Although the new addition of a modern room on the ground floor may be necessary to attract more guests, we find it out of place/sync with the rest of the property. There is only one tiny window looking out to the garden and giving a glimpse of the river. The room is next to the kitchen where all cooking smell lingers in front of the door. Next point is not the fault of the property but certainly adds to a minus for the stay. The sub road leading to the property is now full of bumps (6-7 in all for 200 meters of road!!!! instead of 2-3 we recalled of the past) to prevent vehicles from speeding. It is such a joke and unpleasant way of arriving at this homestay.

This one is amazing homestay I ever stayed ever..The owner and families and also staff being so nice..Room was very comfortable with wonderful river view,great privacy and very fine details..We feel warmly welcomed and were indeed very well taken care of during our stay..one of the best place we ever stayed..

The Host and her Family made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived until the time we left .Nothing was a problem The host gave us lots of help and advice on what to see where to eat , Its an amazing homestay experience next to the river peaceful and beautiful garden and terrace to relax in and we will be sure to come back

Great service and hospitality. The classical wooden house is so lovely and we met nice local guests. We were coincidentally at the time of the great festival there - quite an experience with great street food, night market and fire works

I would recommend the bike - walking could be quite long. We booked them on the second day and it was great

The room was very simple but effective, the bed was very comfortable! Nacha was an amazing host, very kind, welcoming and helpful with organising our day activity and everything else. You can rent bikes at the hotel and we highly suggest that! The setting was also very nice, with views on the river. We highly recommend it!

It was sooooooooo great for me. Even the breakfast was perfect. The soup and porridge they made is really nice. Enjoying the river view coffee was also great. The cleaning state was also good. I expected some dirt or dead bugs under the bed, however, there was none. It was clean.

The house was simply amazing. I had a wonderful time just sitting outside the room with a cup of tea, and watching the birds just hopping around. I really love the traditional house and everything felt very organic, very little use of plastics and very little wastage unlike the major hotels. The hosts were also very kind and so lovely to talk to. They always asked me how I was doing and did so many things for me without me asking. I’m really thankful I chose this homestay and will definitely be back!

Friendly and lovely hosts who helped organise everything we needed, tuk tuks, taxis, bicycle rentals. We loved the laid back atmosphere, delicious breakfast and sitting by the river. Comfy bed, lots of places to relax and sit in the evenings etc. Close to the temples and lots of things nearby, we ate one night at a close bar/restaurant called Lung nuat bar which was also great and 5 mins walk from the Homestay.

It is next to the river. Lovely breeze. Garden was nice, green and flowery. Our room was comfortable. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was simple but enough to choose from. It was our 4th visit.

The building and the room is very classic and authentic. It is very well maintained and clean. There are little nooks and balconies with pillows to sit and watch the river or read a book. My room was large with a nice bathroom. The bed is large and very comfortable. Nice continental breakfast is served in the mornings. What made my stay amazing was the staff and the owner. Pinx took me on her bike for lunch and then to see the temples as soon as I arrived and arranged a tuk tuk to see the ones she could not take me to. The owner, who was in America, arranged for a taxi to take me to my next destination and had the driver send her pictures of me in front of the hotel where he dropped me off. I would highly recommend staying here!

If you can ride a scooter or have a car, this is a perfect place.
