I had an excellent stay at Wyndham Garden Kamala Phuket. The property is well-designed, modern, and peaceful, but what really made my trip special was the people. Every staff member I met was attentive and genuinely friendly. One evening, I wasn’t feeling well, and the front desk staff immediately offered to help arrange medicine and even followed up the next morning to check if I was better. That level of care is something you don’t always get, even in luxury hotels. The pool area was a great place to unwind after exploring Phuket, and breakfast had a good mix of choices that kept me satisfied throughout my stay. The location is convenient, close to Kamala Beach and restaurants, but far enough from the crowds to be relaxing.

On my second day, I asked for directions to Kamala Beach, and not only did they explain patiently, but one staff member even walked me outside to point the exact way. I didn't get a real experience of the place, so no chance to like something.

The hotel is still under construction, so it means the swimming pool was closed (not opened for guests yet), it was still smelling paint in the room, and some hudge crane came early in the morning in front of the building for working on the roof. I didn't even know such situation was allowed on booking.com. To compensate, I was offered a breakfast delivered at the room, and it was really not good (cheap quality).
