a 5 star resort should have hand towels in the bathroom.

The beach and pool were absolutely perfect! We loved the peaceful vibe of this quiet beach, along with the local perks like fresh fruit smoothies, massages, and a cozy eatery. Plus, there were fun activities like morning yoga, biking trips, and volleyball to enjoy as well!

The rooms could use some updates and maintenance, including improved flooring, better shower drainage, and a fresh coat of paint. Using patterned cushions and pillows could help hide stains. Additionally, the website postings were sometimes inaccurate, and not all staff appeared to be fully informed.

The hotel is in a lovely location which is away from everything. It allows you to simply relax and not think about noise, tourists or hassle. The hotel has its own beach front which is kept very clean and good for either a pool swim or sea swim. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Shout out to Wish! If you want to escape and get away from everything, this is the place to go. Value for money is an understatement.

Ordering drinks can take a little while, but when relaxing it’s not a big deal. The area truly has nothing around. We went for a walk to find local restaurants. There is nothing one within 10 minutes up the road and you can find a few in the town using either a Grab or the free shuttle service from the hotel, however, nothing to write home about

The hotel was lovely and offered amazing views of the sea. It combined modern and traditional styles, making it feel both comfortable and a bit fancy. The beach was really clean and the water was clear. The pool was big and relaxing, with plenty of space to lounge around. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Overall, the hotel provided a mix of beautiful surroundings, comfort, and excellent service, making it a great place to unwind.

Although the property was beautiful it could definitely do with a bit of TLC, some parts of our room were very dated and scruffy. We had the 2 story deluxe room and the downstairs lacked facilities, there was a dining table but with only 1 chair round it and also a sofa/seating area but again this was super small and narrow not comfy at all. The downstairs area was so empty and lacked any personality, could definitely do with a bigger sofa and dining table to make it more homely down there

It was beautiful; clean; and the staff were particularly lovely. Our terrace room had an excellent private outdoor space and plenty of storage. Linens were of good quality and bathroom was nice with hot water and string shower pressure. The pool and beach were enjoyable. Food overall was delicious and of good quality. Staff was very attentive at meals. The other guests were nice to chat with and mostly adults. The families with few kids did not bother us. The massage in the spa was superior.

The remote location (which we planned on) made going anywhere else (tours etc) too much hassle. We needed the tranquility so expected that. The food, while generally tasty, was limited with only one cafe. The drinks were a little more expensive but with a bargain room rate, it all evened out. Would have liked a small shop with snacks and sundries.
