The beautiful staff, spacious clean rooms compared to everywhere else we stayed. It felt like a community where we were like neighbours instead of guests. The staff were ever present just waiting to fuss over you and constantly keeping the grounds tidy and kept. Let me tell you about the dining area at reception where 24 hour tea and coffee machine was available FOR FREE so even though the rooms are well stocked you could opt for the good coffee. This may not have been a 5 star hotel but it was worth double that in my books. I have a funny story about something that happened not long after we checked in but I think I'll keep that for mine and my sister's memory banks. Also, free shuttle to airport and amazing value for money. Keep up the great work guys, you matter!

That we only stayed 1 night. Make this a destination people because there is plenty to do here rather than a stopover to catch your flight. We did our laundry just up the road. Locals were so helpful showing us how to use the machines, got those last minute massages, had dinner at Heng Heng (recommended by locals) but we could of done so much more, time allowing.

Collected promptly from the airport in their mini bus (free) following a call after we landed. The hotel is lovely, open air reception area, rooms opening up to a gorgeous little swimming pool in a beautiful garden area, with its own elephant! Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a covered sitting area outside with free tea and coffee all day, and they offer a basic breakfast for 150 or 200 Bhat. The air con in the room was very welcome and the room had a huge comfy bed, perfect after 17 hours of travelling! Fresh water in the fridge, tea & coffee in the room and a good shower. Excellent value for money. Couldn’t fault it. Perfect for one, or more, nights very close to the airport in Phuket.

It was very clean and tidy. Great location next to a beach. They also had toiletries provided so we did not have to unlock bags for this. Very comfortable and handy place. The staff were nice and accommodating and timely. It was also well sound proofed and we could not hear airplanes. The courtesy car service for airport drop off is a great service.

It is perfect for a nights stay next to the airport if you have an early morning flight. Next to a beach and some cafes. Airport is 5 mins from hotel Very convenient and outside of main Phuket part area.

Easy to find, easy to check-in, easy (free) transfer to the airport. Unfortunately, breakfast isn't served till 7am, which meant we couldn't partake (got in the car at 7am). No water fountain, but free bottled water (seemed unnecessarily wasteful). Staff were professional and efficient.

The room was rather lacking in character - felt a bit like staying in a Travelodge, which for the price (in Thailand, at least), was a shame. But given the location so close to the airport, that's probably all that most guests are looking for!

This is a totally functional hotel suitable to get to the airport early as it's literally 10min away by shuttle bus. The hotel is an oasis as the surrounding area is ok but busy and nearby shops are basic. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby. The rooms have everything you need for an overnight comfortable stay. There is a pool and a nice area for breakfast which costs very little. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. The staff are great and friendly.

Great stop over hotel, literally a few minutes from Phuket Airport, which is accessed via the hotel's shuttle bus. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed and pillow, TV, spacious bathroom, loads of hot water, nice shower, desk in room, TV and air-con. Tea & Coffee in room, fridge and water. Refreshments, beer, hot drinks available from help yourself area in Reception, we didn't use the restaurant but they do have one. Nice pool too, a little oasis!

Great welcome, efficient and friendly check in. Reception staff spoke really good English and were super Everywhere was spotless ,great decor, comfortable bed hot modern shower.The room had everything that I needed, the inclusive water was a nice touch. Super breakfast , if I could give this place 11/10 I would!

Nothing could have been improved, it was all excellent.

Lovely clean property with free airport transfer just minutes from the airport. A nice pool and clean well appointed rooms and staff that are incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s a nice restaurant next door but if you want to make the most of time there I would suggest getting a cab to Nai Yang beach where there are lots of beach restaurants and cafes in a chilled environment with a holiday vibe. If you need an airport hotel this is great.

Hotel has in-ground swimming pool in the center courtyard, surrounded by guest rooms, outfitted with one-way mirror, so that guests can see what's outside while outside can't see what's inside each bedroom. The main benefit of this hotel is that hotel is very flexible for pickup/dropoff from/to airport and took less than 3-mins for the ride

Because the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, we found that nearby restaurants operation hours were not tourist-friendly: either not open for breakfast or not open for dinner. We wound up shopping at nearby 7-Eleven store for our food needs.

Everything you might need after/before flights. Place is very clean, easy and they don't mind if you are using a swimming pool at night. Drinking water, electrical kettle are in the room. Surprisingly I didn't hear the planes, though the place is very close to the airport. Room had a good size and could accommodate 3 pax. (2 beds)

I don't particularly like when the front door is made of glass and opens just on the patio where all the guests are walking to their rooms. But it doesn't cause really any inconvenience when you are staying just overnight and it can be covered by curtains. The food in the restaurant next door to the hotel was not so good, so I think it makes sense to look a little further.
