My stay at Peranakan House was overwhelmingly positive. The room itself was a highlight, boasting an excellent bed and equally comfortable pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The apartment was impeccably clean, a testament to the really nice and kind cleaning staff who clearly take pride in their work. The big room provided ample space, and the inclusion of a separate closet was a thoughtful and practical touch. For those traveling with vehicles, the parking space for both cars and motor vehicles was also excellent, offering great convenience. While the air conditioning unit in room 1102 appeared to be new, I did observe a slight leak, suggesting it might benefit from a small maintenance check to ensure optimal performance.

While my stay at Peranakan House was excellent overall, the television offered only Thai channels with a lot of news and commercials, and no movie options. It would greatly enhance the guest experience, especially in the evenings, to include some international and movie channels." I like everything of this property. The structure, painting, cleanlines, soft comfy bed, respectful and attentive staffs. 11/10. Definitely gonna come back for a long stay. The hotel is also accessible to Central Mall Phuket, have laundry mat nearby. They also have restaurant on the 4th floor and its Halal. Definitely worth it.

Some noise from the buzzing trafic of Phuket City. Which isn't a problem for me as I'm enjoying my stay here. If you plan to maximize your stay, better rent a motor bike or car.

It was really good for our short stay. We wanted to be close to the bus stop as was travelling early the next morning. It was also near the Phuket Central shopping centre which provided us with entertainment for the day. It was clean and the room we had was also very large which was an added bonus. Staff were very helpful and friendly

The property served a purpose for us well however would not reccomend for long stays. Not super close to the beach and still a bit out of the centre of town.

Quite good and nice facilities, very good value for money, across the road from Lomprayah bus station, which is why I picked it. Reviews and Google Maps suggested I had to walk a huge loop to cross the road but actually I didn't, there was a bridge so it was basically just across the road.

Window didn't face anything much. 7 Eleven too far away to just quickly go to after a long flight or for breakfast, which I otherwise would have done. So didn't end up getting anything to eat and just surviving off what I ate on the flight.

The pool and exterior is very well maintained and the rooms are basic but in good condition. Clean and overall all OK.

The location is on a very, very busy road. We chose this hotel due to its location to the bus station and so it was fine for a one night stay, but it's very noisy from the road traffic and hall ways to the rooms are also noisy.

Nice room and very comfy bed, great shower. We had a quiet room at the back away from road noise . Right across the road from Lomprayah Phuket office so convenient for transfers etc. 10mins walk from Naka night market and 5 mins walk to Phuket Central shopping mall. Good for a couple of nights.

Situated on a very busy road so great care needed when walking to the night market. Pedestrian bridge over road is available just up from hotel.

The staff were lovely and helped me arrange a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The rooms were big, modern, comfortable and stylish. Perfect location to catch the bus to the islands the next day!

I had no complaints. Yes there is traffic, but I fell asleep easily and wanted to be close to the bus stop, so you get that. Yes the shower takes a while to drain, however they have signs explaining why and it’s not an issue.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable

Room did not have a window and it is inconvenient to walk along the street because there is no sidewalk. It is pretty far from the center.

The rooms are comparable to that of a 4-star property in my opinion! Well furnished with water heaters, tea and coffee provided. There’s also a open closet in my room with fantastic decor. This is the place to stay at in Central Phuket!

Actually not much. The lobby is not air conditioned for some strange reason.

Good value for money. Clean. Staff were lovely.

Located far away from where we went out but this is why the price was good & the pool and gym was average.
