The room was spacious and beautifully appointed and the location of the hotel was very convenient for sightseeing and dining out. This is a really attractive boutique hotel with super helpful staff.

Nothing to fault, everything was of an extremely high standard.

Spacious room overlooks the river, with nice views and quiet in spite of being on the main road. The swimming is large and the garden is pleasant for relaxing after the day in the shadow of the big tree. The breakfast room is small but cosy & elegant, with a good choice of dishes to order (not a buffet except fruits, salads and cereals, but service suitable and suited to the size of the hotel). Small parking in front of hotel. About 2km from center of Historical park, can be walked, or around 120 bath tuktuk ride.

The general state of the hotel is not up to the price range. At above 5000 bth per night , not cheap by Thai standards, the infrastructure maintenance should be at a top notch level, but it’s not. Paint is peeling off the walls, both in common areas and room/bathroom, armchair in our room was so worn out that the stuffing was sticking out (why leave the chair if not repaired?). There were lots of small repairs waiting to be undertaken and while these do not prevent from a good stay, they made us question the price level.

The hotel is beautifully decorated in contemporary Thai style. It is situated along the river. The grounds are kept well with tropical plants and a nice swimming pool. From the garden/pool you have a beautiful view on the river and tempels on the other side of the river. A very serene setting. The room was large, luxerious and beautiful decorated. The bed very comfortable. The connecting bathroom was very spacious and stylish. Our room had a balcony with river view The breakfast was tasty, plentiful and beautiful presented. The staff was very friendly. Through the reception we booked a trip with a long tail boat on the river. The boat collected us from the hotel. A very nice tour. We had a wonderful weekend. I recommend this hotel.

Everything was very nice.

The room was artistically decorated with traditional Thai cabinet displays and looked out onto a quiet courtyard/swimming pool. We had stayed in the hotel pre- 2020 and were not disappointed on our return. It remains well maintained and popular, especially with overseas visitors. Lovely breakfast; lovely garden overlooking the river with Wat Phuttaisawan lit up at night on the opposite bank. Good restaurants within walking distance - turn right or left at the entrance. There is a small car park. Slept really well.

The breakfast choices are good, western and traditional, good spread of fruits, salad, juices and coffee. We got a free upgrade to a river view room where the view is stunning, looking at the pagoda on the opposite side of river. The hotel also provide free bicycles to roam around the nearby historical sites which is very convenient. There are a few good restaurants, 7 eleven, mini markets, pharmacy nearby which is convenient.

The property has a stunning view of the river. The room is very spacious and beautifully designed. The staff is kind and forthcoming. breakfast was excellent. The pool was beautiful. During rainy periods - the hotel provided umbrellas.

Location is not walking distance from the main sites and there were not a lot of restaurant options close to the property. As for the room, would be good have a full-body mirror in the room, and a door closing off the bathroom area.

We had a large room with a patio overlooking the temples for our 4 night stay. The staff were friendly and the pool was nice with a few sunbeds.

The breakfast was poor. . You could have a cooked American breakfast or Thai, which I didn't want. I expected fruit, (there was always the same choice of watermelon, unripe honeydew melon and dragon fruit) no pineapple or mango. The cereal was cornflakes, no muesli and there were no croissants or pastries or breads other than sliced white toast, not really what I expected for a quality hotel.

What a classy room, it was like a mini Palace. It had a large bath tub, large room. From the front door we had a slight view of the ancient ruins across the river but walk down the steps to the pool area, WOW what a beautiful view of the Ayutthya. The lights which light up the buildings are just beautiful, we sat there in awe. Breakfast was included which was very nice too. Highly recommended.

We did ask about transport but was given a more expensive option and went down the road to a shop owner to ask about cheaper transport.

Location is excellent. Having table and chair to sit down and relax looking at temple in the front with river view at the end of the day. Room is quite big and comfortable. Having everything we need. Staff are friendly, smiling, polite and try to comfort us as much as they can.

There is noise from restaurant next door that hardly to prevent and boat carrying sand at night time. Breakfast is minimum.

The hotel is very well decorated in a mix of ancient and modern art. The rooms are very comfortable with very good beds. The view is incredible, day or night. The pool is very refreshing. A very good breakfast. The staff is very attentive. They booked our transfer to Ko Kut by private taxi. We will be back for sure !
