This is by far my favourite place I have stayed at in Thailand. The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful, especially Khun Praopairin Somjit who went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed during my stay. The room was cozy yet spacious and it had all the amenities I needed. The bathroom was nice as well, and very clean. The location is also amazing because you're only a few minutes' drive away from most sightseeing sites. I really recommend staying at this property!

The receptionist welcomed us with a smile which gave a good vibe. We stayed for 1 night but I wish we could extend for another few nights if our travel itinerary was not so packed. Room was super clean and unique interior decorations. They gave us room on the ground floor, which was easily accessible as we traveled with 2 years old kid. The hotel is situated at the central part of Ayutthaya but we can sleep peacefully at night.

I wish they can take credit card as a method of payment. Also, it would be nice if they can provide a little small breakfast in the morning. Maybe in the future.

Me and my girlfriend are visiting all Thailand, travelling from more than one months severals cities from south to nord and never we founded a place like this. Perfect position in a quiet road with some close restaurant and bar. We felt at home at Baan Baimai, the room was spacious and comfortable, with big fridge, A/C, very comfortable bed and a nice and large bathroom. Everything is clean and nice. But the most important thing that gived us the appareance to feel at home was the kindness and the hospitality of the owners and of the employers. They offered us a welcome coffee and gived us some tips for visit the city, also helped us a night to solve some little problem. Thank you for this beautiful experience.

Easy to find. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Luna is your go-to for all your needs. Transport arrangement, food recommendations, etc. Accommodation is more like a "home" so suits the name "Baan". It's like a chalet house but with services. Quiet and soothing atmosphere. For the adventurous, take the ferry behind opposite the railway station and walk.

Location does require transport to access Ayutthaya park but this is easily covered through Baan Baimai.

The rooms were super clean and modern with personal touches. It had almost everything you need, including a fridge and TV. The reception was extremely helpful with organising tours and helping with ongoing travels.

Tea, instant coffee, biscuits and microwave provided in the foyer - which was okay. However no breakfast on offer. But there is a nice cafe called Nature a short walk from the hotel. That has good breakfast and other meals.

Warm welcome, room was spacious and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and slept very well. Quiet and away from the main road but only a 15 minute walk to Wat Mahathat. Able to rent bicycles for 50 baht each for the day and it's really easy to cycle around the city. The host also told us about an afternoon boat trip for 250 baht each which was really good. Would happily stay here again

I requested a quiet room and the staff kindly allocated the last room at the end of the passage, so no one passing. Accommodation was clean, comfortable, with everything that you could need. Added bonus of complimentary fresh tea and coffee 24/7 Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very well located, within an easy walk to the centre of town

Very nice accommodation with the most amazing garden. They even have a wooden rocking horse for little ones. Room is big, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay and it was nice and chilled when we arrived (we really appreciate that). Staff was super friendly and kind and also very responsive when I was looking for some information prior to our arrival. They also offer bicycles.

The only thing we were missing was breakfast.

Top location, clean & comfortable room, super good value. Receptionist Noona is super friendly & helpful. She has given us advises on places around Ayutthaya, arrange some transport booking, even arrange our laundry. On the end of our stay the owner handed us cute souvenirs as memory. Highly recommended!!

Very comfortable, clean and stylish place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good WiFi . Free tea and coffee available at all times, and reasonably priced cold beers available on request. A fifteen minute walk from the historical park

Not too many breakfast options nearby, so we bought our breakfast from a nearby supermarket the night, kept it in the room's refrigerator, and enjoyed it on the nice terrace in the morning.
