Really nice pool area and comfortable clean rooms.

Location isn’t the best but ok if you have hire car or bike.

everything was very nice , the stuff was very polite and understanding, the restaurant just five meters way , the pool was clean and large , lots of domestic animals mostly birds , some very rare ……

too many children in the hotel makes your day little noisy……..family hotel …..

An absolutely stunning hotel, beautiful pool, wonderful room and there are even animals onsite, such as peacocks, swans & chickens. The room was clean upon arrival and staff were friendly. There is also a lake and a green area where the animals can roam and you can take a stroll and take in the sun.

The one thing that I did not like is the room maintenance. Everyday they came and tidied the room, however they do not replace cutlery/cups that you have used. Throughout my 5 day stay, the two teaspoons that they provided had been used by myself yet they did not take them to get cleaned and replace them with new clean teaspoons.

My stay at Mai Morn Resort was a mixed bag. While I enjoyed the lovely pool view from my room and the peaceful atmosphere that guaranteed a good night's sleep, there were several issues that left me underwhelmed. On the plus side, the bathtub in my room came with a jacuzzi - a first for me in a hotel room! Our room was a pool view room and there was an additional door leading from our room to the resort’s shared pool directly. It was a delightful surprise. While the service was not particularly warm or hospitable, the staff did try to address our concerns. With some attention to maintenance and a boost in staff hospitality, Mai Morn Resort could truly shine. The jacuzzi bathtub was a highlight, and I'm bumping up my rating because of it. One interesting aspect of my stay was the exotic birds in the area, a specie of crane originating from Africa (I think) which would make their presence known with loud bird calls. While it wasn't incredibly disturbing, it was certainly a unique experience. I'm neutral about it - some might find it charming, while others might find it annoying. Regardless, it's something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.

The room's maintenance was lacking in some areas. The double/security/flap lock/door latch was broken, and the aircon flap was also faulty, requiring manual adjustment. I was surprised to find no "make room" sign available, despite the reception's assurance that it was provided. Housekeeping seemed to overlook refilling the shower gel, and the toilet door knob was missing, replaced by a hole to slide the door open and closed. The toilet's ventilation was also inadequate.

The room was exactly as expected. Shower was fantastic and in general everything in the rooms was clean and comfortable. The pool was also very good being very large and clean. There was plenty of space around it and had a lovely garden at the bottom with incredible sunset views and a small pond with various birds swimming. The staff were very accommodating and made our stay as easy as possible.

The mattress on one of the beds was a little bit stiff and were able to feel the springs in the bed but this wasn’t a major issue at all.

The standout feature of this property was the pool and the landscaping around the rooms. The pool was the biggest we have had in our travels through Thailand and was very clean, the pool was also open quite late so you would enjoy the evening in the pool. There are mutliple birds that wander around the complex that mind thier own business, but are very pretty to watch. The room was a good size and as per the advertisement, the bed is on the firmer side but isnt uncomfortable, it was also very clean.

There was just a couple of bits in the room which could have done with a freshen up, our shower head bracket was falling out of the wall and the paint just needed a redo.

The place was peaceful and away from the busy city. Pool access rooms were nice and kept clean.

We asked the staff for late checkout and was told its fine and was free. Next day morning when we were about to head out, another staff came and asked when we are checking out and we told that we already spoke to the reception yesterday. However the staff said no one informed and asked us for 1 night price for late checkout. We asked them to check and the staff mistaked evening for morning and was not at all helpful and put it as our fault. We asked to speak to manager, but the staff spoke directly and didn't even offer any assistance. We had to stay out the entire day cause of this issue. The hotel was really accommodating last time we booked, which made us book it this time. However we felt the staff attitude was really unfriendly and not at all helpful

I loved the garden and the various species of birds especially the peacocks. Very peaceful place .

Its location was too faraway from main town..i spent a lot on taxi transport. I loved the pool. But it needs some repair work as the tiles are coming of frm parts of the pool stairs.

Beautiful resort for a good price. Great swimmingpool, very nice staff, beautiful and clean rooms. Good restaurant. In the middle of a very authentic neighbourhood in phuket. Beautiful garden with beautiful birds. I extended several times and came back again. Thank you.

Nothing...maybee cheapest rooms very clean, new and big, but a bit dark..
