It was very clean and well managed.

The location is too far from the Patong beach and the transport charges for the trip to the beach is quite high.

The hotel is very modern. Nice rooms and good breakfast. The pool is rather small but nice and clean. Parking spaces are available.

A big negative point is the location. Not by the sea and not in the city. The hotel is next to a busy road, a car garage and a big construction site. Phuket Old Town and Patong are easily accessible by scooter or car but you have to rely on a vehicle. The fitness center is in poor condition. Some of the equipment is broken and not usable.

You pay for 3 stars, but you enjoy 5 stars. very friendly staff. the room is clean. there's a lot of local food restaurant around the hotel. highly recommend a café name "WeCafé" just 5 mins walk from hotel.

Please do not go to the Chinese Restaurant at the Hotel "Hong Bao“. the food is average, but the staff is XXX. i been there 3 times also having super bad experience. 1. They don't serve me for 20mins, all 5 staff of the restaurant surrounded a table full of middle east customer. because they rich? 2. I'm late for my schedule trip, So I try to takeaway some light ready make food. but i waited 30mins, then only they told me forgot to key in my order and told me the food i order not available for today. 3. i was late to airport.. i wait for 30mins to get my bill.. their cashier is not around. so no one know how to use the operate the PO system. Remember don't come to this stupid restaurant.. you will regret!

The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable, and offered a very pleasant stay. The gym is as would be expected from a hotel, and the pool is small but clean and nice. The hotel restaurant offers delicious, if somewhat pricey even for Phuket, food, and a large variety of it. The Chinese food at the restaurant is particularly notably delicious. The staff is very kind, and the booking of the shuttle van service is easy.

The only issue is that the hotel is quite far from any points of interest in Phuket's Old Town, being on its outskirts. Requiring either using the hotel shuttle van service (unfortunately offered only four times a day from the hotel to the Old Town) or a taxi to get anywhere.

Room very clean. I slept well at night, rarely heard any noise in the evening and it’s so nice. I tried their breakfast one day and it was quite average.. hope it will be better. Location wise, you can’t walk near the hotel, have to get a car or scooter everywhere. I ordered scooters on Grab and it was cheap for me to get around. Their onsite spa is also really nice!

Where to start: The hotel is clean, and everything is in great condition. Exactly as pictured. The room is great, we stayed in a junior suite and were blown away by the room. The restaurant is a little confusing as it’s 2 restaurants in one but once you’ve figured that out, the food is great, and well worth eating there. We did several times. And the room service is great too. The pool area is amazing, you can lie there and order food and drinks to your sun lounger, and the waiter was amazing, and kept coming back to check on us and see if we needed anything else. Towels are included for this rooftop pool too. I saw reviews of people complaining about the location, but we found it perfect. It’s in Phuket town and it’s about 10-15 min drive to old town, it’s about 20-30 mins from Patong beach, but it’s linked to a main road, there are always Bolt taxi’s nearby and the hotel even to a shuttle service too. For our trips we were picked up at the entrance, and we’re normally the last pick up, so was straight onto our activity. The staff were a massive highlight. They are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly, they remembered who we were and our room number. They even decorated our room for our birthday. For our Birthday evening meal we went out of the hotel, and on our way back in, the restaurant staff came running out to wish us a happy birthday. The spa staff are great too. Honestly the friendliest and most helpful staff that I have ever met. Can’t speak highly enough of them! I really highly rate this hotel and would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

The breakfast isn’t the best selection, but we could find something to eat. For example can’t get a banana, but they do have a big range of other food.

Nice hotel overall, not much to say, the hotel staff is incredibly welcoming with the hotel residents. No breakfast option it's normal it's not super top, too bad for a nice hotel like that. But remains simple and abundant for the not too difficult. The Rooftop and the pool are super beautiful on the 7th floor

The big big negative point and the cleaning that is not done 100% no need to search it can be seen with the naked eye, and the maintenance of the furniture that remains to be reviewed. Some sofas like those in the dining room are to be changed they get old the same for the tables.

The hotel looks very nice from the outside and inside. We had a very comfortable stay. The beds were soft and everything was clean and got cleaned. We got two free water bottles daily. The swimming pool is very nice and the rooftop view looks good too. Sadly some threes are gone but in the distance you can still see them and obviously the hotel can’t do anything about that. I went to the spa and got a great massage. The food was also good but a little pricey. The staff was nice so overall we had a perfect stay at the hotel :)

It took some time for us to figure out the AC. My boyfriend can’t sleep in a room if it is not cold so he is quite picky when it comes to AC’s but the AC was fine but it sometimes shut off leaving the room warmer. I think the location is good because you are in between the beaches and the mall/old town phuket. If you want to go to many beaches then maybe you should find a stay more on the west side of phuket. You can also rend a scooter and get to the Golden Buddha and beach in 25 min. The mall and old town are a 15 min drive. Some beaches are 50 mins away which is quite far.
