The room was beautiful and really comfortable. The hotel itself us really picturesque and definitely boutique-style. I loved the fact that it wasn't in one of the major resorts. It was easy to get a cab to Phuket Old Town. A great place to be if you want to rest and recuperate. I really loved my stay there and didn't want to leave. The pool was lovely and under frangpipani trees The staff were warm and welcoming.

There wasn't a great variety.of meals on offer but you can order and get meals delivered on the app Grab. It is also near the Night Market, where you can get street food. There is a fridge in the room to store a bit of food.

The hotel is new and very beautifully designed and decorated. The architecture is very modernised nyonya. And because it is built outside Phuket old town area, the rooms are v big. Room is very spacious and comfortable. We have a nice balcony overlooking the outdoor swimming pool that is of a good length. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast meal, though not a buffet, has a good range. The location is not far from Central Phuket Festival which is a big shopping mall. Grab fare is quite standard to most places in Phuket. It is almost always 200 bahts. Phuket transport is not cheap.

Due to its location, I dun see a lot of food options but you can always go to Central Phuket or old town. The shower and toilet room lighting is a little dim and could be brighter for safety reasons.

Honestly everything was great the staff really nice and generous but they have issue in the kitchen, cause i think the people who work there i believe they do everything even the cooking so one thing that misses from the hotel is in the kitchen ,they need good chef and will be amaze and also when you shower in the room the cartens wasnt clean but is not the people who work there i believe they need new ones

Very nice hotel, stylish and clean. Room is big enough. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. There are several supermarkets nearby (7/11 ~ 10 min, big shopping center and night market ~ 15 min, all accessible by walking).

There were no toothbrushes in the room and it was late for us to go and ask for them :( Also beds are not really comfortable but I guess it’s for everyone to decide for themselves. When we asked if it’s possible to pay by cash upon arrival, the response was negative, so you have to provide credit card information to booking.com.

Me and my boyfriend always coming to phuket town for staycation and so lucky i found this hotel. Clean modern comfortable room. I requested for a mini surprise birthday to my boyfriend here at booking.com at first i thought they didn’t receive my request because i didn’t get any reply from them so i did msg them on facebook. And i get a reply ( i think they need to respond back to the guest here at booking.com if someone have request) i didn’t expect what it come out i am also got surprise!! It’s really amazing and beautiful thanks to the housekeeper.we want to extend more night sadly its fully booked. Anyway we will diffidently will comeback again

Nothing everything is perfect

It was a sister's trip. The rooms were comfortable and lovely and relaxing. Was very happy with the room set up. Reception was so friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is stunning with Phuket style Interior decoration. Massive outdoor swimming pool with a decent room size for the price. Parking space available if you’re driving.

The staff continued to asked me how many people staying in the room which I confirmed 2. She keep asking multiple times as we’re 3 friends checking in at the same time however my friend is staying elsewhere. Receptionists continue to ask for more than 3 times which make us feel like we’re doing something wrong. Location is a bit far from town if you’re not driving.

- Lovely building in Chinese colonial style - Big swimming pool - Beautiful small garden - Location with short ways to Old Town, Central Phuket etc. - Very friendly and helpful staff - Big room with cosy seating area in the window corner - Quiet, although close to major road

- Breakfast menus are very limited; no extras available - The hote entrance / exit is at a major road with heavy traffic and fast driving cars - No end-to-end paved walkway to the next crossing, the Naka Weekend Market or a nearby (recommendable) Japanese restaurant

This little boutique hotel is so beautifully decorated once you step out your car. It really has the peranakan nyonya aesthetics. The hot shower is fantastic, the bed is so comfortable, staff are so nice! The pool is so serene when you sit under the frangipani tree! <3

We got the room with the outdoor tub - it's a HUGE tub and it takes forever to fill up so do plan ahead. It probably doesn't help that the tub water plug wasn't tight so some water was slowly seeping out as we soaked in it.

We were there before Covid. see my old review. The hotel is still very good, the reception, the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness and the swimming pool. The only difference is the breakfast, which was excellent, but since the Covid restrictions, it's not the same anymore. Of course, a little disappointed 😞.
