The staff were so friendly and nice. We loved chatting with the general manager. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we need. The location is decent. A stroll to Kamala beach & night market. And a short drive to Surin beach which is honestly a must!

We were very disappointed with the pool. It’s honestly dangerous. My daughter sliced her foot open quite badly. And she wasn’t the only child to do so. There are missing pool tiles everywhere and the edges are extremely sharp. Kids were actually going around collecting loose tiles from the bottom of the pool. It definitely needs a full refresh. And it would honestly be such a beautiful and relaxing space if it were refreshed.

Amazing peaceful stay with great service The hotel is quiet and perfect for couples. Siam Adventure Club helped us book a Phi Phi Island tour and Carnival Magic — both were seamless. Big thanks to Edward and Christian for the personal care! The suites are huge, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent — lots of variety, fresh options, and great coffee to start the day. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Radisson Resort in Kamala! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite — spacious, modern, and perfect for our family. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Great service throughout. Highly recommended!

A Wonderful Hotel with a Heart We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It’s located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, share useful information, or simply offer a smile. The atmosphere felt genuinely warm and welcoming. The breakfasts deserve special mention — I’ve stayed at five different hotels in Phuket, but nowhere else had such variety and delicious options. This is one of those places where you’re not wondering what to eat, but rather how not to eat everything at once! The pool is great, and the water slide is a big hit with the kids. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. One evening we were invited to a GM cocktail event, which was such a nice touch. We had the pleasure of meeting Kristian, who truly is the heart of the hotel. His presence made us feel genuinely special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a warm, friendly vibe.

We had the best time at the Radisson Resort and Spa Phuket. We were treated with nothing but kindness and warmth from when we arrived. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and welcoming. Christian and his family went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional and helped us immediately with anything we needed. We are truely grateful for their hospitality and checking in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. Our room was so spacious and beds were very comfortable. The cleaners did an amazing job with housekeeping and keeping us stocked up on essentials everyday. The addition of the Kids Club and gym was brilliant. There was a great selection of food at the breakfast buffet every morning. Our children loved the addition of the slide. The resort had everything close by like Kamala Beach, shops, restaurants and Patong was only 15/20 minutes drive away. The resort is also right beside a fantastic attraction called Fantasea and Carnival Magic. Overall we had an amazing stay at the Radisson and would highly recommend.

We can not put in to words how great and enjoyable our 6 night stay at Radisson was. Our children had the best time, made the most of the pool and water slide and really loved Kids World as well. We were able to get a massage at Destination Spa while the kids were at Kids World and highly recommend Destination Spa to anyone staying here that wants a massage. The staff were amazing, super helpful, extremely friendly and huge shout out to the manager who ensures his team are on point every day. They made our holiday so much more memorable!

The only thing I could suggest is that the pool tiling does need fixing and some need replacing.

We loved the 1 and 2 bedroom options - we found very few hotels in the area that offered this. Great for families. The staff was incredibly accommodating and did everything they could to ensure our stay was happy and comfortable. The front desk staff and Jik in the restaurant were especially helpful. The breakfast buffet is a bonus. The pools and water slide were heaps of fun, as was the kids room. They also have a great gym that’s open 24/7 (the gym in our previous hotel opened late which made it too busy in the mornings).

Being a bit back from the beach, the location might not be for everyone. We were familiar with the area and found it easy to get around, and the walk down to the beach is easy. Some of the facilities need updating, but the hotel is good value for the price.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Suites. The rooms were extremely comfortable and very spacious – not only was there a large drawing area, but the room itself was also well designed and equipped with all the basics needed for a pleasant stay. I had booked a pool-facing room, and the view added greatly to the overall experience. The staff were very courteous and made the whole process from check-in to check-out a smooth transition. They were also highly accommodative to all my requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The pool was excellent, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax. Although the property is a little away from the city center, it works perfectly as a resort-style getaway. For anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and good service, this is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Away from city centre but you can conveniently take a grab bike to get anywhere around

It's my second time at the resort, the Staff are welcoming, service is fast and they care, great money value, perfect place for families, very safe, perfect location as easy access to the beach with its restaurants and cafe del mar, place includes all needed amenities and great touring service to Phuket with its entertainment and islands. The management cares about maintenance, swimming pool size and the view is wow.

Nothing for me to dislike really at all, as I felt welcomed at home.

Pool, kids activities with the Adventure Team, The kids world allows children to spend their day at their wish and pace. Daily breakfast buffet is more than enough with daily juice "potion". The staffs were great and responded positively to our queries: This is our 3rd passage in the Resort.

Kamala Beach access requires a busy road crossing & stinky river along walk but not the end of the world. The overall facility is showing some signs of age but all key issues are taken care of if you happen to follow the Maintenance crews.
