There's a big beautiful garden that you look at from the room. It's pleasant when you sit outside on the patio with a drink in any weather and watch the birds, butterflies and squirrels playing. The lady of the house is very accommodating and provides a great value fresh breakfast and coffee in an alfresco setting also overlooking the garden. She also provided great local knowledge for sight seeing and they have a very economical laundry service. The rooms are large and the furniture is comfortable and clean making it ideal for a longer stay. The location makes a great central place to see many authentic Phuket attractions and is walking distance to the Naka Markets, cafe's, restaurants, money exchangers and 7/11's. We liked that this is a quiet residential area but still provided shops close by. We preferred this area to places like Kata beach which was very busy as you can get away from the hustle and bustle here. We will be back as we like sight seeing around Phuket Old Town and the night Naka weekend markets.

We liked everything at eat n sleep.

The property was nice. Nice little garden on the interior, The room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice size refrigerator. Air Conditioning worked well. The room was really good sized and nice. The owner, who lives on site is super nice and a great source of local information. There were laundry machines on site as well. That saved us some time. Coffee at front desk was good. There was a large park near by that offered a good walk. All in all I would recommend this place as a B n B like experience. Very pleasant.

I forgot to return the room key, but was able to mail it back, the owner was very responsive and understanding.

The owner was very helpful and kind. She was the best person during our visit. As she helped us to communicate with other people due to language barrier. She was very kind and caring. Would surely recommend anyone to do visit her place.

This was one of the nicest places I stayed in Thailand! The garden has such zen vibes and it’s a nice peaceful place to stay! For being so cheap, the room is absolutely huge and is beautiful and so comfortable! It has very effective aircon, the bed was so comfortable, the shower was so spacious and the water pressure was very good! We even had a little balcony to sit out on at night to eat! The owner was so pleasant and we loved talking with her and meeting her dogs and cat! Everyone was so friendly, and there is a little cafe there too! Would definitely stay again!

This is a really special place.... With special people and special vibes.... The room felt like home immediately.... Beautifully decorated,.... I enjoyed the bigg sofa (could even sleep on it), the great shower, the spaciousness and the outside terras with vieuw on their magical garden.... I loved staying here! Also very quiet at 🌙

That i had to leave

This hotel is so much more than just an “eat n sleep” place. The room was big and comfortable. Overall, so cozy, clean and pretty (full of plants and flowers). The staff was amazing, they waited for us to check us in even though we arrived super late at night due to a late flight, and we were also able to store our luggage for a couple of days. Would definitely recommend👍🏻

Comfortable large studio , got refrigerator , terrace , and dog friendly. Can cook, can wash clothes , very friendly staff , friendly family business. Thanks a lot to Ann the host , she is lovely and all the stuff is the same. We came with a dog and they have one floor only with dog owners (ground floor). Very good noise isolation, never heard anyone around us.

Mosquitos 😂 nothing they can do but just be aware.

It's amazing hostel in the center of the island, where you can rent motorbike for exploring surroundings. You can cook your food, enjoy common area with garden or simply sleep anytime you want in really quiet area of the island.

the ambiance of the property with the garden view was great from a large balcony. Very quite osais in a busy town. Location was central to services and resto's in the area.

breakfast service was available if you could find someone to cook.
