I had the most amazing experience at this hotel! The staff is absolutely the best — they are incredibly sweet, kind, and caring. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Every single person I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and you can tell they truly care about their guests. The place itself is beautiful, but what really makes it special is the people. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, wonderful stay. I was treated so well — it honestly felt like home. Thank you for everything, you're all amazing!

Staying in a traditional Thai house is an experience itself! It could be better maintained for sure but I have to say that I enjoyed the place for the most part. Surely there were many mosquitoes, but staying close by the river you can't expect otherwise. However, I could sleep super well with the fan pointed at myself (there's also a mosquito net in the bed). The bed sheets were clean and I found the room to be cozy :)

A couple things to be aware of staying here is that you should bring ear plugs because you can hear everything. Another downside is that if someone is smoking on the terrace, the smoke will come to the rooms (maybe smoking shouldn't be allowed in certain parts of the guesthouse).

Staying here was a wonderful experience - it is an enchanting traditional teak house on the river. In addition the host is very helpful with information for your stay. They rent bikes for 60 bht a day which is handy.

Be aware it's not the best location for food options, but you could always get a Grab or go by bike to main town. There's also some stalls at the nearby 7-Eleven. Also, don't expect luxury here as inevitably due to being an older property it doesn't have AC and rooms are a bit exposed to nature. I think this is reflected in the cheap price, which is great value for money really.

The Ayothaya Riverside House is perfectly located right next to the Historical Park. The Host was incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms simple but very comfortable. There is no A/C, but we were there in the hottest time of the year and sleeping there with the fan on was no problem whatsoever. We also had the possibility of having our laundry done here, to rent bikes for exploring the city and to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Wonderful view from the terrace!

It was exactly what we expected! A very chill place!

We chose a room on the boathouse. It was simple but had everything we needed. We had our own balcony on the river with view to the Wat Next door. The beds were fine and we had our own little bathroom. And the whole place was created with love. The owner was very sweet and helped with everything.

This certainly is a very cool place to stay. It's a very traditional old style Thai wooden river house. Right on the water with very cool aesthetic. Super friendly staff too.

No problems but just be aware it's very rustic, we liked this but the rooms are somewhat open, people can't see you but the walls are wooden partitions so people will hear you if you're loud. Mosquitoes are common in the chilling area/garden.

Every day I woke up with the feeling of being at my favourite auntie's house and just known this is gonna be a good day. Well, it will be, and if you don't know the feeling, just have a try :) Thank you two billion time for one unique memory

I love the traditional house as it was breezy and cool at night. It face right to the chao phraya river so you can chill safely in front of it.There are many hang out seats provided in the lawn too and make it suitable for group travellers.

Mosquito at night and they disallow conventional mosquito repellent (make sense coz the risk of it burning).

I waa touched by the charme of the room. It is small but for one night its okay. The wooden house is really beautifull. I loved the construction of the rooms. The bed was perfect. It was a bit warm but the ventilator made it do able. For that price you cannot complaine.

The bathrooms could use some more TLC.

It was hot. We knew the rooms did not have air-conditioning but underestimated it a little bit. So If you don't mind sleeping in a warm room this is a very nice place.
