The place is beautiful and just in front of a very beautiful temple. The staff is always available to help you, they all speak good english and give you good touristic information (which is something not all places in indonesia are prepared for). The restaurant is good!

The building needs some maintenance and some architectural options are not the best (even though is a special place) - the floor around the swimming pool is very very slippery, the patio of the swimming pool is in the middle of the bedrooms (and we stayed in one of the closet bedrooms), so no rest during kids swim time, and it's very white and hot (little shadows). Because of the visits they receive to see the building, the pool is not a very private area (it's exclusive for guests but open for the visitors to see). I just think some decisions about privacy and guests comfort should be made.

Beautiful architecture! Perfect terrace with a great view. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. And they can arrange a tuktuk that will take you around town but they don’t mention it anywhere. Tuktuk driver was very nice so we recommend it!

You would expect that the front desk would be able to have lots of information about the city but they don’t. Not even a map with all the historical highlights. So come prepared! Don’t think the hotel has all the information for you. We wanted an evening tour on a boat. They couldn’t arrange that, which is fine, they’ll are a hotel not a boating company but the remark ‘just walk 1 km to the left and you see boats’ is not helping a lot. They do arrange daytime boats btw.

Truly impressed from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The service was exceptional, and the entire place is impeccably maintained. The team radiates such positive energy—it really elevated our stay! Breakfast was delicious and made even more memorable by the incredible view. I especially loved how the hotel’s modern architecture blends seamlessly with the rustic charm of Ayutthaya. Highly recommend this gem!

The room and pool are absolutely beautiful, the bed and pillows are super comfortable, and the whole hotel is gorgeous and different from any other place I’ve even seen before.

The cleaning could have been done more thoroughly - there was dust and leaves near the swimming pool, weird traces in the bath, calcium marks on the windows leading to the swimming pool, the white paint in the whole room could use a freshen up and same for the shower room which is a bit moldy in places. Also the water that was given to us in glass bottles tasted a bit strange, and we had to call the reception to turn off the outside light and swimming pool jet - which is okay but they could have told us about it because it’s a little strange that these features can only be desactivated remotely.

The view of the room was so amazing! We overlooked one of the temples (on the other side of the river), floor to ceiling super large window allowed us to contemplate it in all its greatness, it was illuminated at night with made our nights extra especial. The breakfast was included and it was lovely, and we had dinner twice at the hotel's restaurant and it was amazing (albeit a bit expensive). We used their bikes one day to go around and everything was close by bike. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Spectaculair view and food at the restaurant. Nice spacious rooms. Reception waiting room is like a gallery, really nice. Also design of the hotel and hallways is awesome.

Swimming pool is small and clearly needs proper cleaning and maintenance. The smell from the overflow is similar of that of an open sewer. It’s also fairly dangerous for kids with all the slippery tiles etc. Location is on a truly busy street so difficult to go for a stroll with the family, although there are plenty of parks nearby.

"Boutique Hotel", room was very spacious, big bathroom, helpful staff, breakfast on the riverside, incessant elevator music in the restaurant area from breakfast on diminished the peaceful atmosphere of the place (view of river and temple). The pool is not really a pool, but an oversized tub. The minibar items are so over-priced it's ridiculous, all you need to do is go to the 7-11 150 meters away and you'll pay 1/3 of the price. Restaurant fare is also quite expensive.

Music in restaurant, tiny pool, prices for restaurant/mini-bar were too high.

Nice a relaxing atmosphere, a bath, and shower. Great view, of the river. Helpful car parking guy, bags carried to room. Good food, Thai and Western. Good coffee in room :).

All ok, but we did sleep wrong end of the bed, as aircon right above, your head. Also long trousers for dining. And mosquito repellent needed for feet if wearing sliders…

Very good spot next to the river. The hotel has one of the best view overlooking to the historical park on the opposite side. The breakfast with this view was excellent and we really enjoyed it. The room was very chic and comfy bed.

We came with our own car and there’s a very limited parking spaces in front of the hotel. Albeit the help from the guard it was a bit stressful trying to park the car when there was a lot of traffic. The pool was untidy with lots of leaves when we arrived. But that’s all the complaints I can say about the hotel.

This is an extraordinary property, beautiful design and wonderful location on the banks of the Chao Phraya River looking at an historical temple on the other side. Very comfortable rooms. The staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The dining room was exceptionally good. This is the perfect base for a visit to Ayutthaya.

The lighting at the bed was not sufficient for reading in bed. Ditto for the light over the wash basin for shaving or putting on make-up.
