Wonderful pool area and comfortable room

Location is not great. There is a hotel bus to Old Town but it’s infrequent and plan to spend on taxis

The pillows and bed were soo comfortable. Super clean. Beautiful pool and well functioning gym. Fresh and modern atmosphere to the hotel. Great security and moto parking. Thank you to Muay who helped me find my lost wallet!

The Thai part of the breakfast was great whereas western section needs some serious improvement. Most of the pastries were stale with limited options. Cooked western foods uninspiring and bland. Breakfast not good value for money in my opinion. I wouldn't pay for breakfast in advance but check it out each day and decide whether you want to buy it. Better options outside.

Quiet, clean

Is missing a decorator. It looks too "office" . Is very far from anything and probably, in my opinion, need for a shuttle for Patong. At 1 km is Naka (street and market) where is a relatively good place for eating local, but is not walkable because there is not sidewalks. Not all the rooms are recommended, we changed the first one because of the smell

The pool is clean and its beautiful, my kids enjoyed it a lot. Room is huge for us , 2 adults and 2 kids Bath tub in the toilet was a plus for us as my kids love it.

Breakfast can have a better spread. I was surprised we dont have a knief to use and it was hard for me cutting the food like sausages, thus i got to "cut" it with a spoon. My baby wasnt given baby dining ware, and i have to let him use a ceramic bowl, the usual ones, there are so many times where he almost pushed it down the table.

Very good value for money. Big nice swimming pool. Welcoming drinks. Breakfast was 250 baht, but a big variety.

I liked everything. It is in a quiet area. If you want to go shopping at phuket central, a taxi is needed for not less than 400 baht one way.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were big and clean. The pool perfect as size and depth. The staff was very friendly. We even forgot somethnig of value at the check out, and they made everything possible to deliver it to oue next accomodation. We really appreciate!

The hotel's restaurant is opened until 22.00 ( if i remember well), which was pretty inconvenient for us. Also I would recommend to try making better cocktails. Bare in mind the location, you would need to take cabs to go to the main touristic activities.

Friendly staff that went out of their way to make us feel more special, and gave my wife a few special treats for her birthday. They also assisted us with luggage storage while we traveled.

It’s a really nice place but it rated a 5 star hotel and I didn’t feel it had 5 star luxury

The breakfast was good! Some of the food items switch up every day, and there were pastries, fruits, western, and thai cuisine to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed the meals at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious too! Really enjoyed my balcony with the pool view and the large toilet. Extremely satisfied w my stay here!

The location was not the most convenient, and we had to take taxis everywhere. Also, I wasn’t aware that we had to leave a deposit w the front counter. I read the fine print and it said 1000 THB deposit, but they actually asked for 3000 THB cash deposit, which left me worried that I wouldn’t have enough for the rest of my trip. This was the only unsatisfying part to the stay.

We loved everything about this hotel. It had an excellent pool area and bar, a reasonably priced restaurant with an extensive number of options - my wife and I don’t eat meat or fish and they were very happy to substitute using tofu. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

It was quite far away from the beaches so due to the amount of traffic on the island it did take a long time to get around. However, it was near the old town and had several nearby shops, a coffee shop next door and an excellent massage parlor.
