Very friendly hotel personal caused due to a small family hotel and really shown that everyone cares there for the guest. English is not speaken there and with google translate or chat all discussion is on-going. Considering cleaning of the rooms, I never seen such clean rooms and also care about customers things. Perfect. A very good Internet everywhere with a very quite area at the rooms and bird singing in early morning. Very nice and during next project, for sure I also will stay there again.

For breakfast maybe a few cold cuts or ham, would be great. All other perfect and nice organised.

- Very nice staff/owner - Free bike rental - Very very handy to move around the center/island where most of the historic monuments are located - Location is very convenient even though it is just outside the Island - The breakfast: There is not much choices (basic) but they can prepare thai food as breakfast and that's what I had to change my habits and I liked it - Room was comfy, spacious (at least for one person) and the hotel is very quiet - I found this place was very good value for money

- Maybe a little more choice for breakfast as some people might feel it is very basic - Nothing much, I like my short stay here

Spacious bungalow with a little patio and a beautiful garden view. Quiet. Very clean upon arrival and also cleaned every day during our stay. Wonderful and helpful owner and staff. This place is family run which makes all the difference. Lots of smiles. Tasty breakfast with a temple view - you order à la carte and also have a small buffet to choose from. Free bikes to explore the sights and also get to the restaurants. There is a washing machine on site you can use for a small amount (plus drying space in the back). This place is a true little gem! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Everything. The room was really nice. Like little villas. Nice breakfast. Took us maybe 30 minutes to walk to the temples. Staff were really nice and friendly.

good accomodation, Great and friendly staff, comfy beds and Roms, renting bikes for free

bikes are not suitable for larger people, be aware of dogs on the way to the hotel at night, use a car instead of walking and bikeing at night

The rooms were lovely set in some lovely manicured gardens,very peaceful.The staff were fantastic,could'nt do enough for you. The breakfast was very nice,made to order & the had a cute little dog called Soda. There are free bikes to use with many sights nearby.

Could have done with a microwave but thats only a small point,there are some restaurants nearby but they close at 9pm.

The generous people that own/operate the house are wonderful. We were helped with every request. Joe called drivers for us so we could explore and also a driver to take us back to BKK. Loved the coffee shop which was on site. The owners dogs added to the feeling of being a part of the family. Breakfast was served on the patio with a 😃. Definitely recommend this place. THANK YOU!

We loved this place, the location is absolutely perfect and the lovely staff lets you use their bicycles for free, very handy for a city like Ayutthaya. The staff is so helpful, they helped us finding transports to the different locations we wanted to see. The room is so spacious it actually looks like a small apartment. Breakfast is nice, maybe a little bit more choice would be lovely but we cannot complain.

Size of room and bathroom. Room included 2 chairs and small table, wooden sofa (a cushion would have been appreciated). Different lighting options. Sink being outside bathroom. Large shower with curtain, hot water, small shelf by fixture, drains great. Lots of natural light from large slider and 2 windows, screens for windows and front door. Outdoor seating. Good bicycles with baskets, cushioned seats, and locks. Rode to ruins and around town. Lovely plants in courtyard. Water came in glass bottles, not plastic. Great morning beverage options included. Awesome staff.

No cushion on the small sofa. Minimal shelving for luggage, wooden sofa was great for this purpose.

A nice chalet style apartment including small exterior porch with seats as well as a small sofa and table inside the chalet. Comfortable bed, nice shower room.

The shower in our room was temperamental. Sometimes way too hot and others only tepid. Whilst the historical park, with all it's features, is just a stones throw, it's considerably further to bars, cafes and restaurants.
